Is palladiumboots.co.uk Legit?

The shoes arrived on time but I find them to be a bit narrow at the toe bed. I have a narrow foot so was surprised as usually shoes are too wide. Also they don’t have any arch support which is disappointing. So I’ll use them as car to bar shoes this winter.

Wasn't sure about this purchase as hadn't heard of the company and even at the sale price, they weren't cheap. I needed a pair of chunky soled sandles that were comfortable and sturdy but didn't look like they'd been designed for hiking. I've only had them a few weeks but I have taken them to a festival where they've been worn loads and performed great. Presuming they last, and the look like they will, I'm really pleased.

Very fast delivery I’m usually a size 9 on other brands but size 9 is a little bit bigApart from that the shoes are very nice

To get a tracker I had to send an email, I prefer that the tracker be made available as soon as I have paid for my order, the way you do it give unnecessary anxiety. Do better however the shoes are beautiful and I would buy another pair soon.

Parcel had wrong address on Still waiting since Monday when the parcel was sent back to depot.I've had to send numerous email recieved which has stated incorrect informationStill awaiting the new delivery date

Palladium boots are like no other in the world. Brilliant colours, quality and vegan selection. I've been buying since 2010 and will never stop.

The sizes are now all wrong. I bought the same size of the same shoe as a replacement, but the new one is bigger than the original, as were the others. Such a shame as I have been buying Palladiums for over 10 years as they were one of the few makes that were wide enough for my feet. Now I will have to find another make 🥲

😊Packaging was excellent, meaning my boots reached me in a perfect condition, they kept me updated about the delivery which I missed as I forgot to check the updates, but they sent me an email to collect my parcel from my nearest post office. and most importantly I love my boots, stylish comfortable, and perfect fit.😩The only downside is ,if you needed to use customer service about your order , it would be tricky ,as important information and the live Chat is in French.

Palladium boots can be expensive, but they are great quality. Properly waterproof, comfortable straight out of the box, and available in a good range of designs. I also really enjoy looking for a bargain when they have their sales.

This is not my 1st rodeo with palladium. I love love love them. Amazing quality and craftsmanship. They are super comfortable as well. You just can't go wrong with them.

The backs of the shoes are not very robust. Great shoes but already the thin card holding the back secure as bent out of shape!

My favourite boot brand. Great quality and varying styles with an unmistakable identity. Easy to order and dispatched in a timely manner. Never had a problem and now on my 12th different pair.Can’t recommend them highly enough

Bought these boots to replace a pair I'd had for years. As comfortable as trainers but practical and stylish for my work gardening

The heel cups have a sharp piece of plastic that cut my actual heels to shreds. After 10 meters my heels were covered in blood and I had to walk home in socks. The left boot also makes a weird flapping noise with every step. To much of a pain to return and they are full of blood now anyway.

I have always loved the Palladium brand, going back to the 80s. For some reason, they disappeared from view and I presumed they were no longer made. I looked and found them online and was little disappointed when they arrived. They are a slimmed down version of their former style, and smaller in size. I should have ordered the next size up from my normal size - which is what I have to do with trainers generally. They are very snug over the bridge or top of my foot as well. They still look great with their signature, chunky sole but if I get another pair, I would order a size up. They are still beautifully made and retain their iconic image. I would have returned them for a larger size but they were all sold out.

I am happy with my purchase. It is great. Just make sure that the colour of the actual product matches the display image on your website.
