My charging lead arrived at the right time, as my old lead not only showed the wires but broke in two. My mozzi snapper has been going every night and I have had only a occasional bite whereas before I was eaten alive while I slept. I would recommend it.
We are on holiday, and brought it with us. Each evening I have put it in our bedroom , and once we go to bed moved the mozzie guard into the ensuite to make sure there are no mosquito around. We were able to catch a few. The light from the mozzie guard also ment that we didn't need to put the light on in the ensuite when one had to visit it during the night
Tried to order a single Ozzie Mozzie bug device. The website continued to add options in to cart with no real clear option to just order a single unit. Received 4 units and multiple items as well. Reached out wanting to return extra items but told that could get refund. That was August 23 and now, nearly a month later, still no refund and continuously get told that there is an issue with their refund system. Will not recommend this company to anybody whether it be through their website or even orders for the units through Amazon. Very disappointed in the experience

I bought 3, to share with family - really for camping or barbecues etc but recent warm weather means mozzies in SW of Western Australia. An annoying whine in my room last night: switched on the ozzie mozzie and heard the zap a minute later! It works! Back to sleep, no worries! I really like this for capturing mosquitos! I wondered if it was working because it was so quiet, but then I looked and wow, there were many mosquitoes that it had caught. It's a relief to finally find a device that I can trust to work well. It usually lasts all night on one charge, it does take several hours to recharge. Its not very big, but has worked better than any other product I've tried. I'm allergic to mosquito bites, so this has been a blessing."

Have emailed this company prior to payment and delivery and received emails back immediately stating the returns policy. Unfortunately my bank paid the company and on arrival of the product, I emailed asking for the returns documents for me to return the package, unopened. Had NO communication since. PLEASE BE AWARE of this offshore company.

"Haven’t really had a chance to use it to its full potential as the wet and cold weather has kept the midges and mosquitoes away. It has caught a few in the house. Easy to recharge and operate. Looking forward to using it if we eventually have some warm weather, not holding my breath!!"
I did receive the 3 digital antennas, but they don't work any better than my old antennas. They never sent me a receipt for my order. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The product DID not work. I bought the mosquito zapper. My yard is FULL of mosquitos and all it caught were a few moths. I did EXACTLY as they told me to place the product in the correct spot with the correct light on. When I purchased, I was required to join their "VIP membership" club for "free"... my intention was to cancel this, which I requested the day after buying my product. They did not cancel it. I was charged $29.95 a month later (Aug 28,2024) and I immediately contacted them asking to cancel. They continuously ignore this resquest and are trying to make me "one more offer" in the emails I have sent. They still have not canceled my membership and I expect to be billed again until I change my credit card number which is my only inconvenient option left it seems at this time. Such a scam. Unbelievable businesses prey on people to try to make money.
Very pleased with my Ozzie Mozzie. Took with us on our 2 month road trip and worked brilliantly. Parkes Showground was the most mosquitoes we have seen and this little unit was zapping continuously. Also worked a treat when we finally went inside the van and zapped any mosquitoes that happened to sneak inside. Best purchase ever. A friend bought another brand from a Bunnings store, which had a pink light, and that was a real dud compared to the Ozzie Mozzie unit.
Insect zappers do NOT work for mosquitoes. That is a fact. The female mosquitoes are attracted to our smell. I see that I am amongst a very large community who is very disappointed with this product. Somehow I did not realise it was nothing more than a very miniature zapper. I can buy a proper large one for the same price, but it doesn't change the fact that it will never kill a single mosquito. This is a con basically, and a very expensive one. Like others here, I sent an email saying I was not happy with it, and like others, got an email telling me to try using it differently. I didn't learn anything new in that email except that you didn't want to refund me.We remain plagued by mosquitoes. I would like as many people as possible to know not to waste your money on this. Anyone who wrote a positive review doesn't have mosquitoes in the first place, because this wouldn't work.
I ordered 3 bug zappers back at the end of May. I brought them with me outside where my campers were getting bit during class. No mosquitos were caught. I emailed them, they told me specifically how it should be used. I followed their guidance, still no mosquitos. I asked for a refund, the told me about all the costs involved for me to get my full refund. They finally agrees on a 50% refund. I have emailed them almost weekly, and they send me lovely emails back sorry for the delay. It has been over 3 months and still no refund. Please don't buy from this company!
