Is ozon.ru Legit?

Good marketplace . Ordered some clothing and it arrived on time . Tracking was available and customer service was friendly . Will use again.

It's a total Mess! Waited for the goods for over 2 weeks only to find out that they had canceled my order completely! Everyday, I would receive a message saying that the delivery had been rescheduled for tomorrow. Today they say that the delivery had been canceled completely and that the money would be refunded shortly. The management of to company is a total mess! This is my last purchase with them. I'm curious to see how they will refund the money. For some reason I'm doubtful this will happen without more wasted time and struggle on my side.

Total waste of time. Do not buy anything from this company. Bought new suit case - by the time I got to the airport in Moscow the handle had ripped off. By the time I got to UK it only had 3 wheels instead of 4. I took photographs and sent to Ozon on my return. They want the suitcase!! Ha ha why would I pay 60 pounds excess baggage to return a case that is broken. I have now received about 20 emails from them asking the same questions. Utterly useless and like talking to wood. No comparison with Amazon. I have photographs to go with this feedback.

This is cheating site - I was order eight books but received one incorrect book. I try to chat with customer service - for return procedure they ask my personal information - copy of passport!!! Please avoid this fake seller, fake store!

I am client from 2017 and was happy with their service and I mistakenly thought there was a trust between me and the company. I was ordering from Australia for my mum in Russia, Sochi. Usually, some stationery for the house. Decided to return a faulty product (a chocolate). They did not refund me for the product (cost USD $5) because it was over 3 days of return period. Moreover they did not publish my comment (which was negative & positive) under the product so other people will be aware about their return policy and about the quality of the product. Never buying from them again. Also, their delivery is the worst for the last few months. It looks like they throw the rubbish in front of you and make it so obvious, not even sorry from their delivery people. Do not trust. Avoid at any cost. Представители Ozon коробки с товаром кидают. Будто макулатуру везут, на глазах клиентов. Не хотят даже мой комментарий под товаром размещать.Нарушают все права потребителя по возврату товара.Клиент с 2017 года.

Not the best service that I have ever used. They sell imitations as real things

I ordered myself a phone in this store. He was delivered, but with a delay. I had to wait an extra 2 days. And for the price it was ok.

Ordered 3 times. First two times it took long time to receive books, but eventually they arrived to USA after about month, while i had to be in touch with customer service many times to explain them how to write the address correctly. I try to understand sometimes things can go wrong, so i was ready to accept it. Third order was shipped to wrong address and lost. After 1 month still cannot receive refund so i asked credit card company to cancel payment. Never will order from them again!

I ordered one week ago but it being postponed the next day until 9th day I messaged on contact support to know the status of my order but unfortunately they just messaged that they lost my order and thats why they have to cancelled it and I asked about my refund they said you have to wait for 2-3 days to get it back to your account hopefully waiting that this time they will not disappoint there customer, ozone service sucks really I prefer others not to buy anything from this aap.

Placed twice order with them to deliver books & toys for my son. Delivery with DHL was fine. But both time they sent faulty products. In the books pages were missing, interactive toys were broken & faulty.I wish ozon as retailer was more transparent. I reckon they just do not care what they send abroad, as most of the time return process not as easy as for locals. Such a shame, as I have feeling that was dealing with dodgy & dishonest retailer. Hopefully one day the way Russian companies (including ozon) doing business will change.

Ordered 10 books from Russia. Delivery to the US was quite fast (via DHL), however the parcel arrived half torn, books are falling off. Very disappointing, especially when you are paying for a delivery and it is not just free of charge. Whoever packaged the books clearly did not do a good job, knowing that this box needs an extra tape because the books are heavy and they will be tossed around all over from Russia till they make to the final destination in the US. I wish I could attach some pix of the box I took when I saw it at my doorway. Shocking.

I made 2 orders with ozon.1st : A rather expensive HP printer. Delivery was made on time. When i started to use the printer it asks for admin password. Pb, no password is implemented for new machines meaning that this printer was already used and configurated by another client. I called the hotline to get a solution. They assured they will call back. By bye for ever.2nd : i ordered toys for christmas And 2 days before delivery sale canceled.Avoid ozon. Never ever use it. They cheat you on the product and on the service

Had an order with this company a while back. They offer a courier home delivery option at a reasonable price for when you have the big orders. If you are new to Russia, then I must tell you that you NEVER wan't your order shipped with the state postal company. Save yourself some waiting by buying online at a courier that is NOT the national postal company, because you would be waiting in line for hours, and then it's better to buy at a physical store. Ozon Courier service was satisfactory.

Order 38521676-0005 :1/ Three days the order was promised to be delivered; failed, nothing happened 2/ I have been trying to clarify the status : the last explanation was ‘no place at the car was available’ ; I was amazed as the box was really small3/ The delivery was pre-paid, despite on my questions, no attempts were suggested to improve the delivery as the suggested date was out of my availability. The order was canceled as I could not receive it on time.4/ I was really amazed with the online support, as I was abused by operator Yana of ‘cheating’.. & I was said that if you do not like something ‘you can receive !your money! back’. Oh, thank you, so “kind and generous”)Resume :1/ I pre-paid the order with agreed delivery and, finally, needed to justify myself not knowing what for and why. Btw, I have premium account which was paid separately. With these regards, I do not understand the advantage of the premium account at all!2/ OZON has clear problem with the quality aspects as the online support is responsible for claim process..this is to be separated.I hope the other orders would not be so complicated!!! I am highly disappointed.
