oysho.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives oysho.com a fairly high trust score on the platform: 80.7. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to oysho.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning oysho.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between oysho.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of oysho.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of oysho.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. oysho.com is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether oysho.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether oysho.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, oysho.com.

I ordered clothes from Oysho. Their delivery company told me they "lost" it and never sent it to me. Oysho told me their delivery company was liable and refused to reimburse me. I lost money and time. No one would help me. Don´t shop here.
Stupidity and ineffiency seems to be in the head of all employees, and they were way to many doing nothing. None of them were able to understand what they were there for, and that the store is actually living from customers paying thier salary.
I made an order for a few items to arrive together as they were meant to be worn together / bought them as a package, but instead I got an email a few days after placing the order to say some items were not in stock anymore and that they only dispatched half of them. I would have expected to be asked if I still wanted the remaining ones, and also to be offered a voucher or discount code. I was offered free delivery which is free for anyone anyway. My first negative experience with Oysho, and it seems there is no human on the front end..
Purchased couple of things at Oysho Westfield , the leggings broke second time I was wearing them 2 weeks after purchase . I contacted Oysho online with the receipt . They told me they can’t help , only the store can assist me , however they also say there is no email or even phone number to contact the store . I do not live close to the shop . So not even terrible but non existent customer service . How are they even allowed to operate a store in Westfield
Shocking running of their business, ordered 4 pairs of trousers on sale, paid and received confirmation of order. From then, nothing for over a week then an email saying one of the trousers is unavailable, the rest of the items is going to be delivered as soon as possible. Then nothing. Who knows how long it can take for a company to fulfill an order..
The worst customer service by Oysho Portugal. Felt like the agent got zero training. Rude, unhelpful and just plain useless. She even asked for my phone number twice even though I gave all relevant details in the beginning.Would not be purchasing from this site anymore but with 1.5 stars it's clearly a sinking ship.
We order something on 31st may, had been trying to email to find out when it will be delivered was told 6 days last Wednesday, tracking then changed yesterday 22/6 saying it has been delivered when it has not. Says delivered at 5.29pm, but this was updated to delivered 2pm, tried to email with no reply from anyone, disappointed ☹️ I want my £80 refund but can’t get hold of anyone!!!
Appalling customer service. Cancelled my order without any notification. When I complained they just used generic, automated responses that had no relation to my complaint or used phrases like ‘your order was not completed successfully’. Well yes, I know that but why? Kept being told to refer to my ‘financial institution’ when it turns out they were out of stock! …or at least that was the last excuse. Who knows what the truth was but the whole experience was exhausting.
I train 6 times a week and own a large selection of sports cloths from different brands. OYSHO's designs are nice but the quality of the fabric is shockingly bad. I purchased a pair of leggings and a jumpsuit, and they become completely see through when stretched even just a little. I've contacted OYSHO as soon as I've noticed this and asked to return the jumpsuit, which is still new and with tags but past return date. They refused to accept it back after claiming this isn't a defect issue, although they have admitted that it is clearly see though. Thus suggests that they find this quality acceptable. I find it unwearable.Terrible customer service and awful quality. I will definitely avoid them in the future.
Deceitful shipping info have tricked me into buying Christmas presents which will not be delivered in time. I made two separate online orders, shipping info reported both parcels to be received well before christmas, now both orders have been updated with shipping being at least 1 week later than previously stated.I love their products but online shopping is useless.
AVOID AT ANY COST!!It used t be great like 10 years ago but recently i have tried three times and their clothing are so horrible and such a bad quality(pant string were torn out and cut, very very thin pyjamas),look different than in the photos , too expensive etc! Also one of the very few brands that they don't include a return form inside the parcel and when you call or mail them nobody answers! I find is so suspicious because i never had any problem with any other other brand while procedures were flowing easily
I tried to return a waterproof jacket that I spent €79 on in Portugal because the zippers on the pockets would stick. I wore the jacket for 2 hours and realized this. The manager and sales girl laughed at me and treated me like I was crazy. They wouldn't even do an exchange because the ticket wasn't attached. I have never been treated so badly. This was in Porto at Santa Catarina. I will never buy from them again and will be posting everywhere I can, including expat websites. These companies don't seem to understand that Amazon will get all their customers when this is how they do business.
I ordered six yoga mats for almost 200 Euros. They never arrived and the online customer service is non-existent. Additionally, the in person customer service in the stores is also no-existent as the people working there refuse to help in any capacity. I also called in the stores before going in person and they don't help nor do they want to. This company is a scam and takes your money without providing a product.
Will not be ordering online ever again, the last two orders never arrived, 40 euros for the first order that never came, states that it was refunded, it was not. Second order of 140 euros during the sales, never arrived at the store, stated on website 'in transit' then after waiting weeks for it to arrive 'in store' it now states that it was rejected. Waiting refund....who knows if it will come, so disappointed.
The return is just a pain and I contacted three times as they still have 1.100 CHF which should be returned on my balance. I‘m maximum pissed off and also returning now a coat for 90 CHF that‘s supposed to keep you dry where by rain I was completely soaked after 5 minutes. Worst customer service and bad quality… Will not buy anymore. Greetings from Switzerland
Customer service is attrocious. Got faulty underwear with 2 holes in it. Contacted customer services via Chat- after much interrogation and sending many photos, challenges on if I’d washed them- they finally said ok will refund, will send onto the dept to process. A week later I get an email asking for a number of photos and details again- once again challenging if I’d washed it. Then told cause I’ve now disposed of the faulty item- they won’t refund me!!
I held off purchasing from Oysho for ages due to the bad reviews but a friend said they were fine so I took the risk as everything looked great and so well priced. I’ve ordered twice now and both orders have arrived within 2/3 days - super fast. All products have been really lovely! The modal joggers are amazing- so comfortable and actually flattering. I haven’t needed to return anything so can’t rate that but I don’t think they deserve such terrible reviews!
The clothes are good quality. I purchased about 7 linen tops and pants in Singapore Airport. I really loved them. However in Hong Kong, there is no store and ordering online is impossible and frustrating. I have contacted customer service 3 times and gone as far as to download another browser as apparently you can not buy using Chrome. It simply will not allow you to complete the address and therefore you cant move further in the buying process. They might as well shut down the website as it is a waste of time looking.
This review is for the Oysho Spain.I made an order about three years ago and I found out my order was missing an item so I contacted their customer service to solve the problem but to my surprise, they refused to refund me. The item was out of stock but they charged me for it. They told me because it was an international order they couldn't refund me. I ended up receiving neither my item nor my money. Never again
Very bad customer service. I had problems with the discount code offered by the Oysho newsletter and seek for help from the customer service via online chat. The customer service did not solve the problem but kept questioning whether I did things correctly. I did follow the correct steps but it did not work. This is unhelpful and fraudulent. I will not bother about buying from this company.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
