Great company and great products. My first order with the company was lost in the post. I emailed Andrea, who got back to me straight away and sent out a replacement. It was delivered the next day. Bye bye bush is brilliant. I haven’t used a hair removal cream in years due to bad experiences but after reading the reviews I bought this in the sale. Removes all hair with no nasty smell or burning. Great results. Will definitely purchase again.

I was influenced by an Instagram ad and I am not disappointed at all! I ordered during their holiday sales and ordered the complete bundle and a mystery box. I did not initially receive the mystery box but when I contacted them they were able to provide a resolution quickly and I am so grateful for that! I love how easy it is to follow the steps they have and the resources available on their website if I have any questions about the process. The hair removal cream was easy to apply and did not sting or hurt at all. I am always prone to breaking out as my hair grows back in but I am not seeing any issues as of yet. Super glad I found a great alternative to hair removal I can do at home!

This is an amazing product!! Customer service is OFF THE CHARTS. Small businesses like these tend to have better service than bigger corporations and this company is definitely up there. These products took the most stressful selfcare routine and turned it into something I look forward too. Hair removal is daunting when you have thick horse hair, I was so nervous at first (because these hedges had been abandoned) but I followed the instructions and was floored by how effective and luxurious these creams are! The mango cleaning cream is a dream, the cooling spray really works instantly and the Bush be Gone, does exactly what it says it will (with out the awful smells.) Get the kit, you won’t regret it!

I've tried various methods for hair removal in my private area, but this is the only one that has worked without causing irritation. It's truly amazing and has given me a newfound confidence during the summer months. On a recent girls' trip, my friends and I compared our bikini lines, and everyone wanted to know my secret. While some of my friends experienced irritation or red bumps after shaving, I had minimal to no irritation after a week, and the hair grew back much more slowly than usual. I ordered Ingrown Out, The Final Touch, and Bye Bye Bush as I have had issues with ingrown hairs from shaving my bikini area. I have used these produces for a couple of weeks now and have noticed a significant decrease in ingrown hairs/bumps as well as no itching as the hair is growing back.I did have an issue with my order, however, Hannah was very responsive and resolved the issue.I will definitely be ordering again!

Using these products has literally changed my whole experience with hair removal and care for my bikini area. My hair is softer and less coarse, after hair removal my skin is smoother and softer with hardly any bumps or ingrown hairs. I have a pretty sensitive skin, and I always get disappointed with hair removal products, so my expectations were very low. But these products work! The products are so lovely and mild, they are easy to use, and the experience is pain free! I have used it for my armpits and bikini area and I will never go back to shaving or waxing ever again! Plus, the costumer service is flawless. One of my products was broken during shipping, but I got a new one send super fast, and with no extra costs.

First of all, I've had great results with their products in reducing and eventually eliminating the dark spots on my bikini line. Big confidence boost! Second, their customer service never disappoints! There were a few times I had to contact them, but one time in particular I was having issues with an order, without hesitation I contacted them and Hannah sorted my issue right away. Very happy with their products!

The first use was great and I thought I’d found the perfect product. But then the last 4/5 time I’ve used it I’ve noticed the ingrown hairs are way worse than I’ve ever had before and so so painful, I thought this cream was going to make that whole situation better. Disappointed because it was expensive, and almost a full bottle left I very rarely leave reviews on products especially a bad review but I just don’t want anyone else with to have these painful ingrowns

These products are life-changing! I was so skeptical at first because it sounded too good to be true. I have struggled with razor burn forever and it was affecting my confidence and body image. These products work EXACTLY as advertised and are amazing! I will be using them for life! I recommend them to everyone. I purchased the oyo Bye Bye Bush cream and Honestly for my standards it was pretty good. I’ve used it for the first time today. I have 50% hair reduction in my bikini area at baseline from doing laser previously (15 years ago) so I did cut the remaining hairs a bit with a scissor to make them shorter before applying the cream but I don’t think that would matter. I spread the cream all over my intimate area down there including all the labia majora (I’m being specific to help others out lmao) and I left it there for about 10 minutes. And when I scraped it off with the spatula the majority of the hair (I’d say 95%) just came along with the cream. I’m actually pretty surprised and satisfied with it. not much stubble, it’s actually pretty smooth. No itching like I usually get after shaving. I’m very happy.

I cannot thank the lovely ladies at OYO for making such a divine products. As an athlete I have suffered from painful bikini lines due to where my clothings rubs sensitive skin areas. As a full time sailor my skin has no time to repair itself easily. I always thought I would have to sacrifice the smooth ‘perfect’ bikini line for my job but not anymore. The results are unbelievable. I hope my review will give other women the trust they want in these incredible products. My favourite is the oil it is so easy to apply and calms my skin instantly!
