Amazing customer service from my Own Up advisor, and prompt follow-up from great partners. The lender I was matched with gave me my best rate by far.

This was my 4th time using Own up in the past 5 years, to buy a new home or refinance. As always great responsiveness, willingness to work on very tight timelines, making the mortgage journey easy. I’m consistently able to find through Own Up the most competitive rates on the market!

Smoothest mortgage process I've experienced yet! My financial advisor recommended using Own Up to find a mortgage lender and Own Up delivered. They presented us with multiple lenders and rates, and we were able to close with a rate that was definitely lower than what we had expected going into this. Great communication and willingness to answer any questions I had, plus I loved the convenience of doing it all online and over email.

The process was pretty smooth sailing. The communication was superb between rebekah killgo and Jackie suwanski, they were on top of making everything clear and fast to close.

I recommend working with OwnUp; their offers were competitive from day one, the communication was clear and effective and Olivia went ahead to refresh pre-approval and rates without having to ask her. Also, while other lenders wanted to align to whatever was the most competitive rate, OwnUp was leading the path to find these competitive rates. Very happy with my choice.

I've used own up twice now, first time for refinancing my apartment and recently to purchase a single family home - had an excellent experience all the way thru the closing. Both the time I shopped around extensively however no one was able to really beat their rates. I would strongly recommend them, not only for the rates but also overall smother closing process
