Quite simply what made my experience great was speaking to a real person who was more than helpful. She explained everything I asked about very clear - instead of what is all too common these days :- Lots of questions that you are only allowed to answer in a certain way! Your type of service is invaluable so thank you.

The agent was very helpful and explained things well. He raised an issue of a query I had giving me the case number as it needed to be referred to another department. It was about power move.Having an agent like this makes the call easy. This person came across as caring and demonstrating great customer service. Explaining expectations so I understand what would happen .Excellent service provided makes the experience so much better .

The advisor was very patient and addressed all my worries. He found out why the photo I had sent of my FIT apparatus had not got through to OVO, contacted the friend who sent it (which had been done correctly). He took my FIT reading for September (I was worried that I hadn't been asked for this). He explained the length of time I would have to wait for payment. I am very satisfied with his excellent, conscientious and thorough service.

Call was answered quickly which is amazing these days. The young lady called Amy who handled my call was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions making my decision to change to another tariff easy she also helped with my query regarding my smart meter which doesn’t work. It was a pleasure speaking to her.

This afternoon I phoned Ovo to arrange a refund and also to get help with my Smart Meter, which I have been having problems with. I was so glad to speak to Yonatan, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He sorted my queries very efficiently and I was very happy to have had such a positive experience.

Excellent discussion with your agent Ryan whose explanation as to why payment for Solar Panels was not received. He made a very good explanation of mypredicament and assisted me in sending picture of our meter and readings to yourselves which I understand has now been done on our behalf by our son David.Much appreciated, John Provan.

Engineer was great, really helpful and talked us through how to use out new smart meters for gas and electric. Customer service over the phone and on live chat on the other hand was appalling. Seemed to be no organisation or communication between departments and had numerous issues with booking the smart meter appointment

Engr Dave did a great job with fixing the electric and gas meters. He was also very professional. Such a remarkable staff. Kudos to him!!! At the moment I still haven't been able to use my gas because the boiler is not working apparently it didn't tally with the new systems.Please can you send an Engineer to fix my boiler? As I am without heater at the moment. Will be expecting to hear from you ASAP.

I like the fact that the Advisor explained to me what were the export & import readings about. Usually, we don’t have people taking their time to explain how this whole system of energy works. Also, he worked me through into how I could see the export reading on my device. This was really helpful too.

Very good energy provider. I find they answer the calls and deal with problems and much better 100 percent than SEE, British Gas and Scottish Power. I can't highly recommend them enough. Just to solving problems I rate Excellent.

From start to finish was great service from call handlers, sent over details they needed and problem was fixed. Tia phoned the next day as a courtesy call to make sure everything was sorted which it was. Great service by everyone who dealt with me, good job couldn’t be happier

Just moved house and the previous owner were OVO customers so we decided to keep them as our supplier. Very helpful on the phone, everything set up during my call, an app to see what we’re using and a very reasonable tariff which includes boiler servicing.

The person I spoke to was very polite and tried to explain the matter in question.However over a period of time I’ve spoke to various members of the team and been told slightly different things.I’ve therefore forwarded the last email requesting proof of ownership on to the fitter’s who did the work in my property, in the hope that they can supply the appropriate paperwork. At the moment the issue is not resolved.

Everything about the installation was very good .The engineer fitting the meters(Mark)was outstanding,he kept us informed every step of the job,and did the installation quickly and efficiently .Thank You very much.

OVO energy became too expensive so I went onto the Martin Lewis money expert website to do a comparison of different energy providers. Octopus was top for our needs. We contacted OVO to let them know we were leaving, we had constant calls on a daily basis to say we owed them money……!!!! Even though we still had 2/3 weeks to pay our final bill. OVO need to train their employees on the art of not chasing regular bill payers who are ready to leave this provider! They have got far too big for their boots, learn from your mistakes and stop chasing existing customers before they have got a final bill before they’re due to get away from a poor company.

My advisor came across as warm and friendly. She was quick to respond to my questions with the answers I required. More than that, she enquired if she could take my electricty readings so saving me logging on and entering them later.

Engineer was knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to accommodate my curious nature. Clearly explained all the processes he conducted, demonstrated all the new metering equipment and in home display. Also spoke highly of Ovo, their commitment to helping customers in need and the company developments currently being undertaken. It was truly a pleasure to meet an engineer who takes pride in both his work and the company he represents.

Fitter arrived 5 minutes earlyVery polite young man after taking notes of existing meter power was turned offAbout 40 minutes later power back on Fitter explained how the meter and display worked then bid me goodbye in less than an hour
