Is outsurance.ie Legit?

Have to say what a delight it was dealing with the staff on the phone, so helpful and knowledgeable as to the products and services on offer, delighted with the price too, easy to understand and could have a laugh aswell. Overall a great company to do business with and will be telling all my friends and family.

Fantastic to deal with. Called back when they said they would. Only reason i gave 4 out of 5 stars is down to them not able to offer full NCB protection. This was an issue for me personally. Everything else, however, 5 stars.

Great experience. My wife and I returned from the UK (3 years) with no Irish no claims bonus. Quoted 1300 + everywhere else. Both of us have 10 + years full license and NCB but reverted back to 0 after our time away. Fantastic quote and dealing with Sarah proving there is some light in an extremely unfair car insurance climate in Ireland. Highly recommend.

Eddie was very clear, concise, helpful and patient. Note that, for security purposes, I would prefer a payment option whereby rather than call out the card details over the phone it's possible to use the number pad on the phone to enter the details. Also I requested that, again for security purposes, my card details not be stored - it should be standard practice not to store these details.

I received amazing service from Jacques. He went above and beyond to secure a good quote for me and get me signed up. Great customer service is rare these days but Jacques was exemplary.

Spoke with Lalya initially and later Tunaham they were both v helpful and comprehensive in convincing me to join outsurance. They answered all questions and made the process seamless. As I was saving money I decided to go ahead with outsurance. They are new to Irish market and hopefully a great addition.

My customer service agent made a mistake in quoting me for my car insurance. He didn’t properly record the information I gave him as was evidenced in the recording of our telephone call. When I returned to purchase the insurance the mistake was noted and the cost of my policy increased significantly and substantially. After my protest - and deliberations by the management team they agreed to honour the first agent’s quote. Hence 4 stars given.

Excellent experience with the member of staff I was dealing with, she was very professional and helpful. Outsurance has given a better deal than 12 other insurance providers that I got a quote from, and was half the price of my initial insurance company! I’m really impressed with what they offer.

I can only say very positive things about Outsurance. Having been fleeced by my former Insurer on a yearly basis, it’s great to see new providers entering the market. The agent I dealt with is called Lee and I found him both professional and courteous and very helpful. If you’re fed up of paying obscene prices then I would highly recommend you contact Outsurance as I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the quotes they will provide.

Excellent customer service, I had a small issue (my fault) and the customer service agent (Sarah) couldn't have been any more helpful. The car insurance quote was also the cheapest I had received by over €100. I would highly recommend OUTsurance.

Good price, good customer service. Good to get something back if policy is continued for 3 years implying that OUTsurance do want to reward loyalty unlike all other Insurance players in the market.
