Tried outsourcing angels in hopes of handing off some ongoing chores plus a few quick one-off jobs.Unfortunately, all three people I received were useless. Trying to get them to do any work takes me longer to explain, explain again, correct, explain a third time, tell them ‘no, you’re not actually done yet’, then the deadline sails past and I have to do it myself. One of them went "to a cafe 15 minutes away" but then went AWOL and didn't get in contact until 28 hours later. That's pretty bold for a first day! 🤣We cancelled our engagement and got a refund except for the days we had VAs working.Giving two stars because the backend staff were responsive and helpful.

I came across OA after doing some due diligence in the company and its owners. I liked what I read and heard. They scoped my needs thoroughly and I felt comfortable handing over some tasks. As I got to know the ability of my designated VA, it was an easy decision to engage her on a permanent basis. Great & talented VA and support team! After researching other companies and actually interviewing VA's from another firm, I found the other firm basically provided recent college graduates with little real experience. Outsourcing Angels, in their first attempt, found me a VA with loads of experience in everything I could ask for. She is very responsive and does fabulous work. She continually impresses me with her skills. Even though i don't need to speak with my account manager often, when i do email her, she responds by the next day. Overall, excellent experience!
