As a business owner, I believe in the principle of "praise in public, criticize in private," but I feel compelled to share my experience with OutreachFrog because their practices seem deceptive.I began using OutreachFrog in July 2024 but decided to switch to another SEO agency for various reasons. I emailed my representative, Jason, more than two weeks before the next billing cycle to cancel the service. Up until then, Jason had always responded to my emails the next business day.However, after not receiving any response from Jason or the company, I assumed they had seen my message and chosen not to reply. I logged into the client portal to verify or cancel my account, only to find there was no option to do so. At the time of writing this review, I had reached out to Jason again, hoping the recent charge was a mistake and could be resolved directly. But after reading several reviews from others facing the same issue—where cancelling the service seems intentionally difficult—I now suspect this is a deliberate tactic.If anyone from OutreachFrog is reading this, I’m still open to resolving this issue directly with you. However, if I don’t hear back within 24 hours of posting this review, I intend to initiate a chargeback with my bank, which will likely harm your standing with your payment processor.I'm sharing my experience to caution others considering OutreachFrog. At the very least, ensure there's a straightforward way to cancel before committing to their service.

Like many other previous clients have said their links are largely ineffective and they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. There is no phone number or anyway to reach out to them once you give them your payment information just a contact form. Do not let them tell you that seo is complicated and takes time I paid for their service for eight months and saw no increase in traffic or domain authority when I tried to cancel my re occurring order they kept charging me this company is a nightmare to work with stay clear.

Despite requesting to cancel our subscription multiple times, the service continued without our consent.We conducted SEO audits with multiple experts who confirmed that the backlinks provided were ineffective. Our website saw no boost in traffic on the targeted pages. The backlinks came from websites with minimal to no traffic—while they may have had traffic in the past, current data from SEMrush shows they no longer do.We attempted to address these issues with Outreach Frog, providing all our findings. Regrettably, our concerns were dismissed, and our communications have gone unanswered. They continue to charge us nearly $10,000 a month for services that have yielded zero value.As a small business, this experience has been profoundly frustrating. We are now considering all options to resolve this matter, including reporting to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. We hope Outreach Frog will take this feedback seriously and work with us to find a satisfactory resolution.

We hired OutReachFrog and they started out great and promised the world of SEO. After 2 months, we requested reports to show what they were doing and never received anything except links that didnt work. They continued to charge us even after requesting to stop. We hired another company and they told us that there were absolutely none of the links attached to our website that OutReachFrog had guaranteed. Almost $5000 and not a single link! now they just ghost me anytime i try to contact them.I’d be happy to show my emails that bounced back from OutReach Frog saying anything from our website is banned from contacting them. Plus you never replied to my personal email that wasn’t banned. I reached out multiple times over the past 8 months with no replies.

These people are Thieves I would recommend staying as far away as possible. They promise everything and deliver nothing. The links we were shown did not go to reputable sites that would help in SEO or anything o the sort, if they actually deliver anything at all. As is the case with ALL Trustpilot reviews, the charges on my Amex and ALL Communication were verified. If they have no record, why wouldn't they refund th $9,000 I was charged? You can look at places like Reddit, etc, a lot of people share may experience.

My company was using Outreach Frog with some success but when we requested to make a change to the direction of the links they ghosted us. After attempting to contact them we canceled the service and were still charged the following month, I'm talking a couple thousand dollars. At this point its been over 4 months with no answer, no reply, and no attempt to offer a service for our last payment. I see here in the reviews that there is a customer service rep responding and asking reviewers to contact them at a phone number.. the insulting part is that when you call that phone number, you must have an extension number or you get nowhere. (Its the same number I have been trying for months, along with my reps phone number) Very tricky..

Lies! I paid over $359 for 1 blog post. You used AI to create all the generic content and then you posted my backlink on a site that the website was just created 2 years ago and all traffic from India. Do not use them! Just looking at a site's DA & DR is not everything.

It's not easy picking SEO providers seems like choosing between bad and worse. This company gets results, in a low touch way - no need for endless meetings or updates - everything is visible in the client platform making it easy to know you are getting what you are paying for

My marketing manager told me Backinks are all you need for SEO. Been happy with OutReachFrog - I like how they fit in with other marketing I do, its not like they are trying to get you to buy all this other stuff from them, you just set up your recurring order easily online and work gets delivered without any hassles

An unfortunate experience with OutreachFrog. At the beginning of the engagement, I was told that the subscription we agreed to was month to month and I could cancel at any time. Several day prior to our 3rd monthly recurring order, I emailed our account managers and asked them to temporarily pause my subscription. I explicitly said I did not want my credit card charged at that time because I had to shift resources to other area of the business that month, with full intensions of resuming with their services shortly after. Meaning I did not want to pay $1,200 to OutreachFrog that month. This was September 2023.Surprise Surprise, they went ahead and charged my credit card anyway. Again, I explained to them it was a budget issue and I did not want to spend those $1,200 in backlinks for that month. Following their unauthorized CC charge, I reached out multiple times requesting a refund to be issued to my CC with no success. Their initial response was to keep the balance in the account for a future order--completely missing the point of why I asked them to pause and failing to understand my situation. When I continued to push for a refund they disappeared.This all happened in September 2023. After 2 email exchanges and getting bounced around to 3rd person, they disappeared. They stopped responding to my emails despite several attempts. It's March of 2024 and I still have not gotten a resolution nor a response to this unauthorized credit card charge.If you're considering a backlink partner, explore other options. Your time is more valuable and you don't need to be dealing with this nonsense. A complete waste of time and frustration.

I tried to cancel my service which is impossible. I wrote a review here and then they refunded my money. It did take a trust pilot review. My original review was a one star. Have changed it to a three star as they refunded.

Really impressed with the results. Have been through other providers, and the Outreachfrog team builds the best links - and the results have been way more impressive than expected. It goes to show their unique approach is highly effective. Their SEO team really knows how to make any site perform, I have 3 sites with them and all are growing in rankings and traffic

Results, results, results. OutReachFrog came highly recommended - I had heard of them for some time yet never had the budget to afford them. Simply quality work. Sure, they're more for people who care about just getting them ranked... rather than hand holding or puffery like other providers. Great work team.

I started with single links. They worked for my site. Then I learned about the bulk packages and managed SEO which is the same links actually but much lower prices. I should have bought those ones starting out.Better than the AI garbage all the other competitors use. OutReachFrog actually has a team in house of US writers crafting the content that is what makes it work so much better IMHO.

Ok I orginally was upset because I was concerned when I bought a recurring subscription I was stuck, but one call to their support and they showed me where I can adjust my order status at anytime. But I'm not cancelling because I'm getting results. They know what they are doing with the work and are US based. That's good for me.

I've witnessed many SEO providers come and go, but OutreachFrog has been there all along... which is why I continue to stick with them.

Buyer Beware! I used OutreachFrog earlier in the year for a website project with recurring backlink building. We kept the service going for a few months until we no longer needed it, emailing our account representative “T” to stop the service for now. No response back from “T” but the service stopped, no problem. Fast forward from August to December now, we notice we are being charged the monthly fee for the past two months. We set an appointment with “A” for the same day, that appointment was intercepted by “J” and “C”. They called my cell phone at the scheduled time and insisted that we be on the google call link that they sent over before they would discuss billing, once I joined I realized it was to get their AI program that was also on joined to the call to record the call. That's when the full court press started about addressing our issue. “J” led the call very aggressively, stating "they sent out 6 emails regarding the restart of the service", when I asked him to send over those emails he reduced the amount to 4 "I was exaggerating". I let them know that we never received any emails regarding the restart of service, “T” replied in October to solicit a call to discuss their opinion on our website needs without mentioning a restart. Why wouldn't someone call if they are not getting a response? So “J” berated me saying "I can see on my end where you read the emails from “J#2" and you had plenty of notice it would be restarting. We have never even heard of a “J#2”, much less corresponded with him, our account manager was “T” and she was unresponsive. Additionally, when you sign up for the service it doesn't tell you that when you pause it, you will be auto renewed 3 months later. Since we never got a response from “T” and the service stopped, we would have never known it restarted if our bookkeeper didn't catch it. On the call it seemed if “J” was trying to train “C” on how to "lay down the law" with customers who were surprised by their auto billing. He was rude, abrupt, & he offered no resolution at all, he said he would have to investigate “J#2's” emails not being received. I asked for copies of those emails, sure enough it was not 6 or 4 emails as he claimed. He sent over 1 email, claiming was sent to us by “J#2” that mentioned restarting the service. We would have continued working with them long term because high quality links are valuable. But now we will 100% not be continuing, there are too many services that won't try to shake you down and bully you to pay services you didn't ask for. Names redacted at trustpilots request.
