i ordered a ring a 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived and i paid 42 for it and its been way longer than 2-4 business days.unacceptable do better and get packages delivered.
Liked the look of the site, noted the odd ring sizes, placed an order. Have had a deluge of offers to buy more rings with 15% discounts, but am still waiting for the first one to arrive. It's been a month, no ring, no replies to enquiries, no acknowledgement of any sort.ABSOLUTE SCAM!!Thanks for your reply, a response has come at the same time as your reply to this piece of feedback. No acknowledgement of the complete ignorance of my emails to date. Let's see if any of the promises materialise shall we?
5 min after i place order contacted the customer service to cancel my order they just ignored my request for a few days. When i open dispute after 3 days then they send me email saying that order is already shipped. But on the web is saying customer service replaying within 24 hours.
Exceptional service. I received a ring that I wanted to exchange the customer service team managed to sort the exchange out seamlessly via emails. The quality of the rings is also top tier. I ordered a ring from Outlaws Amsterdam after seeing an ad on instagram. I received my ring about a week after I ordered which is fine. Unfortunately the ring was slightly too small so I needed to send it back. That’s when the problems started, my confirmation email had no order number on it so I emailed them to ask for help on multiple occasion's and I just constantly got an automated email with a link to the returns form which needs an order number obviously. After getting nowhere I resorted to messaging the insta page and actually got a proper response. After finally getting the info to send it back I posted it off and it was refused in the Netherlands even after filling in the customs form and paying the £12 postage. After reading more reviews it seems the items are all on AliExpress for 10% of the price. I did get an offer of 20% off my next purchase which I declined.
Excellent shop, ordered many times. Very decent packaging with great boxes to store the items and all are made of high quality materials. The customer service is good, one time I’ve had a order that was lost but after contacting customer support it was replaced for free and delivered three days later. Trustworthy shop for sure.

Having bought a few items from this site I think a 3 start rating is a fair assessment. The rings are (mostly) good quality and they have a very good range at not extortionate prices HOWEVER...As many other review state, their returns process is very poor. The option to keep the item you want to return and possibly gift it to someone else in exchange for a discount voucher is admirable but it seems this has been put in place to cover up a near on nonexistent actual returns process. I returned an item four weeks ago and upon checking the tracking information on Royal mail the item made it to the Netherlands only to have no answer on attempted delivery so now I believe the item is being returned to me by Royal mail...great.On top of this I'm not sure I entirely trust their sizing to be consistent and finally I purchased the Forever Ring from them which is a lovely ring with a pretty ambitious design but sadly the thing fell apart while I was wearing it and I have so little faith in the returns/warranty process I just haven't bothered to contact them.Promising site but they need to tighten up on their customer service before I would happily spend money with them again.
The necklace I received is exactly as advertised. It looks great and I am delighted with it.The item was delivered promptly and well within the suggested timescale which is another plus.Finally I would add that I either forgot to or couldn't specify a chain length. I needn't have worried though because it came with a 24' length chain which is perfect for a stockier man like me.

No problem with first purchase, but have sent numerous messages regarding an exchange on my second order. The ring sent was way too small. I have asked for advice on returning the item on at least four occasions and they are sending me round in circles, even denying the order exists on their system! Won’t spend another penny with them, if they don’t sort this out!

Quality is 5 Stars all day and I love Outlaws Amsterdam stuff, but there are major issues. I've edited this review as I believe the service and delivery are appalling. I've ordered two rings on Black Friday and still haven't received them (14/12/2023). I did email Outlaw & got an automated response. It wasn't until I did a live chat with Yodel which they said they haven't even received it yet. I'm not un-patient and I'm very welcoming to understand there can be delays, especially during Christmas time. But some communication or ANYTHING would be nice. The only thing I've got is the Yodel tracking which says "Left Sender" and that's not even correct. Incredibly disappointed.
I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 free deal and i have to say i am extremely satisfied. I picked up 3 rings and an orthodox cross, all pieces come with a nice weight and incredibly beautiful detail. I recommend purchasing a size up from your usual ring size as the rings tend to fit small which isnt a big issue. Ive seen a lot of reviews talking about long delivery times and lack of commination with the seller however i found the customer service to be brilliant and if youre living outside the netherlands then a longer delivery time should definitely be expected. Overall i highly recommend!
I've bought a couple if rings from Amsterdam outlaws and they were phenomenal in quality and delivery was fast . I did have an issue with my first ring were the stone fell out and was lost ,but I contacted them and within a week I was wearing a replacement ring free of charge which i was really impressed with. All in all they are a great company and I will be purchasing more from them

Ordered a necklace and ring for my fiance for his birthday. I was confused by the tracking system, so I thought my order was lost but I contacted the company and they responded the next morning to let me know it was on the way. The package arrived a few days later (took about 2 weeks total) and my fiance loves them! The necklace and ring both are very detailed and feel/look like they're great quality.
The ring i ordered as a present for my brother is absolutely amazing. I ordered around postal strikes so sadly it didn’t arrive in time, however the customer service i received from Labby was above and beyond. I was updated throughout and even received an email double checking that it had been delivered once the tracking said so.
