Well packed, took a bit time for delivery but delivered anyways, good product

Prices listed in the emails newer match the prices on the homepage, ever newer. This makes me think that they do this on purpose just to trick you into klick if the email link. It is a psychological game from them. Other than that the shop is ok by all standards but weak support and hard to get in contact with.

The delivery speed was quite good, and the quality of the ping pong table we ordered is acceptable for the price. However, the delivery people's attitude was disappointing. When the product arrived, it was raining, so I asked them to place the package inside the open garage, which has no steps. Instead, they left it right next to the garage door. It would have taken just one step to enter the garage, but they insisted that this was their policy. I would understand if there were stairs or some distance to cover, but this is a drive-in garage. They chose to leave the package by the door rather than take one step inside.

Was easy to handle . But it doesn’t work with temporally personal number . Not nice if you life in this country for more then 4 months.

Ordered a Trekkrunner treadmill. Product description on the website was good, payment process was smooth, delivery was on schedule, and the delivered product was as advertised.

More precise description about product what is included and not , would help users to be confident to order it.

Bought an ATV for the kids through cdon (Seller was outl1.se), a little bit slow in the beginning, small scratches on the item but fairly compensated so I would buy from them again.

Bought a 19.2 m2 Orangery/Green house through CDON.com (with OUTL1.se as seller).The purchase and delivery went well enough.The big drawback with this company is when there are issues with the delivered goods. In my case there where parts missing in the delivery.Given the size and the share numbers of parts in the delivery, returning the goods was really not an option. In stead I would have preferred the missing parts shipped, so that I could have a complete product. This proved to be impossible. After a lot of communication on e-mail I got a small discount, but this has really not solved my issue, as it so far has proven to be impossible to source similar parts on my own. Conclusion, when buying more "complicated" products, stay away, because you will not get any service to solve any issue that might arise.

It has been the worst internet shopping experience I have had in Sweden. An order that should have been delivered within 3-5 days took 45 days. Every few days they sent contradictory information regarding the order status. When I contacted them asking for a solution, they only threw poor excuses at me. When I finally received the order, I asked them for a compensation and they refused. Worse customer service I have ever seen in my whole life. I will never use OUTL1.se again, and I strongly reccomend everyone out there to stay away from them and look somewhere else.

First of all they were late with the delivery which i can live with. After spending a lot of time assembling a shower cabin it shows that they haven't sent all items needed to finish. That's also something that can happen.What i don't understand though is how a company can be such clowns. First they claim to respond all complaints within 48 hours. It has been close to two weeks now without any response at all. I've created additional complaints and same thing there. I try to call them within their opening hours 08:00-16:00. Getting voice answer that it's open between 08:00-12:00. I've been trying to call them between that time multiple days in a row now. No answer.Does that seem like a serious company to you?

Made an order from Outl1 via CDON and cancelled it, it arrived anyway and I refused delivery. After that I still got the bill for the order, and after half a year they still haven't done anything about it.They somehow have no idea where the package went and need an order number, but not the order number from CDON, and not the postal shipping number either, which are the only numbers I've received. CDON can't help either.I can't recommend purchasing anything from a company who sends you a bill for a product, despite not knowing what product they sent you.

I ordered a portable air-conditioning unit (Lyfco) and it was delivered to my dooe in a few days. I am VERY pleased with the unit. It was easy to mount with the window kit and some silver tape and it cooled my bedroom wonderfully during these past warm nights. It does make a little noise but it is sort of like "white noise" and you get used to it very quickly. I truly recommend this ac unit as well as this seller!

Ordered two things. Only got one, got my money back for the things that got lost in the mail. The stuff that was delivered lacked parts. After a while order a new instead of the one that got lost. It came after a long time. But it was busted and lacked parts. So after 6 months i got the parts that were missing. I got some money compesation after messeging them four-five times.

In the moment now, i can only give one star, because since a long time, it's not possible, to make an order.When i will end my order, i have 'error', it's not possible, to do it.At first, i thought, it's a mistake from my mobile phone/Laptop, but two more persons tried it seperately of me and it didn't works too.I found no service contact.Therefore i can give only one star at the moment, but of course, can change this, when a order is possible again.

scam company, I made an order last month, and they say they shipped out the goods, without sending any mails regarding shipping informationnow they require us to pay double shipping, even though we can proof that they never gave us the chance to track the order.
