We came up with the 3.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to outdoorcampingus.com's industry. In addition to the site's creation date, the algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Young. Unsafe. Warning. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status

While some are self-explanatory concerning outdoorcampingus.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between outdoorcampingus.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of outdoorcampingus.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of outdoorcampingus.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. outdoorcampingus.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

I purchased from this website and never heard from them again. They are based in China. I reported them to the USPS and to PAYPAL. I thought that they were legit because they have a PAYPAL account. NO such luck. They also use AMAZON Prime USPS shipping numbers for shipping confirmation so they can tell PAYPAL the package was delivered when in fact it was not! They have to be inside AMAZON's computer system to get this info. Pretty sophisticated.

    1. Darek

They are not sophisticated and they do not use Amazon Prime USPS shipping numbers... I do not think that AMAZON security system would allow them to hack their delivery and tracking system. Simply once they obtain your address they ship bogus package or empty envelope to anyone in your zip code. That way they got real USPS tracking number. next they provide you with this number to track the package on line. USPS tracking system does not show delivery address and when package got delivered to your neighbor, USPS on line tracking shows that package was delivered to mail box in your zip code ONLY not to real address. To find the delivery address you have to call Post Office or go there personally with tracking number. Post Office will tell you destination address associated with the tracking number as well as other info about the package - size, weight, postage and so on..... If you report these mf.. to Paypal or CC they will contest and will provide tracking number and delivery status "DELIVERED" of the bogus package and you loose your case. You need to report them to CC or PayPal with info you can obtain from Post Office about the package - delivery address associated with tracking number which is not yours obviously.... and you will have a chance to get a refund from PayPal or CC...

I jumped the gun when i found this website. I should have done my homework on this "so-called company" PRIOR to placing my hundred pls dollar order. However, that is still a far cry from being any excuse to false advertise then simply steal money that does not belong to you. It has been a month, I've written them 3 times and tried to hold out hope that I'll get that "confirmation email" Google must have lost in transit. What, if any, are my options at this point?

  3. Darek

This is SCAM... how it works. You place the order and they send you an email with USPS tracking number. After few days you track your package and status says "DELIVERED" but USPS does not provide exact address in their on line tracking system. Since you have not received package you contact outdoorcampingus.com - no response, so you give up or dispute charges with your CC. They contest your dispute providing an order info and delivery address - your address and tracking number with status "DELIVERED". Your credit company believes them and you loose your money. Well in my case I was persistent and went to the Post Office with the tracking number. It turns out that it is real number but package associated with this number was delivered to someone in ZIP Code where I live and Post Office gave me exact address where they delivered package. Interesting is that package weight was only 1oz and my order was around 10lb. So that means that they send some bogus box to anyone in your neighborhood only to get tracking number. Why not to you? Well simply you would take a picture of the package and contest it with your CC. With these detailed information from Post Office - delivery address and package size I'm going to contest the transaction... will see... Lesson learned... check if the merchant is from f... China first and do not buy from them. BTW I wanted to login to their website with my email and password and my account does not exists....

  4. Steve

Total scam, you can catch them by doing yhe leg work and going thru the long USPS process and obtaining the (FULL ACTUAL SHIPPING ADDRESS) on the bogus tracking #. The game is as below; Upon dispute they provide PayPay or CC with a tracking # which shows a delivery to an address in your town and zip, However if you go through the full tracking of USPS process, you will find it was not the correct house of street address. Use this as proof before calling CC or PayPal. Have the documents and proofs ready. I was able to overturn a resolution with PayPal that was initially awarded to them, upon these proofs provided by the USPS it was overturned to my favor.

I have ordered a product from this website and have sent several e-mails but so far have not heard back. My order is 'still pending', so I am thinking it is a scam.

  6. Howard

This seller is a scam. Very similar to budeloss.com that was shut down. Do your homework before you deal. There are red flags but you've got to find them. I got burned by budeloss.com and I think this is the same scam with a new name. Buyer beware.

  7. Howard

Read comments by Drek. Exact scam pattern as budeloss.com that was shut down (hopefully by my complaint to FTC) PayPal failed me and so did my CC company. Screwed for $55.

  8. smeru

    I confirm the scam.
