Is outcast-clothing.com Legit?

There was a problem with my order but Emily from the customer service helped me and I felt very appreciated and understood. She really cared about me and my problem. It can happen that things don't go as expected, but I was very impressed with how I was looked after. She was so nice and took good care of my problem and she also responded really quickly.Thanks again Silke :)

Placed an order over 4 weeks ago, but still haven't received it. On the track& trace that was send I see no updates for the past two weeks. Now I am not saying this is the fault of Outcast Clothing, I understand sometimes something goes wrong on the way. However I am dissapointed that I reached out to you last Thursday and I haven't even heard so much as a confirmation that you are working on answering me. Really hoping to hear from you to see what you can do to either help me receive my order or to set up a refund.

i did a return and they refunded me entirely and the returns process was great

lower quality than shein and you dont get your money back only store credot but these dresses or clothes arent worth the money. Belive me dont buy there I lost 400€.

Unfortunately I received a clothing item with a hole in it. However, they were quick to rectify the faulty item and offered store credit in full plus a complementary $15. I spoke with Emma who was very friendly and happy to help!

The customer service representative that I spoke with from Outcast was very personable and resolved my issue fairly quickly and got back to my email also very fast.

I ordered an outfit from Outcast last month which arrived quickly and I was really pleased with the item. I decided to order another outfit for my holiday which never turned up. The courier never even tried to deliver my package or gave me the option to collect it. After contacting Outcast they said it will take 1-2 months for a refund so now I am left with no outfit for my holiday and no money to buy a replacement. I would not risk buying anything from Outcast again.

Import taxes added on top of my order which wasn't stated when ordering. When I contacted outcast to take back the clothing as I wasn't happy with this, they offered only store credit. This is very unprofessional.

Outcast Clothing customer service is outstanding!! I have nothing but positive things to say about their response time and helpfulness!! Really takes the stress out of online shopping. After receiving part of my order I realized a different size would fit me better in my remaining items. With 1 email exchange and less than an hour they were able to change out my remaining preorder items to a different size. So unbelievably happy!! Love my pieces from them and will continue to order from them for years!!

Their clothes are absolutely beautiful and their customer service is very responsive which I appreciate. The only thing I think they can improve is more help on their sizing. I’m between a small/medium and it’s hard to tell which size to choose sometimes, but if you message their customer service they do try to help!

I have had great experiences shopping on Outcast Clothing's website! Browsing and my transactions have been easy, returns are quick and painless. Returns are only for store credit, so keep that in mind. If items are available (not pre-order) they ship really quickly. Read descriptions and reviews for a good idea on the fit, the clothing is nice quality and comfortable, but may run small. The cuts are really flattering and such fun colors. Customer service is kind, thorough, and quick to respond if there are any issues or questions.

Outcast is just a fantastic company to shop with in general. The clothes are beautiful and they have items that nobody else has. The quality of the clothes are fantastic too so I’m happy to pay a bit more. I recently needed to return some items for a bigger size or exchange because I didn’t like how something fit me and the whole process was so easy with kind and efficient service the whole way.

I had placed an order online for outcast for an upcoming event. I clicked the second upgraded shipping option but when I got the order confirmation I realized my package was not going to arrive in time. I reached out to customer service and they shipped out my non preorder items separately and upgraded my shipping option. They truly saved the day. Will be shopping again soon!

Outcast has been my go to for celebration outfits. One night I accidentally bought the wrong outfit and only realized until the next morning. I was low key nervous about contacting the team because I didn’t know how the process would be. However I quickly found out about their resolution center, sent a quick request to edit my order and was assisted by a kind woman who immediately fixed my issue with no trouble, they shipped my new order immediately after. 100% pleased with the experience as bigger corporations would not take the time to understand my situation. Loved the support, thank you again.

The customer support team was very informative about my purchase and kept up with updates for the pre order items, and other item that was in stock. Was able to get 2/3 of my purchases sent earlier rather then waiting for the last item to come in, so I could try on the others incase they didn’t fit or couldn’t come in time for my event. Got them today after only just 2 days of the shipment email coming in for those items, and they fit perfectly. Very happy, keen for my last item to come in when it can x

I bought from Outcast a few years ago, and never received my package. After over a month of emailing, they refused to get back to me - they ignored emails, messages on social media, etc. I eventually gave up and never received my clothes :(

Really great customer service! I was looking for a style that hadn't been released yet but shown in their advertising and when I asked a question using their website chatbox I got a response the next morning with the name and approx when it will be coming in. Super helpful!

“Do Not Use This Company”

I wish I could choose zero stars because they are a terrible company. My daughter bought a dress using their sizing charts which when it turn up was so small we literally packed it back up and sent it back for a credit or exchange which they denied saying they could clearly small someone had worn it. Now we are stuck with a dress that will not fit anyone as it looks like a childs size. Please don't waste your money go somewhere else. Do not buy clothing from outcast! They will never give you a refund. I bought a skirt which arrived and was very poor quality. When I tried to get a refund they rudely stated I should have read their refund policy as they do not offer one for change of mind or wrong size! Sent out about 10 emails to their "customer service" asking when the item I ordered would be shipped out. On their site, it states in the description: "pre-orders for this item will be shipped APPROX EARLY APRIL." it's now the 20th and nothing has been shipped. Tried the dress on when I was back, was too small so requested an exchange via email and was told no. Absolute worst experience shopping here. It's an online clothing store which doesn't offer refunds? That's a red flag alone as clothing stores should be the first to offer refunds as you never how things will fit. Once you receive your clothes, you realise why they don't offer returns: because their clothes are terribly overpriced with the worst cheap, tacky feeling. Please do not buy here. I returned my order and used the store credit to try some other items. Those items did not arrive and I messaged them after a week of waiting for a confirmation email only for them to tell me they didn't have the items I ordered. So they never intended to fulfil my order and were just going to keep my money and hope that I would forget? This place is a scam. Also they have over 1 million followers on instagram yet only a couple thousand likes on each post so they are clearly buying followers to gain credibility. I ordered a dress that was $70 with shipping. It took two weeks to get here and the quality of the dress was atrocious. If you told me the dress was made by SHEIN, I would believe. That's how cheap it was. ALSO, IT STAINED MY HANDS BLUE INK FROM TOUCHING IT. I was apalled. And now they are offering me only store credit. Do not shop at this store.

I ordered 4 dresses for a friend, then quickly went back and ordered another for her. The sizes on all default to extra small unless you click the drop-down and change it which I did to small. Let me tell you about the worst experience I had with this company. I was so excited to receive my order, but as soon as I opened the package, I was disappointed. The material was so bad and felt like it was going to fall apart any moment. Moreover, the color was not as vibrant as it was shown in the image. It was a complete mismatch. However, I thought it could be a mistake, so I contacted their customer support to return the product. They assured me that I could return it and mentioned that it was approved. But when I tried to return the product, they refused to take it back. They were not doing the needful, and I felt cheated. To make matters worse, the senior customer support executive I spoke to was extremely rude. She did not even bother to listen to my complaints and cut off my call abruptly. I was shocked and felt disrespected. It was as if they did not care about their customers at all. I realized that this company was not trustworthy at all. They were selling low-quality products, and their customer support was terrible. They did not stand behind their promises and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not willing to help. With problems they just refer you to their FAQs/Policy. I am having problems receiving my item and NO ONE IS HELPING! I'm addition, I have decided I never want to encounter this again so I would like a refund and to not support the company by purchasing any more items based on the unwillingness to help and the Absense of customer care. However, they have emphasised their policy once again, informing me they do not do any refunds only store credit. Which is obviously bit helpful as I do not at all want to support a company that do not care about the people purchasing their items.

“Generation Outcast SCAM / FRAUD”

I placed with Generation Outcast an order from USA in July 24,2020. Today is 9/28/2020 and I have not yet recieved my order. The company contacted me via email stating tht they needed a copy of my passport, credit card and credit card statement, that my order looked suspicious and that they take fraud very seriously. I replied to them that I did not feel saved sending such personal information, that I buy things online and never was I asked to send such information. I also told them that my credit card passed with no problem. I asked for them to either send me the order of refund me card back. Their responsewas that they could only give me a store credit. I have never heard such thing. I haven't even received my order and they want to give me a store credit? We are talking about $640 USA. I contacted my credit card company and told them what was going on and they thought is was suspicious of Generation Outcast to ask me for all that info, so I started a dispute to get me money back. After a month, my credit card contacted me stating that Generation Outcast contacted them and told them they had sipped my order. On top of that they recharged my credit card no $640 BUT $656. Why? Who knows! As of today 9/28/2020 I have not received any order, no communication with Generation Outcast and now I have to dispute and fight for this charge. I am very dissapointed with this company. I usually dont write reviews. If you read this, I can only advise you to be very careful with this company. As of me, I defenitly wont buy anything else from this store. And I hope I can solve this problem.

“Late Shipping, poor quality, clothes don't fit properly, poor customer service”

I made a purchase on generation outcast and spent a little over $240.00 on July 20th and I paid an extra $18 for express shipping which is (3-5 business days) because I wanted the clothes to arrive in plenty of time before the music festival I wanted to attend. I started to get worried when it took the company just 3 business days to package and begin shipping my order, so I sent them a message on Instagram. In the beginning the replied, until it got to my order number and then they just left me on read and never dealt with the situation. When I received my package there was another $46.60 fee for customs clearance. I was happy that my clothes finally arrived but when I opened into it, the quality was not what I expected for $240. The zippers barely worked, the material was thin and felt fragile. I ordered the potential bodysuit in red and it was way too big for me and it was a small the straps never stayed on and honestly it was not worth the money I paid. I bought the playing harness that i saw as well and the material of the belt already started fraying. The nebula two piece is see-through and the skirt already frayed a little when i put it on. I would never shop here ever again because the products are overpriced I feel like I got scammed with shipping.
