I’ve bought three pairs of sunglasses from this company. Two Off-whites and a pair of Pradas. After my second purchase I received an email stating I would receive an extra carrying case with a third purchase as part of a loyalty program. After ordering it took two weeks for them to ship the sunglasses and after inquiring they responded by saying they were not in stock, and had to be ordered. After finally receiving the item it never came with the carrying case that was promised. I emailed support and never received a response. The glasses they sell are authentic and come directly from Italy however I would expect as a loyal customer that their customer service would be much better never receiving an apology or a response to fulfill what was promised.
