I've already responded to a similar email... please read your emails, talk to each other and work out how customer service works... I do not want to send several responses to the same question.
I was happy with Osmo handling an issue I had with my Blood pressure monitor.
I bought the color deficiency glasses for $150 USD. I received them timely enough, so no complaints there. I was excited to try them, but found that so much light reflected off the inside of the lens that they are useless, nothing can be seen through the blinding reflection. I contacted customer support to initiate a return. Unfortunately, after several back and forth emails, was told that the glasses cannot be returned because they are “used”. Ok, they were worn for less than two minutes to test them out, and found to be totally useless due to the reflection. How can you try glasses to see if they will work for you, find that they absolutely do not work for you, and then can’t return them? I do not recommend these glasses at all. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company based on their ridiculous return policy.
I raised a concern about a product received. Teresa from Osmo contacted me 15 minutes later.Offered to replace the product atni cost. Wow!If only other suppliers could be as good. I have bought previously from Osmo. I find their products to be good but their customer service is outstanding!
I brought a jar of shilajit because of the fake reviews , which I thought were genuine but they are not , they are fake as the shilajit , if that’s what they call it!!!, because it is fake and not good , real shilajit taste disgusting and thisnke, it taste nice , which is not good it is so week and expensive you are better of throwing you money away, there is no money back guarantee , this stuff is useless.

I thought i was getting trackers that didn't require a sim card after ordering i went to the on line chat to make sure they didn't need a sim card to work , after chatting with them they advised me a sim was required so i asked for a refund, they refunded me within minutes, well done and highly recommended if you have an issue, good to see their are still honest company's out there cheers
I bought an Osmo Breathalyser for $200 and it does not work when I need it to work. Every now and then it will work but when I really want a result it'll just beep and not countdown properly. Don't waste your money! If I could give a zero star review I would
Bought a Osmo Netlite VRX wifi 6 router…Easy to set up, but telvision finds the network. connects, and after turning off TV and turn on again. The TV dont find network again. Have to pull out power to router before TV finds network. And for the range of signals, this is only 7 mts between router and TV no walls/floors (65" 5 year old Samsung TV.) never had a problem on my 100mb old router thats 15 year old. Signals dont reach more than 15 mts from router out on the terrasse.
Having problems to get the tracker working correctly so contacted customer support who responded extremely quickly to say someone would be in touch. The follow up email to suggest how to remedy the problem could be sorted was very helpful. (Ironically when the next morning I went to try out the suggested ideas the tracker was performing correctly!) Reassuring to know that help is available should I need it
Sent an email late in the evening to sort oit something about my orderen. Got positive answere first thing in the morning, the day after, in my mailbox.

My first Osmo dog tracker was faulty, it was conveniently replaced with another. I managed to get this one set up and working ok at times however would report my dog was 2 kilometers away when she was standing next to me. They then sent me another 'upgraded' model, which was a waste of time, install directions in chinese. I'm over it. Had enough of these poorly manufactured products, we pay good money for crap products.

Received my bell. It however doesn't ring when people press the bell . If it rings there is a minute lag from when it appears on the App. Really don't like it and doesn't work as intended. There is however no where to contact ,no contact information on the website .
My family doctor noted that I have elevated blood pressure. I have purchased from https://osmo-aus.com. Beware!!! They purport to be in Australia but are not. They deliver from China and whilst they offer a money back guarantee, good luck getting it. I ordered two Osmo breathalysers $410 after discount and was sent two cheap ones from China worth no more than $25 AUD each. I have lodged a claim through Paypal but have to deal with Osmo who require that I return the goods to China at my own cost and say they will refund upon receipt provided they arrive in good condition and are passed by customs. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
