Preordered a statue about a year ago that was finally available last month. After an initial deposit on preorder, I was notified when the statue was ready to be shipped. Communication was done via WhatsApp which felt a bit unusual at first but turned out to be quite effective in the end.After I paid the rest for the product (which was less than originally estimated), I was then again told to pick a shipping method. After picking and paying for that one as well, my statue was shipped and arrived 1-2 weeks later (which was well within the estimated shipping duration). The box was very well secured with stabilizers in the corners to prevent any unwanted damage. And the name of the statue was also printed on the outer box which was a nice touch. The inner box was a completely customized box that fit the character very nicely. When I unpacked the statue, I was stunned by the quality of it. A lot of details and very nice colors just like the pictures that were shown on the product page. Strong magnets where you need them and some additional parts to change pose/clothes. I will definitely buy more from them especially since they have so many extremely nice-looking statues that are almost completely unavailable everywhere else. The only negative point is that the end price apparently varies a lot, especially when you preorder. You can't see how much the shipping costs are until you already paid for the product. So if you have to look at every penny you're spending, then it can lead to some frustration, but if you are fine with paying a bit extra (or sometimes even paying less than expected), then you will get rare and high-quality statues.

When I contacted them to request a refund, a replacement, or even a solution to fix the broken piece, they completely ignored me. If they want to know my name—it\'s Saroj from Japan.
