Is originalpaintbynumber.com Legit?

I ordered from this company on 2/17. No confirmation sent. No product received. But card was charged. After reaching out via email- I received an email on 2/28 saying I would be refunded. No refund. No product received. Called customer service. Promised refund. Nothing. Disputed through PayPal and credit card. Now no answer at customer service. There are plenty of other places to buy from…do that. Don’t use this company.

I ordered a custom paint by number the last week for November to receive it for a Christmas gift. I just received it today, January 4th. I contacted the company several times to inquire about the status of my order, with little to no reply. The phone number is disconnected.The image is distorted and I am not impressed. I am contacting my credit card company for a refund for a product received defective. Do not order from this company. The custom product is terrible, the paint colours look like garbage, and the customer service is horrendous.

I am giving it one star because there is no lower score. I ordered 5 paintings that have NO resemblance to those advertised on their site. The colors are completely off, only tones of yellow, grey green but the pictures should have all the colors of the rainbow. Very disappointed, through them away before completion. Won't buy again.

Happy to report I ordered two custom canvases February 6th and received them March 23rd 2023. Wanted to share my experience, since there are a few reviews saying it is a scam. I will agree their emails could use some work, with the tracking button not working. And tracking number seemingly not matching, but all I can say is my items have arrived! I'm excited to do them with my husband.

SCAM!! If I could give 0 rating I would! Ordered 1 kit May 9, 2020 and have gotten nothing but the runaround and fake tracking number China Post!! They operate under multiple companies selling same product also scamming innocent victims in this terrible COVID-19 crisis.. Instead of buying an art kit to lift your spirits THEY LIFT YOUR WALLET!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order. 4 months after payment, I still have not received what I have paid for. Every enquiry is met with the same stock standard email reply. I didn't receive an email receipt or any shipping information. While covid may have slowed down postage/shipping - 4 months is excessive (I have received goods from other countries within a reasonable time). Very disappointed customer.

I ordered 2 paintings back in March 2020.Up til now...not even notification that order moved past original transaction receipt.Thank God I went through PayPal. Entered into open dispute with company.PayPal came through in end and fully refunded my money.This company is totally untrustworthy

Ordered a kit May 27 2020 - credit card charged same day. July 16th still have not received kit. Will try to get a refund. Charge derived from Ontario but business address listed as 100 Church Street, Manhattan NYC. Sent me a tracking number on July 4th from Aftership - still no update on package. No customer service to speak of. Company only communicates via email and it takes 10 to 14 days for a reply.

Unfortunately I didn't check this website before buying my product. I bought one paint by number more than 2 months ago. After waiting for so long I finally requested a cancellation since the website they had provided (17track) didn't recognise my tracking number. I have send them 4 emails over the past month and never got any answer. There isn't a telephone number on their website so I can't contact them any other way. I am so mad I have wasted my money on a scam

I ordered 3 items on 13/04/2020. I received confirmation of the purchase and a booking code. I still have not received anything. I tried contacting many times. In the beginning they just sent a message blaming any delay on the corona virus. Then they stopped answering. The tracking number disappeared as well. Complete scam !! Wonder if this company even exists. Don't even think about buying anything from these crooks!

DO NOT TRUST!!Disappointed like everyone else, same issues as others. Ordered on April, contacted them by email in June (twice), they did not respond so luckily I always use PayPal otherwise I don't think I would have got my money back now, end of July. Thank god for PayPal

You need negative Stars for reviewing this company. Scam, ordered 2 paint by number kits before lock down. Nothing arrived, unable to contact them. Paypal didn't have any joy getting money back. Such a shame. No more shopping on the web unless I check trustpilot first!

Chose this company over competitors because it seemed to offer custom prints (upload a photo and it will send you a paint-by-number canvas to turn it into a painting). Ordered print on May 17. No shipping information provided at any time. Contacted on July 15 to request an update. Received automatic reply and no follow up. Delivery finally arrived on August 6... and it was the wrong print. Someone just stuffed a random picture of an owl in the package and slapped a label on it. Sent multiple emails requesting refund. Only received the same automatic reply message as before. Total scam. Save your money and go with a reliable competitor.

It is big scam please don't buy from Original Paint By Number site!It is big scam ! Ordered on April 4th 2020 and have never received anything till date ! just a confirmation email about my transaction and nothing ! literally have sent the emails every week ! and on this site they have a person giving good fake reviews when someone gives a bad original review !

Don't do it. it's a scam. ordered May 18th and still not received. Customer service terrible sending your round in circles to delay. Many other companies with this product, use alternative. Still processing with paypal to get money back after requesting to cancel several times, and having no response from the company.

I have the same complaint. Ordered but no delivery. I ordered early March and wrote several times but only received their standard email excuse. I checked the company that they indicated would show up on my credit card. They (An Associates) seem only to help companies advertise and they collect the money. I then went through my credit card company to dispute the charge and they returned my money and will follow through with the company to block any further attempt by the company to re-charge my account. Lesson learned I guess.

Ordered in April, received in August. All 4 canvases and paints were included, and the prints look pretty good. The major downfall here was obviously the poor communication and ridiculous delivery time. I started to think they were scammers, but decided to wait it out in the hopes of them being totally romped by Covid before escalating for a refund. Fortunately, I was right, and my order arrived today!Haven't opened any of the paint kits etc yet, but the canvases seem to be printed fine, all colours and brushes are included and all is well labelled. Keen to start painting, if I'm honest (only been waiting a few months!). Will be sticking to an Australian company in future, however.

I wonder who put 5 star review, did you guys actually received your order? SCAM I order in beginning of April and no surprise my order has been delivered, when I check on the status of that I get the same template email. Due to covid everything gets delayed but not like almost 3 months delay!!! Unacceptable. I suggest you buy paint by numbers kit on Amazon they have good options there and shipping is fast!

Absolutely appalling, pyment taken and order confirmed, then nothing for the past 10 weeks except marketing emails. When i try to contact them on their generic address the emails just bounce back. Luckily i paid by PayPal and so have put it to their resolution centre, they have had no response from this company either.Please do Not use this company.

This company is a scam!! I placed an order in April and never heard anything and still haven't received my paint by number product. I have emailed several times, but never heard anything. It's quite unfortunate. Does anyone have additional contact information? I'd like to at least get my money back!

“Poor Quality, Poor Service”

Waste of your time and money. Canvas came with missing lines throwing entire picture of. Would not accept a return or exchange for a different picture. $80 down the drain. Support won't follow up either

I paid for 2 paint by number for my sisters birthday. They sent me a painting of a naked women; when I contacted customer service they said the will resend my painting. It's been 2 months and I haven't received anything. And now when I contact customer support the just keep responding with random tracking number that never change from shipper received info. When I asked for a refund ($140) those emails where ignored I advise not to purchase from this site it's a China scam! This site may not be dangerous to you physically but it certainly might endanger your bank account. I ordered a painting from them a month ago and have not received anything, not even a delivery update. No response from them. Their phone number is constantly busy and when using the link for your order info, you're taken to a page that no longer exists. Need I say more?

“Worst Merchant Ever”

Decided to try PBN. Usually order through Amazon, with a rolled canvas that's in a nice sturdy box-which is included in the seller's original packaging…this is before it's put in another box by Amazon, and then mailed. This wasn't the case. The company claims they're in NY, yet their product ships from China…. BY BOAT! It took weeks to get to me, and when I tried to contact them multiple times during my wait, their phone number and website didn't work. FF to when I finally received my product. It wasn't shipped with anything protecting the edges. No box or hard cardboard. The edges were completely ruined and wrinkled, and the paints were halfway dried up. There was also no sample pic to use for reference when painting, as all other sellers have included. When trying to reach out for a refund, and to explain what had happened, I got no one and nowhere. This company is a fake and they're scamming people. DO NO BUY FROM THEM! Worst experience ever! Tip for consumers:Do NOT purchase anything from this site. “SCAM! I'd Give a 0/5 If I Could.”

Stay far away from this company! Huge scammers. I should have read reviews sooner, and now I'm out nearly $30 and lots of headache. I ordered on March 8 and it arrived Sept 10. I was charged twice, all of my emails to reimburse were replied to with an automated pandemic-related excuse why they couldn't properly help me. AND THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM! I will be a claim filing with paypal to at least get half of my money back. BUYER BEWARE; their site is deceiving and their products are crap.

Paint by Numbers and Numeral Paint used the images of my original paintings to create kits without asking for a license. Please refrain from supporting these thieves.

I complained multiple times requesting money back from items that were never delivered, and they give you some rubbish about how theyve reshiped them and you have to wait for it never to arrive AGAIN, so yu can complain again and repeat the process. Do not spend any money with these people - thei money back guarantee is absolute BS.

New York address is a SCAM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE - Order sat UNFULFILLED x 1 month! I cancelled the order by email (BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM!) And ordered from another company. I contacted Paypal to get a refund and THE DAY IT WAS TO BE RESOLVED BY PAYPAL and my money was supposed to be refunded, they MAGICALLY FILLED THE ORDER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ORIGINAL PAINT BY NUMBERS!
