Is orezzajewelry.com Legit?

So glad I found this brand! Perfect for my husband (always outdoors fishing, hiking, playing with the dogs, etc). Casual enough that it works for his daily lifestyle, but it also looks great for him to keep on with his office clothes. Will buy more!

I bought a few bracelets for my husband (who has never worn jewelry before) and he loves them! Especially knowing he can wear them without having to take them off because they are waterproof. I bought them 2 months ago and they still look new.

The communication is rather poor after ordering. It says full tracking but this does not work. The response from customer service is there but no concrete info on lead times. It can take 5-11 business days which is very long.

I cant understand the negative reviews about not recieving the order or the bad support. Neither of those two Things happened to me. My order (germany) arrived about 1,5 weeks after ordering. Sadly my hands are way too big for the jewelry. So i wrote the support for a return an refund. They answered after just a few minutes and a return / refund was no problem at all. The jewelry is not for me, but the site is absolutly legit and safe to order from.

I ordered from this site before reading these terrible reviews, but my experience was A okay in the middle with 3 stars. I asked for a refund through email which they claim they honor on their refund policy page, if it’s within 12 hours of purchase. I had my doubts but an hour or two later I did receive a refund confirmation along with a response from a staff member. My funds have been returned as well. So if it’s true they sell cheap $5 jewelry from China for $40, then that sucks, but if you ask nicely in the allotted timeframe, they’ll respond with action at leastOnce it’s shipped, that’s probably a different story though

With so many online jewellery sites to choose from, I know I made the right choice with Orezza. I bought one of their beaded men’s bracelets and boy did I pick the right one! This bracelet is modern, stylish and looks great alone or stacked with others. It looks and feels so good I ordered another one in silver!I would highly recommend Orezza Jewelry.

Delivery took quite some time because apparently it had to come from China. The ordered jewelry looks okay, but it was a christmas gift and the receiver didn't love it. For over two weeks I've been trying to contact Orezza for a return but I don't get any reply on my e-mails and now I'm afraid my money is 'lost'. I would not recommend ordering from this webshop.

I had a bad experience with an order I made. While it was sent after 5 days it said that it was returned and 21 days have passed since my order and I have not received anything. However, the communication and response that exists is excellent.

Absolute monkeys!! received the product and it wasn't right so emailed them back and I got no reply, messaged them on instagram and no reply.don't know what that are doing but it isn't sorting their problems out to make themselves grow! so when you have 5 minutes out if your busy work schedule do you want to reply?!!

Received my order and the product snapped in half right away. I emailed them multiple times asking to cancel my whole order and how to proceed with the return. I was told that I am responsible for shipping the order back to France and it costs $100. Literally almost as much as I paid for the product. I am waiting to hear back from them with a solution. If I were you, I would think 5 times before placing an order with them.

I ordered several gold or steel items, after several months of use they shine like the first day....Aesthetics, resistant, rewarding and economical...What more could you ask for?

SCAM!!!Terrible cheap rings (which don't even fit).I asked for a refund and the tracked the package. The owners of this brand refused delivery (it says online) and now are saying they can't issue a refund as it hasn't arrived. I have sent them the postoffice where the rings are kept but they won't go and sign for them. SCAM!!!

Custumers support is bad, they dont reply to e-mails and the order takes forever to be shipped. I've placed my order Nov 20th today Dec 20th still dont have any clue of my order. This is bad because on their website they claim to be very fast shipping.

Great quality men’s jewellery. Very durable and colours don’t fade. Orezza’s collection is very stylish and suits any vibe/setting.

Customer service is relatively responsive. Haven’t had too much trouble. I don’t get annoyed when an email goes out and says things are 50% off and then aren’t. And with every email it says buy two get one free but doesn’t tell you that can’t use both the discount in the email and the special at the same time. The message reads as though you can get both

Bad customer service. They do not return emails. Placed order and immediately noticed wrong item was listed. Send numerous emails with no response back.
