Is orbitkey.com Legit?

I have procured a couple of standard key organizers in polymer (plastic) for my girlfriend and father. They have hold quite well. The black seems quite good, the pink has some discoloration, but was expected. Very happy with both!On the other hand, I’ve purchased for myself a vegan leather (I.e. cactus) which did not hold well after 1+ year. Nonetheless, the company issued a replacement for a genuine leather (since they discontinued the cactus). Support has been great and as such I definitely recommend them!

I placed an order last November 29, 2024 and I received an email for the order confirmation and invoice.During that time no details shown on their website about the Canada Post strike not until December 3, 2024. They should already know that Canada Post strike is already happening since its already been weeks since it started. They let people order during Black Friday then only to tell that we can cancel our order or change to a different order.I reached out to them via hello@[yourdomain] last December 4, 2024 but still doesn’t get any feedback from them. They should be atleast active to answer customer queries given the situation.I’m really disappointed on my first purchase. Would not recommend due to this kind of customer serviceI wanted to cancel my order and refund whatever is charged to my credit card

I've kickstarted a few items so far & have always been happy with the speed of delivery & quality.My 1st direct order, I received a damaged parcel & tried to return but was told to pay for the return myself & that I'd have to pay taxes, local duty etc.I don't think I'll bother again, just trying tk get my cash back still.

Been eyeing the Hybrid Obi won kenodi sleeve for a while and then finally a killer sale. So I purchased on November 15 and by November 20 all I hear is crickets. No updates to tracking. No response from orbit key other than a non-response email with 0 information to my request. I can't get ahold of anyone for updates yet aloney 150 bucks back Such a disappointment and embarassing for this company. They should be ashamed of themselves I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone purchasing from this customer Please give me my money back !!!!

10/10 Customer service!! We experienced an issue with our order and emailed to let the team know what had happened. As this was after hours we didn't expect a reply until the next day, however, to our surprise the team reached out to us that evening!We are long time lovers of Orbitkey and will be back for years to come :)

Great experience!I had to return my item because I wanted to change color, so the return is super simple (just too bad that the return is at our expense, but I think we are just too used to web giants like Amazon), I got Alexis by email, with whom I was able to exchange. Very attentive and we were able to directly organize the product exchange, without making a refund, which is more practical! I highly recommend!

Black friday was advertised to start Tuesday. The countdown timer finished website said black friday sale started no discount code needed. I purchased a hybrid black sleeve. The next day I was think about purchasing a few other things I had my eye on. There I found out that I was charged full price and not the black Friday sale price. I immediately emailed to just ask for a refund of the extra I was charged. To my shock. I was offered store credit! I was a first time customer and I had requested in my initial email for refund of the difference so couldn't understand why they wanted to offer something I didn't want. I immediately replied back and said I would like refund of the difference or full refund. Now nobody will reply either customer service, socials. Really upset with the really bad customer experience and service. I don't think I am asking too much for just the difference of what I was overcharged. I will not be shopping at Orbit key in the future or recommending them to anyone. My rating is zero stars, the trust pilot systems requires giving 1 star as standard.

I ordered several things from them which have not been delivered. Over several days now I have been emailing them asking for help. Great experience, initially Orbitkey sent the wrong product. But they rectified the issue right away by sending the correct product at no charge. Products are very good quality. Highly recommend, good service, A+

I supported a Kickstarter campaign that went live two months ago. I received a dispatch notification with a non-functional tracking number which FedEx doesn't recognize. They sent out a generic email beginning of Sept to all backers mentioning some fulfilment issues but said they should be fixed promptly. However, it's been a month since and still no tracking updates or product delivery. More concerningly I followed up with 5 emails to get a better idea of my order status and have yet to hear back from them.I have used their key organiser since 2017, so their products are decent however seeing the poor ratings and reviews on Trust Pilot it's clear to me that it's best to buy Orbitkey products from a more reputable third-party store.Update (Updated original rating from 2 to 4 stars):It turns out that I did get a reply each time but as Gmail deemed their support email as spam it got blocked.

Bought the black active key organiser. After 2 years and 2 months the band snapped. So just outside of warranty. Partner has a leather one which is still intact so 3 stars.

I backed the original kickstarter campaign back in the days and I'm still using my original backer reward key organizer today. That must be easily ten years by now. I just had to replace the hardware once, because I lent my key to someone that somehow manage to bent it. I still don't know, what happened there. But luckily you can get replacement parts on the orbitkey website. Since then, I got everyone in my family one and they all love it. I had not a single key that did not fit (living in Germany. Maybe other countries have different key size norms).I also got the 2 in 1 pouch vie Kickstarter. Excellent build quality and a great concept.

Great idea badly executed.I’ll be testing the return and refund process as the charging pad doesn’t work properly, the box is very shallow so nothing fits and the key fob is too short for actual keys. Does no one test anything these days?Update. The returns process and attitude of this company is designed to frustrate. Avoid.

The wireless charging feature does not increase the charge on any of the phones I've tried it with. The phone recognises the charge, but however long it's left, the battery does not increase. I've contacted Orbitkey and been told that the charger is working correctly and it's not faulty. I would not recommend.

Excellent experience. I purchased for the second time and was more than happy with it. The products are fantastic, the quality is great.Everything's neat, even the packaging is amazing.Delivery was on time and arrived with BRT in Italy within 5 days since the order date.Convenient and secure payment, great that they offer Apple Pay. Affordable prices considering the quality of the products. Highly recommended

Bought a large mystery box for £130, promised over £250 worth of goods. Received one desk mat, retailing at £70 and 9 key rings! Absolute sham of a company, no response to customer service emails. Perhaps they think that ignoring customers is a valid business model. Will be returning the goods at my own cost, the whole experience has been awful, please avoid them at all costs!!!

Ordered from their .eu website for delivery to UK. Delivery was a little bit slower than I would've expected however there were no issues receiving my goods.I was expecting import duties, etc as that is what the media here have been saying over here but obviously Orbitkey have got their warehouse in order and my goods were received without any issues or extra payments. Fantastic. Products are great too. Bought a large Desk Mat. I love it.

Purchased a large mystery box and am completely disappointed! Paid $180 for the box and received 5 key rings, a bottle opener and a computer mat. Such a complete ripoff, so if you’re considering buying one of these absolutely do not! Complete waste of money.

I'm an avid researcher of organizers, and over time, I’ve tried dozens including:- Alpaka- Native Union- Ugreen, etc.I can easily say that this is by far the best one I have ever purchased. Regardless of the cost, I have been searching for the perfect one for two years because I was never satisfied. The OrbitKey organizer is spacious, functional, and equipped with a series of roomy pockets that are well separated from each other. I often found that with other brands, if you completely filled one inner pocket, the front pocket couldn’t be filled because it wouldn’t close. Here, it's a whole different story. Designed down to the smallest detail. Well done, well done, well done, and once again, well done!!! I would have never expected it.P.S. I never write reviews; this will be my 5th one ever.Keep it up!!!!!

I am yet to recieve my item, the courier hasnt even had it from OrbitKey yet, I get delayed responses from Instagram, all emails that i send them immediatly bouceback. Will not be using this company again, would appear its just a big online scam.
