The car rental company Opodo have recommended (OKMobility) is a disgrace. They rented me a car with 2 illegal tyres, a puncture and no spare. With terrible customer service I spent 2 days of my holiday, arranging tow and a travelling across Italy at my expense for a replacement. I have now been charged an extra £350 tow charge for my trouble. I've previously used Opodo for car rental booking as the website is much better than others, however this latest experience will change that.

Nobody speaks proper german, i was on the phone 40minutes with six different people telling me the same and doing nothing about the actual problem. Really disapointing. Im prime member and i got a promo code with 70€ that doesn‘t work. I now booked flight without the code and going to cancle the opodo prime membership. It‘s a joke!
