The craftsmanship of the custom products looks very sophisticated and my Mom likes it very much.

Scam. After now seeing the multiple reviews and similar stories, it appears only one jewelry doesn’t intend to actually fulfill their orders. Ordered two pieces for cremains as Christmas time gift in the beginning of December. Only after pursuing and checking did I receive from only one jewelry the multiple excuses about shortage of staff and delays due to hard conditions. After four attempts, I was offered a $5 discount. A month after ordering, our credit card vendor will handle the charge and subrogation as we disputed the charge due to non delivery. I only give one star as there isn’t a lower value. Disappointing.

Everyone is saying stuff never came, it’s takes awhile but learn to be patient! I have an amazing engagement ring that matches the photos perfectly, and a customized locket from my fiancé that has a photo of us lacquered over inside so it’s safe for me to always have on. Absolutely love this site and will no doubt be ordering more. If you’re a patient person it’s 100% worth the wait, quality of the items is great and won’t disappoint upon arrival

I have to say I have had the nicest experience dealing with OnlyOneJewelry. I ordered the sterling silver angel stethoscope birthstone earrings for my friend who is a physician's assistant. They arrived today, well packaged, and even included a jewelers cloth. They are beautiful and unique. OnlyOneJewelry answered my email quickly, took and sent the order right out and even corrected the birthstone that I had wrong! I was able to track my order. They are a pleasure to deal with and I can highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Crappy scammer foreign company who won't return customer service emails. Their customer service numbers are bogus and out of service.I already disputed the charge since my order was never sent.Do not buy from these scammers and they obviously are not based in the U.S. since they charge an international fee. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought anything off their scammer website! Do NOT buy anything from them!!!

I ordered my friend an anklet for her birthday, a few day went by without any update on the purchase. I was worried I had been scammed, so I sent an email. I woke up the next day with a reply from Only One stating they had received my order and apologized for the delay. I finally received the anklet, 2 days before her birthday, she absolutely loves it, said she will never take it off. Gonna order my daughter one for birthday as well.

My orders are always correct and they arrive rather quickly. And they have exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend you go check out their website and try out their products for yourself.

Terrible terrible terrible. Scam site. They list other stores items at rediculous markups and never send.Customer service is the absolute worst. Was taunted then never given a refund. Also refunds have 30%-50% restocking fee supposedly ( even though you'll never get it).

Ordered a locket necklace for my autistic son as a Christmas gift and an ID in case (praying this never happens) he was ever to be lost. Ordered almost a month ago and still haven't seen it. My attempts to contact their customer service has been futile with their contact number disconnected.. After deciding to look up more info on the company, my heart sank as I read through all these negative reviews. I have very little faith I will receive my order at all let alone by Christmas. How does a company like this, after countless complaints and bad reviews, are able to continue to prey on the unknowing consumer?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! they said it would take time to process the customized necklace; then they directed me to an APP that will keep track of shipping record of my order, which kept saying it will arrive TOMORROW; GUESS WHAT? it is 5 days later and NO ITEM after I ordered it EXPRESS MAIL(425 extra); now I am out $40 for the price of necklace PLUS $25; How is it that the Better Business Bureau hasn't cracked them down and closed them?

Very communicative customer service. At first I panicked because I thought the business was not legit. I searched phone number with no success. I sent an email to request a cancellation but a day after I had already received the necklace I ordered and it is beautiful. Glad the cancelation didn’t go through. I got the necklace for Mother’s Day ❤️☺️

I ordered the heart, angel wing and birthstone necklaces for myself and my 2 step daughters when their father passed away. They took much longer than expected to arrive but I was so impressed with the quality. There was even a tiny funnel for pouring ashes into the heart. It didn't get used though because the ashes were too course to pass through. It worked, however, to spoon them in.

I ordered 2 personalized engraved necklaces on my first order. The order shipped in a timely manner. The processing time was about a week, which is average time for a customized piece. Very reasonably priced. Actually less than I would have expected to pay. I gave one piece to my husband as a keepsake and I have one for myself. I havent taken mine off since I received it. We absolutely love our necklaces. The engraving is just what we ordered. Quality work. The order was placed as "Engraved necklace for cat lovers" but I sent an image of our sweet dog Bear. We had our personalized message on the reverse side. Would definitely purchase again from Only One and recommend to friends.

The craftsmanship and work that u put into the gift I got for my granddaughter graduation from high school was very beautiful. I ordered a sterling silver ring for my mother for mothers day. This company engraved all four of me and my siblings names, added a birthstone for each month for us, and engraved "We Luv You". It was delivered today and it is amazing!!! It's beautiful crafted and real sterling silver. I was hesitant... because of some of the reviews, but I made a great choice taking a chance. My mother is going to LOVE THIS!!

Too bad there was not a zero star option! This company is absolutely awful, I ordered a necklace and never received it. I got email notify it was delivered so I asked neighbors, checked my security cameras, and contacted the post office. With no sign of a package I contacted the company they said to do everything I already had done, then refused to actually send my necklace or refund my money blaming it on the pandemic. Yet any and everything else I have ordered since the beginning of this pandemic seems to make it with NO ISSUES! They just basically stole my money and never sent the product!

In my grief over the loss of my son, I purchased the wrong memorial bracelet for my sons ashes. Once I was less emotional, I requested a refund within the 90 day window. The bracelet was not personalized and never used. I took a picture to show the item was in its original state. This company was not accommodating at all, and gave me additional grief by suggesting that the item was specially made for me (which it was not), therefore they could only refund a portion ($8) of the purchase price. Additionally they said I would have to send it back to China (the item was sent from Northern California)! I just gave up, at that point. This company does not honor their own listed return policies!! BEWARE!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Made my order on Dec 12, 2020. It said that it would be shipped within 1 to 3 business day. With regular shipping taking 3 to 7 days. It showed a tracking number finally on Dec. 24 and has sat at the same location since. They have offered every excuse through email from staffing to the postal service isn't updating their end. They did offer a discount on my next order. LOL. Anyways stay way from this company.

This company is a Joke!!! Claims to be in Massachusetts and they are clearly in China, I called both numbers and they are disconnected. Another Scam coming out of China "Beware!" If you respect buying in the United States of America and supporting people here do not buy from them.
