First time ordering from here, the package arrived with 2 different address labels on, one for me and one for someone else in a different county. The parcel contained the other person's order. Emailed the seller providing all information and instead of asking everything they needed in one email they went back and forth I around 4 emails asking for details I'd already given and for photos of the parcel and its contents. Told me once I had returned the items they would then send me my original order. Took a week for them to come and collect the order from my home. Would be nice if the people packing the orders would pay attention. My original order should have been sent straight out once I provided all the details they asked for as I had paid for my item.
