Well it was a good price on jl audio 12 slim fit sub woofer. This sub woofer worked fine but it was definitely used this is second woofer I ordered on line and has been used first one was from creative audio it was blown too. Sent it back and got a credit then ordered this one. I have pictures of scratches on back of speaker.
I was buying a radio for my motorhome and everything I ordered was on backorder from Kenwood. I was helped by Pete the warehouse mgr. He was fantastic. After 2 or 3 orders we finally found a radio that would fit and that was in stock. Pete was so helpful. Keeping me in the loop and updated me at every turn. I order a pair of jl audio subwoofer grills. They didn't fit my sub. So they sent me a "discounted shipping tag" to send them back. Which is outrageous. I sent back a part on 9-6-24. As of today 9-19-24, I have heard nothing from the company. I have emailed them 3 times and texted the warehouse mgr. There has been no response. They sent me an email that the part was received and that it was new. But still no response back to me when I am getting my refund. So if you have to return something you might want to be concerned.

“Terrible company to use!”

The SIMPLY sent the wrong dash kit. No big deal. BUT, they want to argue which is TERRIBLE customer service, instead of simply correcting the problem. I just want to swap kits but now they say I have to spend MORE money correcting THEIR mistake. Typical corporate BS.! WRONG! I'll spend MY money how I choose. “Scam. Bait and switch. Have a low price and then call you with a switch”

I will never purchase from this website and I put it on my Facebook for my 5000 friends. I spoke to 2 people in Asia and they just hang up on you. They don't understand English well either. I simply went online to make a purchase. Then the next day I get an email saying "oh we can't ship your order because we don't have your phone number". “Waste of time and money”

I ordered a pair of what was suppose to be brand new speakers. When I received them it was so obvious they they were a return/open box from another customer. The main tape seal was still there but someone had clearly forced open the box from the side and I could tell that someone had repackaged everything inside. I asked for a refund and returned them. It took almost two months of constantly calling to finally get just part of my refund back. Don't waste your time with this low budget company... use https://www.crutchfield.com/ instead, they are the best.

“SHIPPED ME A BOX OF MOUNTING HARDWARE, BUT NO SPEAKERS”

Ordered "brand new" speakers. Got an unsealed box of mounting hardware without the speakers. (!) Paid $140+ Escalating with the vendor and PayPal. Notice how your credit card has trouble working? They want you to use PayPal because they get the money right away, and it's way harder for you to get your money back. Nobody else had these speakers, because the company (JL Audio) is set to release updated product lines. Needed to match the speakers already in my system. Took a chance. Got screwed. DON'T DO IT. Simply Horrendous. Dealing with these people; you might as well shoot yourself in the foot. They are extremely rude to you for no reason. I didn't quite understand. I was nice and respectful and above all patient. Throughout the whole process. I ordered a sound processor from them, even purchased the additional 4 year extended protection plan. You think they would like to help you after you shove more money into their lap. But no, they dont even treat you like a number. They like to ignore phone calls and even e-mails. When I received a response, WEEKS later, I had problems with my unit, so they insisted on "testing" and repairing the unit telling me it would take "maybe 6 to 8 weeks". 3 MONTHS later, they just send me a replacement unit. Which they could have done in the first place. No customer service, no asking for feedback, no humans?

I purchased a double din pioneer unit from them and received it on 11/15/2022. The shipping box was damaged, the radio box was pierced, there was no packing in the box,and have of the features work on the radio. I called the company and told them the situation. At first, they wanted me to pay shipping for a defective "new item". Then, they said since the shipping box was damaged they would pay shipping and I would receive a new radio. I provided all pictures asked. It's been almost 3 months and I still have not had my issue resolved. I have called multiple times and been given the run around. I was told they are waiting on UPS to accept the claim. That was a month ago. I called two days ago and was told a supervisor was going to call me due to the long time frame. Still waiting on that call. I will never purchase from them again. The picture of the radio box is worse than it looks on the picture. Bought a Kenwood stereo from these crooks, didn't work when I took it out of the box. Never worked! Called the company they charged me shipping to send it back. Then said they discontinued that model, wanted me to pay shipping to get a replacement and they wanted to charge me $20 More for the newer model. “Blown "factory refurbished " subwoofer”

I purchased a "factory refurbished" 10 inch kicker compc for a decent price. Problem is it wasn't refurbished it was a blown speaker and I'm guessing they knew when they sold it to me. Their return policy is you pay for the shipping cost back to them. By the time you pay shipping back it's not even worth returning and they know that. Basically theft by deception. I purchased a remote for my boat stereo. They quoted 1 to 2 business days to process. An hour after I placed the order I realized I bought the wrong part. I immediately emailed them (since they have no ability to cancel it online) and cancelled the order. (a paper form? Really?) After two weeks of them receiving the package I still did not have my refund. I would give them a zero if i could! OnlineCarStereo is by far the worst company I've delt with. Stay away and don't spend your money with this company or you'll regret it. I ordered a kenwwod deck from these guys. When it came it was defected would not come out of demo mode I called them and shipped it back to them at my expense. Six weeks later they told me the manufacturer wont warranty it and that kenwood would only give back a part of my money but because Im a good customer they will give me an extra twenty dollars. I purchased a $120 item. It worked for a week. I contacted onlinecarstereo, and they made me pay $20 to ship it back. Then I got an email that they had received it and asked if I wanted to return or replace it. I said replace. Three weeks go by, with me asking for updates and getting no reply. I finally emailed them and said I was done waiting. Just refund my money. They refunded me $96. So basically I paid $24 for nothing and $$20 for return shipping. And never an apology.
