Ok here we go. 10/10WOW, I have just receive my purchase and I have to say that I'm extremely impress, with the service, fantastic product. on time and no issues with the delivery just perfect. I have seen some negative feedback in here, and I understand we all have different experiences, my experience have been great, and I will be purchasing again and again, thank you @ Online Cigars. oh also I have $20 discount on my next order brilliant.

Smooth experience throughout. My box was delivered with a fresh Bovida pack and a free cutter all in a sealed bag. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but im all the way in Botswana so that's understandable. 9.8/10 would highly recommend.

After reading most of the reviews which were 95% negative especially from their customers in Europe, I expected the worst more so considering i am in Africa.My order was delivered 20 days later in great condition! could safely say 2 or 3 days were delays on the local customs side in all honesty.Please keep up the good work am 100% happy and will definitely be ordering more!!

My order arrived this morning, next 10 days, yea so it's rufleey 7-10 days, journey. Package, strictly -safety wrapped, with Boveda.Cigars are just awesome Fresh. I was in the middle of a hard attack because, in the last years, we got a Tax Fee of 250£-350£ only for 10-15 cigars. Hopefully, they continue like that with that customer service and cigar prices, just awesome, they kick down all online web pages for now. Soon I'll order again, thanks, online cigar team! 5 Star from me!

There is no word to accurately describe them. The product is exceptional, the prices are unbeatable but what really makes them beyond special is their service and the thought/logistics to get the cigars from their shop/warehouse to your door... they go beyond the extra mile (and certainly every competitor) to ensure you receive your cigars timely and without issue.You have set the standard for cigar delivery...and you have set it very very high - thank you.

I had to say, this is the best online cigars shop i met in my short Cigars fans live :) I started to buy cigar from online cigars from 2023. Every session is quite quick (i had to say it's a reasonable quick), since everything after custom clearance, the packages were still very good and no any impact of the inside Cigars. I already share this site to my China Cigar friends. Hopefully, they can keep this good services as long as possible.

My order arrived within 5 days. They were excellently wrapped and in perfect condition. They also email a tracking reference which I did not need.I will use them again and would recommend using thier service especially as the prices are competitive.

I’ve switched buying my cigars to Online-Cigars out of Zurich, Switzerland, bc they have the best inventory. They shipped my last order UPS, & I received it in four days in the Los Angeles area. Pricing is always rising, but they seem to be the most competitive. Check them out on the Internet.

Ordered. Got a customs charge of £440 for 24 cigars. Considering it says discreet and guaranteed delivery on the website. Not good enough

Fantastic company, I wouldn’t buy my cigars from anywhere else! I recently ordered two shipments, one got stopped by UK customs which I had to pay tax on and the other came through with no issues. But customs are irrelevant, Online Cigars are great and I couldn’t recommend using them more highly. The cigars are all authentic, well packaged and at a fair price.

I've used online-cigars on 4 separate occasions now. All orders were large ones and only 'new world' cigars (I can't justify the price for cubans any more even at this website's prices. But that's a Habanos problem, not online-cigars' problem). Great customer service! The most important factor is that the cigars are always in great condition when they arrive! They have always replied to my e-mails promptly and kindly. My only grumble is that their selection on some brands are quite limited and almost always just by the box/bundle, and also it would be great to see some more brands listed on there too. Apart from that, they're great! I'm definitely keeping this website as my go-to cigar vendor!
