I was hoping that I didnt get SCAMED beceause they had such beautiful christian wear that I really wanted but I feel I did. The exact same thing happened to me. They wanted to keep the ring and give me a 25% refund on my order. The ring only cost $2.96. I refused and I am gonna do whatever I have to to get a full refund.
After a month of waiting, their tracking said it had been delivered. It wasn’t.
The tracking provided with the order was different from the tracking they sent over email when I asked where my order was.
I asked for a refund. They said:
Dear customer,
We apologize for not responding to your message in a timely manner. We understand that each order and package carries the expectations of our customers, and our aim has always been to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience. Whenever problems arise, we immediately contact the logistics company in the hope of receiving reasonable economic compensation to meet customers’ compensation requirements. However, unfortunately, the logistics company refused our claim, and we were unable to provide any compensation.
Nevertheless, we sincerely want to make up for your loss and offer the following solution: if you still wish to purchase the product, you only need to pay a $15 shipping fee. We will then reship the product to you and deduct the shipping fee from your original order amount to pay the logistics company. However, the product you previously purchased is currently out of stock, and we have contacted the supplier. The earliest delivery time will be 25 days later.
We look forward to your reply, and once we receive your agreement, we will arrange it for you as soon as possible.

They want me to pay more money, for items they say aren’t in stock. I ordered MULTIPLE items but they refer to it like it’s one item. Clearly they don’t actually check on ANYTHING.

I ordered a month ago i was in touch with the company via email because the tracking disappeared it was then brought up….i then got an email saying it was delivered by DHL i have cameras all around my house and my names do as well….nothing was delivered. They told me i could re order.
I ordered 2 different packages from One Wholesale at 40.00 a piece. i tracked it for 2 months and finally received a ring in the mail and it says my package was delivered. This site is a scam.
