Is oneteaspoon.com Legit?

UPDATE: I pushed back on the 6 month expiration for store credit and originally they said "too bad" (essentially). I emailed again saying that it is practically unheard of in (and even unlawful in some parts of) the US. They did respond with an extension to the credit to at least get me one full year to find something to purchase. I did appreciate this. So, a boost in stars to acknowledge they did accommodate the request but still tough to give five stars knowing they have a store credit only policy that expires in 6 months. Just be aware - especially as inventories seem to run out REALLY quickly and could dwindle during your 6 month window.

Customer services were so good. They sorted out a couple of queries really quickly and were really friendly. Returns were processed very quickly. Allow additional time for delivery and a response due to time differences.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as everyone else here. $100 out of pocket for a store credit i didn't get and tried multiple times contacting them via phone, email, Facebook, insta and going into the store. they genuinely don't care. I ll try reporting them though it seems others have done that too and One Teaspoon is still operating

Do not buy from them They do not covert Au dollars to Us $When I found out they charged me USA instead of Au dollars I was very upset Learn on other’s mistakes not on your own Bad bad bad they don’t honk you’re so stupid and won’t find out they actually didn’t convert their dollars to ours First time I ever had such experience ordering from manufacturer

The jumpsuit package went on it’s way back May 1st PST.I get many compliments on the items I kept!I never fill-out ratings because so often they are just fluff or negativity and there is so much of that on the internet. Do not order as a Guest - no such thing as an exchange and it's pot luck if the item you want to exchange (e.g. correct size) will be available after return received and store credit issued. Therefore any discount from original purchase out the window

The lack of response time when contacting customer service is horrendous UPS lost my package when I requested them to hold it because I was not notified by One Teaspoon it would be sent signature required. UPS has opened an investigation but I would like some insight and a replacement sent. Contacted them thru email which was bounced back and I got a standard reply on instagram to now have been ghosted.

Their return policy is terrible. I ordered 4 items that came up to almost $400. Then when I go to return them for poor fit/material, I see they only give STORE CREDIT? I would never expect a retailer of this caliber and with these prices to be so petty with their return policy. I will never buy their clothes again, not even from a different retail site.

I was a little disappointed with the size of the shorts. I had measured myself and used their size guide and bought a size 25. I emailed customer service, but didn’t hear a response back so I messaged their Instagram account. TARA WAS AMAZING! I was surprised even getting a response being as it was on social media not their email. Being a new customer I had tons of questions and she gave very helpful answers and told me she would process my order right away when they receive it back. She deserves a raise great customer service from her!!! Fingers crossed that the new shorts fit me because I do like the brand. The shorts are “good jean” quality and not the flimsy material you can get from Pac Sun or Levi’s.

What an awful company. I cannot believe the return policy. I ordered 2 sizes of jeans knowing that sizes would be different (I do this all of the time with other companies) and I couldn't return them for a refund! They offered me store credit. $400 in "store credit". It's the dumbest thing i've ever experienced. Please, please do not buy from this company.

My order from One Teaspoon arrived very quickly. The shorts were great however, I had an issue with one pair of shorts and wanted a refund. Their customer service team is useless and will ignore all emails. The best option is to contact them through social media, particularly Instagram, however they still won't provide you with enough assistance to actually get something done. Don't bother shopping for One Teaspoon products from their own website. Buy it from another store who actually cares about their customers.

I've loved OneTeaspoon for years and their quality is always amazing! I just ordered a new pair of jeans during their sale and received the item very quickly. One good thing on their website is that you can measure how every par of jeans will fit on you thanks to accurate measurements. I'm really petit and usually have trouble to find a size that fits but this makes it so much easier!My new jeans fits perfectly and I'm very happy with everything from ordering, shipping and trying them on! Would highly recommend.

I love the design and overall vibe of one teaspoon, I like how they have diversified so the shorts are not just for 18 year olds that hang out on the beach.I spent 259 on a jumpsuit to realise it was made in china I was disappointed but love the piece. I wish these companies would make a more curated range and make it locally.

I personally love Oneteaspoon jeans fit. They fit loose and baggy for a sexy cute look but completely agree with complaints about no refunds ect. You do need to know how the items fit before buying but if your looking for this style of jeans, I'd say oneteaspoon does the best job at this style

After several separate attempts to find my order ID # (which conveniently was not included on my packing slip order form) to make a return, I have logged into my account (5 + times) trying to place a return. Leading me down a rabbit hole only to come to a page that doesn't exist!!!! Really...? I did receive my order timely but 2 pair of jeans in my order looked NOTHING like the online pair. I couldn't even get one pair past my knees and they were a harum style. (Westwood Killers) Hideous! So now I have a giant charge on my card for something I would literally throw in the trash! You people SUCK!!

I buy several one teaspoon piece of clothes in the last few months and every piece are PERFECT. The color, the quality, the fit and the price ( many sale period). Fast shipping and excellent customer service.

shocking customer shopping experience, no customer serviceyou buy things online and payment gets accepted and you don't get item ordered, it is not until it is not delivered and I called to find out they said sorry it was never in stock!!!! when I called to check because they never answer emails, I found this out - this after they took my payment and I did not get delivery of my item.and more to the point the item which is out of stock is still for sale online!!

The website is absolutely horrible to use, I made an order consisting of 7 items and I later received two separate emails telling me that 2 of my items have been oversold and I will no longer receive them. Although I got a refund it still sucked. I have been online shopping for years now and I have never had this kind of problem. Don't buy from their official website because apparently there's no guarantee whether or not you'll actually receive what you've ordered!!!!

Website is the worst ever! Can never follow through with placing an order because it kicks you out or just freezes Thankful though...considering the reviews based on the quality of their product.

The fit is awfulllllll. And they don’t refund you your money or do exchanges. I should’ve read the refund section of the website but I figured it’s 2020 and retailers typically provide solid customer service when it comes to returns. Not this one! I’ll never buy from this website ever again.
