DO NOT BUY- BEWARE false advertising Fake cheap items - not Australian based - they won’t give you a new item or your money back it’s a SCAM

Very happy with the projector. Works great, just need to figure out how to mirror my phone with it but it should be fine. Postage was quite fast as well. Picture is good and sound as well.

Fraudulent. Claim to be based on Australia but all products ship from a third party in China. They are unable to intercept orders to cancel or refund once placed as they then purchase the item from China to send. It's why they charge a restocking fee of 25%. Dodgy. Their policy states cancellations of orders need to be received within 30min of placing the order. I contacted within 7min but they only responded with an email meant for another customer which contained private and sensitive information about their complaint with One Tap Wireless. I still haven't received my refund and now they just stop responding. Avoid. Will be lodging complaints with ACA.

This projector has really helped on my kids (on of them has learning difficulties) and this projector make him alot more interactive. I brought a projector and Bluetooth speaker over three weeks ago and it has not been delivered yous send me a review for something I have not received. I have tried to make contact several times no reply just your stupid farkn bot. Emailed still no reply I want my 300 plus dollars back My Order numbers are 15284 & 15285

One Tap came up in my news feed after purchasing a projector through Movie Hub. I never received my projector from Movie Hub. After making a comment on One Taps post they quickly got in touch and let me know they are not affiliated with Movie Hub. After lengthy conversations with One Tap, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a projector through them. One Tap went above and beyond to make sure it got to me in a timely manner and re assure any of my concerns through the process. Today I received my projector. It is fantastic quality. I look forward to summer and sitting in the pool at night with the family watching movies or music videos, karaoke and even taking it camping. Massive thanks to One Taps Staff for making this a smooth process, easing my anxieties and delivering what is advertised

They sent the wrong size iPad, wouldn’t email a return address and the contact phone number rings out every time. Emails went back and forth for three weeks which felt like they were trying for the 30 day return policy to expire. Wasted time in separate emails requesting my contact number, photo evidence of the cover not fitting, pictures of the iPad model number *YAWN* pah-leeese stop it OneTap! Don’t bother with this company!!! Worst online shopping experience and customer service to date. Once I finally got a return address, I sent the iPad cover back they stopped communicating entirely! Thankfully I purchased through Afterpay and One Tap didn’t respond to them either so I got a refund through Afterpay!! Shop elsewhere and don’t waste your time with One Tap, there are many other reputable online options. I ended up going through Amazon and finding a better cover and saw this cover at half the price so you could also add rip-off to this list of reasons not to shop here!

Hi have been waiting for my tracking order email for a week now I have emailed them several times?I have also called the number advertised on there sites and it is not getting through strate to answering machine I want my refund back asap plus I paid for express shipping and it's not even express Dumb site don't waste your money

I have had my Powerbase 3 in 1 charger now for several months. The unit has been used every day since my purchase and there has been no evidence of malfunction or overheating at all. Until recently I only used the iwatch and iphone elements of the charger. Now I have the rechargeable airpods which means every night all three devices are placed on the powerbase. I am still getting the same powerful quick charge as before. In my opinion i believe the One Tap Wireless charger is one of the best on the market.

I am really happy with this projector, its so simple to set up and use. It's great for watching movies or sport while floating in the pool.

I bought a product that was 1-3 days delivery. I still have not received it its been 2 weeks and the tracking is 3 weeks. It was a gift that obviously didn't happen. Your customer service is shocking, they respond using untrue excuses and now they are even not responding and I was very polite. What makes you think you can treat customers like this? I have paid and I have not received my order. I want a refund and i will not do business with you. Your too unrealiable. There are much better and more honest places to buy what I bought. I'm so disappointed that a Business like this even exist.I will wait for my refund.

I've only had the OneTapWireless PowerBase a little while but so far so good. It's charging my 3 devices and I'm happy to have been able to clear my bedside table of extra charging cables. Its a shame the charging light is so bright as it lights up the room at night but overall I'm happy with the product and am going to order one for my daughter.

Terrible - product didn’t even last two weeks before failing. I manage to fix it and hold it together however 6 weeks later and another part fell to bits. It is now good for nothing except the bin. I finally got a response 10 days after sending numerous emails and am still waiting for the business to offer a remedy. Shop elsewhere

I purchased a multi station charger from One Tap Wireless that was broken during delivery. A replacement charger was sent as soon as I contacted the company and sent photos.The new charger is great. It looks great, is strong and I can charge my phone watch and EarPods together.I am very happy with the service I have received from this company.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two charging bases from onetapwireless, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I received the products to the daily usage, onetapwireless has proven to be a great choice for my charging base! This was purchased as a bday present for my wife and it doesn’t work for her AirPods. The information provided did say there were any technology restrictions, so now she is back to another cord for charging. Absolutely not what I wanted and leaves a bad taste in my mouth for product purchase and outcome capability.

So about a month ago I purchased the Duramor protective band for Apple Watch because I wanted to keep my new Apple Watch nice and protected. I bought it not expecting much but It looked half decent. After I bought I had a closer look at the product page and thought that the band’s we’re going to just be cheap plastic. Then a week later it arrived and I was shocked, it was way better then I had expected, it was made with premium feeling Rubber and had lifted edges to protect the screen! I tested it by scraping it against the wall and the Watch and band were fine. Overall if your looking to protect your shiny new apple during extreme sports I recommend this product.Thank you for reading

This is a very handy product. I have it on my desk and can quickly and easily charge my phone, headphones, and watch at the same time. Charges all 3 AT THE SAME TIME easily which is brilliant, literally does what it says and couldnt ask for more. If ur looking for a 3-in-1 wireless Samsung charger then this is the one to go for! This was exactly what I was looking for and workings amazing, surprising a slim design too. Above all their Customer Support team is very responsive

Service is hard to comment on as I bought this during Covid so delivery was a little slow.Great having the charger sit nicely beside my bed. Wonderful having it there for overnight charging and ease of picking up and putting it back without cords.Not good for a quick charge during the day - quite slow. I can't get charge into my smartwatch either as it doesn't sit flat and connect with the piece. Disappointing.

When my son bought me an Apple Watch, I hit a point where I had too many apple devices to charge on my nightstand: A watch, a pair of AirPod Pros, and an iPhone. All of them supported wireless charging, so this looked like a great way to replace all those charging cables and wall warts with one compact and elegant solution. The charge pad looks good and doesn't take up much space. I like that the watch is positioned so that its nightstand mode can be used. The fit and finish of the pad is very good- everything fits well. Overall I like this pad and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something like this.
