“I do not enjoy this anymore”

I have been shopping with them or these brands. I should say for years. I used to work at one of the companies for a while, doing customer service. I am sorry to say that they have went completely downhill. The prices are four times higher now and the quality is four times lower a particular cardigan that I like the older ones I have still look great I ordered some new ones here recently, and they were poorly made and the material was cheap. The return process is a nightmare. Now you can never go in the regular site and find an order you have to go in happy returns and you got to have the order number to do that in order to return something. I am at the point where I have quit buying from them. They send you these coupons $50 off 100 or 100 off 200 constantly. It used to be you could get really good deals with those coupons plus used percentages off coupons, but now there's always some kind of exclusion. I wish they would go back to the old Brylane values. Below is an example. A t shirt size M petite I bought several years ago and same one I just bought recently. One washing and it has shrunk horribly and material is rough and wrinkled even though dried in dryer. Both washed in cold water.

“STAY AWAY!”

- I bought over $1000 of merchandise and returned all but one item. After washing the item I kept (following washing instructions exactly) the item is a complete wrinkled mess and unwearable. - This has been the WORST shopping experience ever! - Shipping charges are Outrageous! - Marketing Strategies are deceiving, in my opinion. - Merchandise, in my opinion, is very poor quality! - Returns are a nightmare! With lots of "Processing Fees" added for doing so. $11 for items returned from Each order #, And another $11 for having refund money put back on original form of payment. And, when I called to check on the status of a refund, they said my account showed only one refund for 2 items, but I had returned 4 items in the same return. They argued with me and said I only returned 2. I had to give them the date I sent the package out, the date they emailed me that they received it, the date they emailed me stating they finished processing it, and to watch for another email with the email details. That email never came. I got one for the other two items, but not for the missing two items. Finally... the Customer Service Rep said he found it, but said I bought it from a partner retailer FullBeauty and would have to contact them about it. FullBeauty is the Umbrella name for all the retailers that partner together, I bought from a retailer under the umbrella. He argued with me again when I told him this. I told him I could send him proof of all the emails, he finally processed the return after hearing that I had every email ever received from them, including advertisements. Thank God I did! - Notifications for Gift Card Returns were hidden within Advertising emails so that I missed one and had to fight to get my money back as described above. - Worst Company(ies) I have ever had to deal with! I will never shop with any affiliate retailers in the future and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy! - I did not see their rating score of 1.5 until today. I never would have shopped with them in the first if I had. With the experience I had with them, I am honestly surprised their rating isn't lower than 1.5! Tip for consumers:Don't Try this Online Shopping Experience!! Take the extra time and Go Shopping at Real Store Front Retailers!! You will pay for only what you buy, no Outrageous shipping charges or ridiculous processing fees for returns! Products used:1 shirt out of 17 items made up of boots, pants, and shirts. After washing the 1 shirt I kept, following washing instructions exactly, the item is unwearable and not eligible for return, or it would have been returned also. Now I am out $65! “There clothing is cheapened & returns & shipping are so expensive it's not worth returning”

They have so many problems. 1) They ship extremely slow. Sometimes it even can takes months for certain things. 2) sizing is inconsistent 3) shipping is VERY EXPENSIVE 4) returns are a hassle. Okay it doesn't fit now you lose the shipping cost going to and from. This averages $36 just so you can't try something on that doesn't fit. 5) the size estimated is inaccurate you never know what your size will be. I think this company makes a profit just on shipping & returns! Stay away! Products used:None. Everything had to be returned.

“BEWARE”

One Stop Plus will not stand behind their products. Please check over their products really carefully before you even try them on. The seams are not well made. Once you wear the product they will not take it back. I suggest not even buying anything from them. “NO LONGER ONE OF MY FAVES”

Used to love shopping the site and the addition of the other brands made the selection much better. Now I think they should reconsider their marketing, merchandising and executive team. Running sales advertising up to 70% off, then raising normal prices 50-70% is not a sale. You may be able to fool some of the people, but those of us who have spent years in retail management, especially at the corporate level know the ploy. You are no longer a value retailer. “QUALITY HAS FALLEN-FRAUDULENT RETURN CLAIMS”

I have had to return everything this year. And, one order completely disappeared because their own return system failed - and they kept my money. I am not exaggerating. Pants have one leg shorter than the other, tops have different size sleeve holes, sizes vary drastically; it's one thing after another the past couple of years. Most of the plus size companies have been bought out by foreign companies that are cheaper than anything I have ever seen in clothing. It's very sad. Tip for consumers:Do not use this site at all. “Beware this company - feeling cheated”

I'm a difficult size and was prepared to pay for quality material and tailoring, so I ordered a £40 black tee shirt in 2 sizes (totalling £80), on the basis that this company accepted returns in the usual way. When they arrived, one fitted and I have tried to return the other. (1) To return the item would cost £32! (2) To add to my disgust the items came from a company called Jessica London, and would only have cost US$15 each if I had bought them direct Tip for consumers:It's an agency for other shops, from which the goods would have been about a third the price if I'd bought direct. “Poor quality and customer service”

I purchased a large bag of fun size chocolate candies. They arrived in a non-insulated package and they were all melted. When I requested a refund they replied "Unfortunately due to the current heat wave and current conditions in the carriers storage facilities the chocolate has melted however there is no way for us to control those conditions. We did our part to make sure the package was properly shipped in good packaging". I was able to get them to provide me a full refund however, I had to pay the return shipping cost! “Will never buy from them again.”

$74.64 order. To return they charge $10.99 return shipping fee. AND the address to return the package which I have to pay for. 3lbs@ $15.40. Also 1 item was no return or exchange $10.97. So i am stuck with $36.28 credit. Option refund to gift card and get return fee waived which is nice but i no interest in doing business with this company. I will find someone who could use the tops... smh Hung up on 3 times. Reps not in the US. Asked to speak to different rep told i would have to call back in they don't transfer. They have good selections online. However if you have even a slightest thought of returning the item, this is not the place you want to buy from. First of all they charge a big amount for shipping. If you return the item you have to pay the shipping charges again from your pocket! Overall it is a loosing bargain for the buyer. Their return policy and the process is also very complicated. I bought a pair of matching sneakers for my mothers birthday so she and I could have new sneakers for walking together. My mother decided after a month that she wouldn't wear them -she is 85. Both pairs were still in box with tags intact and never worn so I called to return them. I was told that there was a 60 day return policy and it was too late. I counted it was day 67. “Very Poor Customer Service - Crooks!”

I have had the same issue happen multiple times. I have placed online order using a Visa giftcard and their site charges the card, but does not place the order. It takes an inordinate amount of time for them to reverse the charge on the card, and I end up placing the order for the exact same items on one of their major competitor's site using the exact same card! They need to fix their site, and also their customer service is horrible! Products used:None. “Abysmally SLOW”

In 2022 your shipping shouldn't be longer than what was the norm in 1992. They often have parts of your order "processing" for several weeks. They still try to use the pandemic as an excuse but it's been over for a while now and every other company has faster shipping. Their customer service is NOT 24hrs like they claim. They often times mess up an order and if too much time has passed they'll just pocket your money and you can forget about your item, they'll say "there's nothing I can do". “Need Plus Size Models”

I have stopped buying from OneStopPlus because they refuse to use plus size models. Shoppers can not get a proper image of how the clothing looks because plus size clothing looks totally different on a slender model compared to a plus size model. Puchased two identical turtlenecks on clearance through catalog. Was not informed one color was on back order. First top came at regular price, second arrived later with full price charge. No where, when ordering, did it state that the second was not immediately available (backordered) or I would not have purchased. I have three open orders with OneStopPlus, placed May 19, May 23, and May 30 2021. Today is June 2,2021. I was careful to only select items that were listed as "in stock." As of today, the status is "in process/not yet shipped." After waiting 35 minutes on hold for a customer service representative, I was told that the orders cannot be stopped because the warehouse is in the process of pulling them from the shelves for shipment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I was already speaking to a supervisor. I asked for the supervisor's supervisor and spoke with Linda from Full Beauty. Linda insisted that I did not purchase anything through OneStopPlus, but that my purchases were made through Amazon. I learned that one of my purchases was, in fact, made through Amazon, even though it appears on my order history with OneStopPlus. “Worst customer service ever”

Worst customer service ever. Returns and exchanges are a nightmare, not easy as they claim. They don't honor their sale prices, they gouge you for shipping, and when they mess up an exchange they expect you to reorder and pay for shipping again. That's it, I am done with these idiots. “Totally unreliable”

They often advertise clothing for sale that is not actually available. Their projections of dates of availability of back-ordered items are greatly understated (by 1-2 months). It is common for back-ordered items to eventually become completely unavailable. Once items are in stock, shipping takes 2 weeks at best. They state they will bill you "When the item ships", although arrival login at the shipping facility is a week to 10 days after the posted ship date. (the date your are billed). Shipping time after it arrives at the shipping facility will take weeks.

“The prices are okay, the quality is some times to be...”

The prices are okay, the quality is some times to be desired and sometimes awesome. One time I ordered a shirt, and it was COMPLETELY different then the catalog, I sent it back, and they sent it back to me, a bit weird. Also i just bought a night gown, and it said slippers come at a discounted price, I never got the discounted price. For some reason this website also goes down every night at midnight for half an hour to 3 hours, it really upsets me cause this is when i'm up and my kids are in bed. Very inconvient!
