Is onesportglobal.com Legit?

I ordered a bike, it arrived in 6 days in the Netherlands. There was an error in the address, but that got corrected with the help of the Onesport support team.The bike itself was neatly packed. The installation guide is not very good. I was in need of some extra online searching on youtube to get it done. But the result is awesome.

Everything perfect, really everthing. Purchase, Email contact, delivery, information by UPS.The bike looks beautiful, no damage at all. Buy it, you will not be disapointed.

The bike rides better than I thought, but the handlebars are a bit too low. I ordered a handlebar extension and we'll see how it goes when the package arrives.

The riding experience is very comfortable has a decent mileage on battery mode. The customer service is also very responsive. So far I am satisfied with my the bike.

The customer service is on point with quick answers. Perhaps, OneSport could provide the purchasing bill automatically within an e-mail, because I had to ask for it.The delivery was very fast, which is great ! The product is also exactly as advertised and easy to assemble. It's a bit heavy but stable on the road for maximum security.

I purchased the OT16 bike. It appears to be well made but the backup support from OneSport is useless. The operation manual supplied with the bike gives wrong instructions which resulted in the bike not working. I pressed the + & - buttons as instructed to switch between average speed & max speed but this command actually opens the main settings and parameters. Unknown to me, instead of switching between average speed & max speed I was in fact changing settings which caused the bike to no longer function. Despite contacting OneSportGlobal many times I cannot get them to send me on the correct settings for this model. There are 20 settings ranging from screen backlight intensity, preferred units (km or miles) number of magnetic sensors etc.

Support and delivery of the product are great! The products delivered are according the description on their website. The price you pay is it really word. And in case of any challenges you can get in contact with their support organization and they are really helping you. So this is really a 5 star company.

We recently bought 2 folding E bikes which we have used in a regular basis.I am 1m56 so was slightly too big for me so we changed the seat pole and is now fine .We can not fault them . Bit of practise to get the gears / motor correct for hills .For the price / quality would definitely recommend .

A well packaged delivery, that was free for me. It came before the expected arrival date. Very happy on opening box. Bike easy to assemble. Very impressed with the look. Have since ridden it every day and is so worth the money spent. I live in a very hilly area and when you get the gears and pedal assist ratio right it manages very easily.Recommended.

I bought Onesport OT13 Ebike. It is amazing, I'm gonna give 9/10.1.The powerful motor makes cycling uphill and crossing bridges easy.2. The bicycle's suspension system is excellent, providing a comfortable ride on brick roads.3. I use this Ebike mostly for delivery food, and the battery has excellent endurance.

It was very simple to assemble from the box.We live in a very hilly area the bike fly’s up the hills no problem. The big batttery gives great range.So far very impressed.

I have bought two E-bikes for work, it is perfect, it has a paddle free option which works on motor and on second number with paddle e bike run fast, I suggest Always put on second number.

Consequently, we have decided to update our review and rating from 1/5 to 4/5. This is to acknowledge their genuine efforts and good faith. The bike is well-built, feels robust, and offers good value for money. Additionally, their customer service had also resolved a small issue with the front wheel (likely caused during transport) promptly and satisfactorily.Initially, for these reasons, we were inclined to leave a 5-star review, but then the lack of support regarding factory settings had forced us to rate it 1/5. We lost considerable time dealing with the factory settings, which was quite frustrating. We were now debating between a 3/5 or 4/5 rating for the overall experience, but ultimately decided on a 4/5 as encouragement because the brand is young and we want to recognize their efforts to improve.However, we recommend that all customers save the default display settings as soon as the bike arrives or avoid changing any settings, as there might still be resistance in this area. OneSport, you make good bikes and have good customer service; please don't falter on this aspect, which would only cause unnecessary frustrations. If competitors want to copy your settings, they can do so in many ways.
