Is onesixthkit.com Legit?

Great company to deal with. Have used this company a few times for figures that are harder to get hold of in the UK. Now use them for other figures as such as Hot toys as well. They are well priced, packing is excellent and and the speed is great considering where they are coming from. I believe that some people give negative reviews because they either blame them for manufacturing delays or they have not read the terms and conditions properly..... The owner then tells them straight, which they take offence to:-)Personally One Sixth Kit has climbed into my top 3.

I asked costumer service to please help me by extending the due date of my invoice so I can afford to pay it, but they denied without any intention of helping with the situation, what a horrible costumer service, the name of the person who denied my petition is Kit.

OSK is one of my favourite Asia-based stores for ordering collectibles. I have never had an issue with the service. Orders always arrive on time, and the store always commits to the price promised, which is a big deal. The owner has a direct and no-nonsense attitude but offers excellent customer service. For example, an item came broken recently through no fault of the store and they replaced it without issue.

Sixgh scale gandalf precommanded more than 1 year ago. Sended and never received. Shipping and tracking problematic. Messages sended to seller. Answered at the beginning and not anymore after a while. Tracking definitely localizing item in Germany. Seller doesn't care anymore. I got my money back thanks the honesty of paypal but lost my deposit. Avoid this irresponsible seller

By far the rudest customer service I have ever received. This man should not be in business working with actual customers. He may have a product that is decent, but HE is not decent. Name calling, sarcasm, straight up shady business practices. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been buying one sixth scale figures without my wife’s knowledge from Kit for at least 10 years. Maybe 100. Prices are competitive, communication is clear, and items are shipped so fast, I think Kit might actually be Santa Claus. Kit goes above and beyond to recommend good quality products, avoid unsavory companies, and he even donated both his kidneys to save my life. Highly professional and recommended business.

I have been using Onesixthkit for the last 6 years since 2019, never of bad experiences. Before 2019, I use Kit's eBay store since I didn't know he's got a website. In fact, Kit often goes above and beyond and always ship very fast and package everything securely. Kit's price is always competitive and fair. There is one time that I got a defect headsculpt and contacted Kit. Due to the headsculpt is discontinued, Kit go ahead and send me one from his own inventory and take the loss. I highly recommend onesixthkit to anyone who's into collecting 1/6 figures.

Kit is one of the best sellers out there. He is loved by the community as well for his good reputation and engagement. All my orders with him were fulfilled and as he is a trusted seller, I started to have more and more pre-orders through him. He is also very fast to reply to enquiries through email.

Unprofessional and rude. When you inquire as to the status of your order and why it's overdue by a year, he demands you chase down his suppliers on their social profiles. I told him I would no longer support his business and he threw a fit, and has since stolen my money and shut down my account. Support the actual artists, avoid letting this middleman take a piece of their sales. EDIT: Please refer to his response for the kind of unprofessionalism and rudeness you can expect in dealing with him. I have provided all of the required information to TrustPilot and this seller. He has since cancelled orders and confirmed he will not be returning any money.

One Sixth Kit was my first foray into purchasing third party 1/6 figs and accessories from overseas direct. Gotta say the best experience I could have asked for. Great communication, prompt shipping and a solid reputation in the 1/6 community will have me back picking up more. Thanks Kit!

I have bought many figures parts and accessories through Kit. He is hands down the best seller I have ever dealt with. The selection is incredible and shipping is fast and products well packaged. The few times I’ve had any issues kit was able to get me taken care of by reaching out to the manufacturer on my behalf and getting me replacements in no time. As long as you are honest and above board with him he doesn’t hesitate to help in any way he can. Plus he usually has the best prices plus free shipping. I recommend Kit to anyone in the 1/6 community without hesitation.

I have been collecting for 9 years now and discovered OSK when I started and I have never looked back, OSK it is the only HK seller i buy from.I have in the past tried a few other sites but always come back to Kit.In all honesty i gave up collecting but occasionally a figure comes up that i want and my first call is OSK, not only does Kit genuinely have the best prices around but he genuinely cares for about his customers.

One of the best sellers out there. Even though I am in Europe most of my orders are from Osk as they arrive fast (and with free shipping) via post. They have always shipped the items like 1-2 days after payment and the box is packaged safely and protected with those tough plastic corners. At the moment I write this review I have had 57 orders with them - and never had an issue. 100% recommend.
