I started using shilajit earlier in the year due to a couple of hormone issues and it has been a game changer. Got my cycle back on track, balanced my hormones, slept better and gave me more energy when working out.

I have been taking sea moss for just over a month and my it has helped my endometriosis symptoms massively. I have noticed a lot less cramping and my stomach no longer swells, it also means I am sleeping better which overall makes me feel better. Would recommend!!

I have been using this company for around 8 months now, all products are just second to none, I started using the shilajit, my only explanation when taking this made me feel like I was actually alive and alert! I then went onto the liquid multivitamins, pro biotic, and flex vitamins as I go to the gym daily I wanted to fuel my body! When I do not take these vitamins for a day I can feel the difference in my energy, and overall well being and my aches approach with a vengeance. I have been using a few products from onelifefoods and I can honestly say they are making a difference. Not only do they all come well packaged, they are in lovely bottles that look aesthetically pleasing on the side. Myself and my husband are using the Zenergy liquid vitamins Fish oil Lions mane I won’t go on and on but I’ll put it in a nutshell, my hair, skin and nails have never looked so good. I’m no longer having a mid day dip in energy and the only way I can describe it, is the to do list that’s constantly going through my mind has cleared. I’m more focused and sleep so well.
