Is omio.co.uk Legit?

Very impressed with my experience booking bus tickets through Omio for travelling through Northern Spain. The procedure was painless, the tickets full of useful information including station address, bus No. etc.Tickets were downloaded to my phone (I also printed them off) and the whole trip went exactly as planned, hence not needing to use Customer Service, but from the reviews it sounds as though they are helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend

I reserved the wrong date so I asked for Omio’s service’s help. A customer service person named Kalina quickly replied to me and kindly told me that I could not change the booking according to the relevant regulations. But she gave me a coupon to help me cut my losses. Her kindness gave me great comfort. Thank her very much. I will always support Omio!

Simple easy application. While doing the booking I missed a point and when I didn't receive my tickets I thought it's a mistake from Omio. While chatting with customers care, I figured my mistake, corrected it and discontinued my chat. Immediately,I fount customers care emailing me to follow up I am good and send me step by step procedure on how to solve my problem.

I was assisted by Yanko, and he was just perfect. He was very clear with me and assisted me so that I can choose the best choices. Great experience and very relieving thank you for that

The overall experience is positive. The only drawbacks are that I was unable to cancel tickets myself either from the web page or the app (needed support to do that), and I was getting discount offers on the app that were disappearing suddenly. Despite being promised to be in the inbox, they actually were not, so I was unable to apply those.

It was strange that the site [resented on the cellphone was different from the one I found on my computer, respectively, booking on computer I could not reserve seats for the trip. On the cellphone Omio site there was this option!?On the other side, your call center operator Konstantin deserves all the thanks for his patience and complete assistance.

They were fast at handling my request/question and very polite when doing so.

We had tickets booked for 17th July but we were unable to travel on that day unexpectedly. With only 1 hour until the departure time they managed to get the booking changed to the next day at no cost. We thought we had lost the money we had paid so we were really pleased that we got them changed

A few weeks ago, my booked FlixBus service through Omio was canceled, and the alternative offered was several hours later. We had to find our own way to our next destination using other forms of transport.I contacted the bus company for a refund, and they advised me to seek the refund from Omio. I did so a fortnight ago but have still received no response from Omio’s customer service. They send automated email responses saying they will get to my enquiry soon, but I am still waiting.Really poor timing and customer service on Omio’s part.

Booking the ticket was easy, I did not manage to change them alone but I contacted customer support and Stephania D managed to help me kindly.

Train itself was fine, punctual, fast, easy but our customer service from Fatima was beyond excellent. She was able to alter our tickets when we needed to make a last minute and unforseen change. This is a huge plus when visiting from another country and stressed. Many, many thanks to Fatima for her kindness and patience!

There was a strike in Portugal and my train was cancelled. I have emailed Omio about a refund but nobody got back to me. It’s a legal requirement to refund if the train was cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You are better off going direct to the train company who would have instantly given a refund. There is no customer service for Omio.Just a bot who doesn’t understand. Terrible website

It is a very nice application. When I had a problem, customer service took care of me meticulously and solved my problem. An application I usually use for train tickets.
