Scammers, they have taken my money with no response for months. I kept Commenting on their social media for a response and they were getting deleted and then they blocked me. Trying to pray on people who have lost loved ones absolutely disgusting

Ordered a bunny for my little girl who is struggling with the loss of my dad. Quality is amazing and despite it taking a bit longer than expected from Germany - uk due to high volume of orders the company kept in touch every step of the way to avoid any worry of not receiving the item. This company is a complete scam I've emailed multiple time to find out where my order is as it's been over a week delivery says 5_8 days it's been longer than 10 days nothing from the company will now be filling a refund from this scam of a company so close to Christmas

Ordered two memory teddies of Francesca, arrived today and they were amazing, bought for presents and can’t wait to give them to them, they made grandad and grandkids come together beautifully life as they never got to meet each other before he passed, was so happy and pleased with my order, will definitely buy again and can’t recommend enough, they do amazing work. Delivery was quiet this time of year about two weeks to Ireland…

I received my order yesterday and it is absolutely amazing and way beyond any expectations I had. I know my granddaughter is going to love this. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company as from the moment I placed my order they have kept me updated with how the order is coming along and each e mail has felt very personal. Ordered 4 bears well in advance to arrive for christmas (ordered on 13th November), these were gifts for family members following the passing of my dad, they arrived in the UK, DHL claimed they attempted delivery (no attempt was made whatsoever) and now the items are being returned to the warehouse due to an "error", the tracking does not state that they are being returned, only that it is delayed. No chance of these arriving in time now, absolutely unacceptable service.Edit - the items have now arrived and they are beautiful! DHL had passed the parcel to Parcelforce, no idea who the floral print gowned woman is as there was no previous delivery attempt. Would have been 5 stars if not for the absolute mess with shipping/shipping information!

I ordered a bear for my 6 year old niece who lost her nan very suddenly earlier this year. After I placed the order I then read lots of negative reviews are started to panic. But I had no reason to. The bear arrived yesterday and it is perfect, actually brought a year to my eye. The handwritten note and sweets in the box are a lovely touch too, I can't wait to give them to my niece at Christmas. The bear took exactly 2 weeks to arrive and I received multiple emails in that time to update me on progress. Thank you!

OMV-14440While I do believe this company is ligietmate to the positive reviews I wish I could have been one of those positives. I placed an order on the 26th November and had heard nothing until yesterday. The website states 10-13 days to make the product but after waiting that time period I got an email saying elephants are out of stock and choose something else, why so long after I placed my order I'm only being told it's out of stock now when reading info on the website it should have been made buy then. I emailed back saying I do not want anyother bear the whole concept of this gift is that it was my partners dad's favourite animal therefore there would be no point in even having a different bear when I emailed I got an email back saying that was just a General email to everyone who had ordered elephants so not to worry I then emailed back saying I did order an elephant and have asked for a refund as it's obvious I'm not going to get. It before Christmas and I definitely not want anything other then what I have ordered had I been told there was no stock earlier I could have had a refund and got a different gift but now out of pocket and unknown what's going to happen with my order and money

Received my order today and couldn't believe how perfect it was. It bought a tear to my eye! I have recently lost my nan and after seeing an ad on tiktok, I knew this would be the greatest gift for my mum for Christmas as it's our first without her. I ordered the grey bunny with a personalised message and photograph and it came to me better than I expected.Connie was brilliant with responding to emails when I noticed that my order hadn't arrived after the 8 days, which was very reassuring, and the item arrived a few days later. I was also sent a tracking number to help me keep an eye on where it was and when to expect it. I will definitely be recommending this company to family and friends. You can tell a lot of love and care go into creating these beautiful teddies and ensuring they are of a high quality!

Absolutely amazing!!Communication was fab! It does take a while but when you receive you bear you completely understand why so much love and care goes into each item. Blew me away when I seen them such a beautiful emotional moment. Would 100% recommend thank you so much.
