Despite several calls to your contact number and have spoken to 2 customer advisers and emailed, I have had no response?? Now there is an additional charge on what is suppose to be a standard installation. Very disappointing the way it is scheduled to fit an electric charger meter. No time allocation no information. They will call you several times to get business but very poor in terms of communicatiion for scheduling.I have sent information over. I had one call on Tuesday which was confusing then a txt message very late last night to say arrival after 4pm. I was expecting communication alot more earlier than so late last night. I attempted to call at 4.30pm yesterday but offices for scheduling closed at 4.30pm. I had to change all all plans late for today for the engineer. The scheduling could have been handled better

We called OHM today as we had lost our hot water supply. Within two hours of making contact and speaking to an extremely helpful lady - Emma, - our Engineer arrived and got underway rectifying the problem, Keith was a very knowledgeable and thorough engineer and explained what he found and what he had done to correct things. Nothing was too much trouble and we now have a much more efficient hot water supply. It’s unusual these days to receive such professional and good service and we take pleasure in recommending this refreshingly good Company.
