Is office.co.uk Legit?

Order placed 29 Nov. Information on deliver on their website states "weather causing delay" spoke to someone in London and was told Yodel system down for the days caused backlog. He couldn't help as order coming dorect to home had to be online help ie. Email or Live chat the latter is a "bot" waited 20mibs no response NEVER buy ftom this Company. Contacting bank now for refund! The worst Co. to try to get resolution - don't use!

Order shoes on line. Delivered in a wet damaged package. Box looks awful and this is a Christmas gift for my daughter. Contacted office and was waiting in a queue for so long it timed out. Tried again same thing. Really disappointed.

Ordered a pair of trainers for my Mum for Xmas on Black Friday sales. Order was cancelled with no notice or any explanation as to why. Will now have to pay full price for these trainers rather than with a discount a got during the Black Friday sales. Any help from customer services would be much appreciated.

Really poor service from Office. I purchased a pair of trainers for my daughter's birthday. Instead of receiving them, they were delayed in the Yodel system (see my review of Yodel). They were eventually deemed lost. We contacted Office online, no telephone number btw, and we visited the original store. Both contacts with the company were no help. We were told to order again. So we did. Low and behold, exactly the same issue once again. Lost in transit. There is clearly an issue somewhere along the line where items just vanish. It was the Office store in Nottingham and the Derbyshire depot for Yodel where both of our orders have ceased to exist. I MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM OFFICE AGAIN, AND I WILL NOT SHOP ANYWHERE THAT USES YODEL AS A COURIER.

Placed an order, item delivered by yodel whilst we were away visiting family. Yodel left parcel in front garden in full view of everyone. Returned home and parcel had been taken. Couldn't contact yodel so tried to speak with office. No contact number, the online chat is always offline so have emailed and contacted via social media, reposne time 5 days. Cannot wait that long as it's a birthday present. Very poor customer service!

Customer service very poor. Didn’t have paperwork to exchange, couldn’t log into my account, no phone number to call to resolve, send an email but no response after 8 days, tried live chat (x2), made me fill in all my details, no one came on line. No response to 2nd email. I have a pair of trainers that are too big but I cannot get through to arrange an exchange. Very frustrating.

The trainers are perfect that I ordered. But took 10 days to arrive, way over the said delivery time. Messaged office to get an update, to which they sent a very insightful message back on the day they actually got delivered….Saying you have now received your order!! Not the best experience.

I recently bought Barbour wellies.I’d read some reviews that were hit and miss but knowing Barbour are reputable chose these over my usual hunter choice.I’m glad I did, they are by far the comfiest wellies I’ve bought, look smart and zero rubbing.

None existent customer service. Don’t reply to emails or DMs and the chat bot is an absolute joke. My parcel has been at the local depot for 4wks and no there is no one to speak to. I previously used Office but won’t in the future. No idea if I’ll ever get a refund or my parcel 😡

Not received the shoes yet!! messaged Yodel, Live chat not responding. Contacted Office Live chat its closed, messaged via facebook and emailed, 24 hours later no response, no number to call, have no idea where the shoes are or how to find?? Even though Office say you have to notify them within 10 days if the parcel has not turn up, how do I do this. Order was place 4th December

Ordered slippers 29th November due for delivery 3rd December yodel have had them out every day since 3rd now 12th December & office are ignoring all emails & Facebook messages.Spoke to one of the stores & they aren't bothered whatsoever as far as there concerned they've done their bit.Will never order from office againCustomer service absolutely terrible

Placed an order, item delivered by Yodel! Not to my house ( I have a ring door bell and was in all day, that’s a joke) left parcel in a plant pot somewhere! Spoken to yodel who told me to contact you office.. After speaking to lacey.. stupid chat bot! I finally got through to someone who said I will get an email in 2 day.. on day 5 nearly! Where is your customer service!!!! I purchased the expensive trainers from you.. and never received them! Sort this out please!!!

Ordered from here and it is by far the worst service I have ever used online, absolutely diabolical, still awaiting arrival of product! 11 days later and no idea if it's been dispatched, no way to track, no customer service, no anything, never ever again

Absolutely terrible service ! I ordered some trainers weeks ago and have still not received my delivery.... after reporting this to their customer service department I've had little response from them , they are blaming Yodel but this is not my issue .....still unsolved , still no resolution , still no refund and sat with almost £100 of my money for weeks ! I will never use this company again ....

I've sent them back because they didn't fit and so far I haven't heard anything

Awful customer service. You cannot get through to get an answer from anyone. Email takes 5 days for a response and their social media platforms are not responding to messages. First time I have ordered online with them and it is a frustrating experience as my order has not arrived and no way to get any further with my query.

Order W71960994 - I still haven’t received my order of 26th November and have sent email after email to the Office email address and nobody has come back to me. I have also contacted Yodel and nobody has come back to me. The tracking of the parcel stopped 3 days ago. I have even emailed Office’s CEO, Jon Richens, and have had no reply. I have now ordered the trainers from another retailer. I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FROM OFFICE BUT, AGAIN, NO REFUND HAS VEEN GIVEN AND NOBODY HAS COME BACK TO ME. I will now be requesting that my bank gets my money back as office have taken £90 of my money without sending me anything.

Ordered on 25th November shoes still haven't arrived no correspondence from office just yodel to say that the shoes are lost and that office will be in contact regarding this but still not heard anything.no contact number to phone them only chat which I've been in several times waiting to be put through to an agent waited an hour on one for a message to pop up saying they are away.also emailed and still nothing back.rediculous will never purchase from these again.

Ordered some Dr Martens on their Black Friday sale, paid extra for next day delivery. Took over a week to arrive, can't get hold of them for any sort of customer service. Got to pay for returns too as we couldn't reach Office for any help as they were 'away' we ended up buying a pair somewhere else - the best bit they're cheaper elsewhere too. Joke of a company. Avoid!

Lovely trainers. Bought for my grandaughters Christmas. I'm sure she'll love them.
