office-365.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives office-365.com a medium trust score on the platform: 53.6. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 53.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to office-365.com's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning office-365.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between office-365.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of office-365.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of office-365.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. office-365.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether office-365.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether office-365.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, office-365.com.

i just create new account at microsoft 365, but after create 3 times of my password, still i couldn't sign at all, i kept asking for why but no one could answered. i have no ideas why microsoft won't let it me sign, until i kept reset my password, still not work on it. unlike with gmail or aol, create new account is just one time and ready for have the website account, with microsoft, is really weird.
This is a scam. This company pretends to be Microsoft 365 which used to be called Office - they capitalise on consumers not knowing that the Microsoft software is called the former by merging both names. They have created an icon that looks like the Microsoft 365 icon. They claim to sell licenses when they actually sell product keys - product keys allow you to download software, a license is still needed to use it. They do not have a location based phone number - only a US WhatsApp business number which anyone with a US number can get. The positive trust pilot reviews are all bogus - clearly from bots or farms where review accounts are made and the 'reviewer' will post positive reviews on several fraudulent company sites. This is a straightforward scam.
Download links don’t work. Microsoft doesn’t support Office 2019 anymore so couldn’t get it from them. Couldn’t use Windows 11. My computer meets requirements but isn’t on the list of approved CPU’s. Never received reply from customer support.
I made the cardinal sin of trying to sign up to the Skype account from the ACTUAL MS 365 ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PAGE. The result? I am locked out of my account for one day (and counting) lost all access to my documents on OneDrive, when I desperately need to access some legal documents I have there. No support, no chat, NOTHING.STAY AWAY. FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!
Microsoft used to be a good company selling good quality products, but lately simple email account is getting spammed like crazy. Looks like our data is simply sold to scammers otherwise Microsoft doesn't have any income. My advice is not to use their cloud based products and simply install stand alone software or switch to another company, especially when email account is involved.
All evidence points to this being a fraudulent website. Don't waste your money.edit: confirmed with Microsoft key is garbage. Website also blacklisted on most company firewalls apparently. Selling maybe 2nd hand OEM licenses if you're lucky, probably worthless numbers if not.
Used to be great but rebranded as United Software and now totally regretting my purchase of windows pro. It will not load on my new laptop and for 24hrs been asking for support or refund but nothing. No phone number, ignoring emails, urgently need these programs but don't want to buy elsewhere if can't get refund and they could help. Ironically they promise support on the website and mailings. Avoid.
Fraudulent Key, paid 29.99 for a windows 10 activation key that did not work. They call themselves office-365.com to trick people into thinking they are affiliated with Microsoft. Bunch of grifters.
I recently bought Office 2019 and Windows 10 Pro for an emergency Covid-10 WFH laptop. I have used softwaregeeks/united software in the past and the products are 100% bona fide with genuine Microsoft codes; at extrardinary prices. There were clear instructions for the Windows 10 Upgrade, which I forgot to read the first time round, but once followed, they worked impeccably.I strongly recommend these guys.
Software Geeks easily earn their 5 stars!Near instant delivery of licence keys, at a much more reasonable price. Genuine keys too. I have literally started installing Win10 on a new machine and had a new key before it even needed entering. First class service from my experiences so far. I recommend these guys to all my friends and family.Be sure to create an account if you want to keep track of multiple keys easily!
This is a pos. After a trial of 1 month where they even lied about the duration of trial. IT WAS ONE PROBLEM after the other during the whole period with them and now 8 months later i am still trying to normalize my computer even though i never used their service and paid it....they still harass me daily with a pop up to log in ...even after 2 technicians trying to get rid of these BULLIES in my computer that just don't understand NO.NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MAFI A COMPANY ..use open source. The experience was horrific and there is no end in sight. This pos software took over my documents under their one drive without my permission even after saying i don't want it 30 times through emails conversations and stopping harassing credit card bllings which i did not authorize in the first place.IT IS PURE HELL. Don't waste your time with such a dinosaur get a nice free open source without all these entitled bullies.
Probably the worst and most frustrating customer experience I have ever come across in my 52 years. I'be been locked out of my account for 3 days just because I changed my phone and the authenticator app stopped working. There is then NO way to contact Microsoft. Upon finally finding a number i was sent into a loop of hell - being left on hold for approx 6 hours in total. At the end I rang back to original number and they finally gave me a ticket - I was then told I'd be called back but a FULL day later I have still heard nothing. I am paying for a subscription I can't use. And the Authenticator app on my new phone needs an Authenticator app to approve it - it's just bonkers. Clearly I'm not alone based on other google searches - people have been left for days without use of Office, As a small business owner this is very stressful
We run a non-profit computer building thing out of our home. We get in donations of cash or computer parts and help build nice systems for people on fixed income for little to no cost. Finding Windows licences for cheap was really the best way to go, and you guys have pulled through every time. Thank you so much for helping us put together 11 PC's and counting, using the software we get from you.
Bought windows licence from Software Geeks in January 2018. Never used it. Finally got round to installing it on my machine in 2020. The licence key provided does not work, and Software Geeks / United Software don't give a damn because it's over a year since I purchased from them. Money down the toilet, and no attempt to make things right or even care that they took my money and I've got nothing to show for it.Their final email to me:"For these reason we have a Warranty. Although licenses are lifetime valid once activated, the software might require re-activation when reinstalling.Unfortunately we no longer support nor replace the license in this order as it is off warranty."--- AVOID ---
Used Softwaregeeks a lot previously - now called UnitedSoftware, bought software from them and the instructions link doesn't work on their website. Have emailed them on the back of my order and also on their contact us page. No joy, no reply! Also no contact number on their website...In the past I would have recommended Softwaregeeks highly. UnitedSoftware - unless I hear back from you in the next day or so I shall be contacting you (and if that fails) my credit card company, to obtain my refund. NOT impressed...
Having used SoftwareGeeks for my window 7 update a number of years ago I decided they were the only place to go to upgrade to widow 10. Although you have to download the windows product from Microsoft and create a boot CD the instructions were helpful and easy to follow. I decided on a drive upgrade at the same time and completed a full install rather than upgrade and no issues with process, with Key authorised immediately when networked. So pleased bought second licence to upgrade my i3 laptop. Based on cost 5 out of 5
The Microsoft Professional Plus 2019 license that I bought has stopped working, softwaregeeks has now rebranded as "theunitysoft.com" and no longer recognises my old account. The support page on theunitysoft.com is blank so there is no support available.
Received almost by return having been paid for by PayPal. Only problem encountered was my own fault for not reading everything before getting stuck in! I would recommend to anyone who needs quality software at a sensible price.Bill
I would rather not pay for a prescription, but if you have to, then this is a good option. Everything works as expected.
After battling with Microsoft support to transfer a digital lcense for Windows 10 from my very old laptop to my newer one i decided I had sp[ent more time than it was worth. I came accress the United Software site and although a bit anxious purchased a copy of Windows 10 Pro. They sent the activation code by email within a couple of minutes and within 10 minutes I had the new laptop up and running! wish I had started with Software Geeks. Fast, cheap and excellent service. I can highly recommend them.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
