I ordered a Whiskey Advent Calendar that was supposed to contain 24 wax sealed one ounce bottles of 24 different whiskeys for $56.98 USD. I received 4 empty one ounce bottles and 19 tiny cheap charms. Do NOT order from this company!!

Exactly the same thing happened to us
We just received the same garbage! Ordered 2 calendars that came in small boxes with mis-spellings everywhere. They were filled with straw, cheap Christmas ornaments and 3 empty plastic bottles. After contacting Odditypark we were offered $6 ? for a $100 order. Still working on it. Report this scam to your federal authorities, Competion Bureau in Canada or FTC in the US. Note you may be able to recover your money from Paypal or the credit card provider.

I contacted PayPal and they refunded me.
After reading these posts, I called PayPal and they issued a full refund when I pointed out that the shipping to return the bogus item was more than the amount of the claim. This was not straightforward. You have to dig a bit on the PayPal website to find the option to call them, and even then, it's an automated system that tells you everything you already know and gives you the same choices as the dispute resolution e-mail. The system asks you to either say "accept refund" or "close case" (or something like that). At that point in the call I spoke the magic words "Customer Service Representative" into the phone and was transferred to a live person who listened to the problem and issued a refund within minutes.
Yes, this is a scam. 3 empty plastic bottles, some unknown plastic things — no packing list so I can’t ask this “company” for a refund! Working with PayPal to obtain a refund.
Scammer McScamface!! I just received my dummy packages and as others have said they’re filled with 4 empty bottles and some tiny plastic ornaments. Message from seller (through PayPal dispute) says I must return the packages in order to be refunded. I’m not hopeful.....
As many here have shared, I too fell for the scam. I have been working with PayPal for a refund, however, rather than just refunding, I will be required to mail the product back to China, likely costing me more than the original product charge. While I’m sure we were scammed by Odditypark, I’m now questioning PayPal as an effective arbitrator as well.
Same. PayPal has told me that the seller agrees to give a full refund of the original purchase and postage price when the seller has received the item (in China). We shouldn't be out of pocket for them sending fraudulent items. I followed it up with PayPal and said I want the seller to provide a 'return postage paid' code/sticker. I haven't heard back yet.
Do not order from this site! So disappointed. Ordered the rum advent calendar for approx. $70.00 CDN and was sent a box with shredded paper and a bag with small plastic decorations worth less than $5.00. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. They contacted me to ‘settle’ for $6.00. NO! I want a full refund. Their e-mails are misspelled and poorly constructed. A TOTAL SHAM.
A true scam - ordered 2 x Advent Whisky Calendars for a total of $99.98 US, each supposed to have 24 x 30ml (one ounce) of whisky. There is NO whisky in there, just 4 EMPTY bottles and some plastic "charms/pins", all of which might be worth a few dollars at the most.
Unfortunately I had the same experience. I ordered a gin calendar, and initially contacted to company because I received a whisky one and asked them to send the correct one, but then I opened it and saw there were four empty bottles and some plastic charms. PayPal says I have to pay to return the item to China before processing a refund. If you need to ask PayPal for a refund, you may have more luck if it is for 'item not received' rather than 'item not as described'.

DO NOT order anything from this website. It is a huge scam. Like everyone else here, I fell for it and ended up receiving a box full of worthless trinkets and four empty bottles. Hoping I will have success getting a refund through PayPal.
TOTAL SCAM SITE. Same experience as everyone describes. We too received the trinkets and 4 empty bottles. We also reported all these details to DrinksbytheDram (the legit company), who communicate quickly but can do nothing about it. I get the sense they have not done enough to warn potential clients. They have a blog and claim to be addressing these sites, but Odditypark is so flagrantly defrauding them you'd think they'd take more serious action and sooner. We were also offered a pathetic $8 or $10 refund which we are not accepting. I'd encourage everyone here to go and report this site to the FTC (link provided by scam detector above) or https://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm in Canada. Thanks to everyone who shared their experience and details. We'll go after PayPal as well.

I am embarrassed to say I to fell for their trickery. I received my trinkets today that cost me $140 for 3 calendars. I called Chase Visa and filed a claim with them in addition to sending an email to Odditypark [email protected]

Same thing happened to me! Spent $100 on 2 advent calendars. Received 2 boxes full of cheap trinkets and empty fake containers. Reached out … no response. Started posting on social media and filed a complaint with online e-commerce fraud. Immediate response..they offered me $10!!!! It’s crap. They are a lousy organization. False advertising. Bourbon advent calendar is a scam. The box is basically empty. There was a cheap Christmas keychain in one of the slots. The rest empty.
Absolute total scam. Received 4 empty plastic bottles and a bunch of junk. Ordered two calendars, one gin, one scotch. Received only one. At least a dozen or more email exchanges with the company. No English speaking person at the other end, believe me. She just kept telling me that "if all is in order, I'll received soon package". Frightening how people can sleep at night after scamming THOUSANDS of unsuspecting folk. I don't understand why the website is still up. A lot of people have reported the fraudulent behaviour!
Ordered an Advent Calendar - Whiskey Cask for $49.99. Received a box contained zipper pulls, barrettes, etc. Not even close. Was offered $6.00 to resolve issue. Purchased thru PayPal so have filed a claim with them. This was to be a Christmas present for my daughter and son-in-law. Mom failed!

I seem to be in the same boat as everyone commenting here. I was offered 6.00 refund. I declined. I am trying to file complaint with Better Business Bureau but I need a valid address for business. The address they list in contact us is not valid. Anyone have an address? I like everyone else here feels scammed as well!
I have to say that my husband and best friend opening up what I thought was an awesome gift was pretty amazing, I don't think we have laughed so hard in a long time. I'm usually on point with my gifts but this one was sooooo not expected. Seeing grown men putting little xmas hair clips on and pretend drinking from empty bottles was a temporary relief from the pain of the money I spent that we have been scammed from. I have the keychains and charms all as Xmas decorations now as a reminder of how friggin funny this was and to also never buy crap from places that are called oddity... lesson learned..
We should have known. I thought the samples would be ridiculously small. The bottles are all empty. The labels do not even match the ad. The ads did not mention hair clips. The person who gave it to me was upset. Upset at Christmas.
This is totally a scam. Ordered two whiskey advent calendars. The box included Nothing resembling a calendar, thee unmarked bottles of liquid that I’ not drinking, and a mass of cheap plastic ornaments. Was offered a 50% refund, but it’s yet to materialise.

SCAM! On November 5, 2021 I saw a Facebook ad for Odditypark.com. I ordered the Premium Whiskey and Old and Rare Whiskey Advent calendars. Each calendar was supposed to contain 24 whiskey samples in wax sealed drams. I paid $94.98 with my Capital One visa credit card via PayPal checkout as a guest, and received an order confirmation from [email protected]. On November 26, 2021 the package arrived (return shipping address: Return Warehouse 147-03 182 ST Jamaica NY 11413). The boxes had Drinks By The Dram on them (which from their website is a legit company warning of counterfeit scams). I opened them immediately to discover that each box/advent calendar contained worthless plastic charms and 4 empty plastic vials in each box. I reported the scam to my credit card company and emailed Oddity Park for a refund. The company is stalling and making exccuses and wants me to pay to ship the "merchandise" to China to get a full refund and if the goods are "lost" I won't get my refund. Capital One is also telling me I need to get a second opinion letter on company letterhead from another merchant in the same field.
