OctaPharma Group is the worst place to donate and by far, the worst place to work! They pull a bait and switch with their app and refuse to honor offers made when trying to entice return donors. Beware of this company! Tip for consumers:After I received a call from Octapharma Plasma extending an invitation to donate again at the new donor level, I agreed and made an appointment to donate. I checked the Octapharma app after speaking to the Octapharma representative and found the offer of 7 donations at $100 each, and 3 donations at $60 each, which I gladly accepted. Now the hackers have all this information and no information on their website about this. Not very professional.

Absolutely horrified by my experience. I was drained completely of all my blood after an hour so they put a needle in my other arm where they drained me of all fluids until I passed out in the chair. First I have been using your facility for approximately 7 years. I very much appreciate the raise in donation pay only to find the without telling us that that we would be donating approximately 200 extra units no extra pay. And when I realized it was taking approximately 1.5 hours longer to donate I expressed my opinion by a employee name Jennifer to just go some where else. My question why are you pushing donors out the door when plasma is in such desperate need.

New donor i waited 45 to read a book waited 15 mins to watch a video do the video and im still waiting 35 mins later its barley any people in here. The staff kinda rude its no reason i been here 2 hours and still havent had a physical or been on the kiosk. Its only one new person in front of me but as i sit in the room i can hear staff laughing having fun while im literally sitting here doing nothing. Absolutely no excuse why im still sitting in the same room. After my second donation I'll probably never come again if this how it is. Black man worker decides to play a game to let some people have an express pass. 3 people got to cut in line in front of me, they had just arrived at the center. Gossiping about the donors.Staff talking about staff, people coming to work unhappy taking it out on donors.Very unprofessional and to over indulging with donors.The Director and the older lady are fine its more the younger staff very childish.I watch them make a lady cry I thought that was bald they where whispering and talking stuff but the older lady appeared to intervene and help resolve the issue but it was horrible for me to watch a human being be treated like that.

“Rude inexperienced staff”

This place is run and operated by rude and inexperienced staff. Not all but enough for me to take my time to write this. If they can find a vein. I've watched these wannabe nurses poke people 2-3 times then tell that person come back another day. Then calling on the phone is another rude waste of your time. I think (besides what Google saya) I got bacterial infections from there. Because of 1 rude b I'm now on the can't donate list. Who with her friends help of be my witness and lie for me.

So I suppose the center I visited was decent enough. Although when their entire system crashed they left everyone in the building hanging and even ignored people walking in and leaving us (the donors) to explain why the kiosks weren't working. Had anyone had an ounce of initiative they would have asked all the donors waiting if they wanted to leave phone numbers where they could be reached when the system came back on line or at least apologized and maybe offered us a bottle of water or something. But no... they hid in the back. And yes... they share your personal information. I protect the e-mail account/phone number I gave them carefully... I have disposable accounts for all the marketing BS. And within 3 days? I was getting spam e-mail/calls that were clearly related the the area I donated in/only just moved to. 100% it was them... tremendously disappointing Service Value Quality

“Plan on at least a 2 hour visit everytime u go”

Today I went to my second visit at the Octoplasma in Bear Valley. I was told that my second visit would be a lot faster but instead it was not they still wanted to give me another physical that I just had a week ago and go through all the other steps watching a video and having to do the kiosk questionnaire which takes at least 10-15 minutes. People are unorganized you have a different person for each task. I don't have two to three hours to sit and wait and get a physical done every time I go it's ridiculous. They're understaffed.

Begin hated on because of a complaint of someone threatening me and now called a liar. And can't be trusted. When there was no need to lie Like there's something really great about this place. Asked if I just came out of the doctor and came straight there. I replied no. Because I didn't just leave any medical place and then go straight there. But nothing else was asked or even matter's! Because it was quickly discussed and judged to be a liar. Which is to expected since what took place a few days before then. No worries! I will not be returning there! Because you don't know what they will say, do or what will take place and suddenly have a large number saying anything and everything So I won't be going there! That nice is only if you cuss with one that works there and then laugh and cuss back

The owner loves good reviews and could care less about us donors. He never responds or tries to fix negative reviews. Still not answering phone.the latina supervisor is a terrible person. I have been going to the hulen location for a while now and today I met Kiki and she so amazing! She was a very gentle and when my donation started going south as far as me feeling nauseated, she rushed right over to help make me feel at ease.
