Ocl dealt with an obstructive third party and an uncooperative third party insurance company with professionalism and determination. I was kept informed about the stages of action in the event of a court case developing but Ocl managed to avoid that and reached a settlement.

Even though our claim was long drawn out, it was the third party insurers who were delaying us at every turn . Ocl Solicitors persisted with our claim and were successful, despite the obstacles being put in their way.

They where in contact with us informing us how the claim against the other party was going and as soon as it was settled paid the agreed amount straight into my bank account.

This company has been processing my claim for four years now with little to o communication from themselves to me in regards to the claim, only when I call do I get the little information they have in regards to my claim, I believe I am on my 6th advisor now with each one having left after a small period of time. Very disappointed so far. It seems this company has issues with staffing levels and communication

My case went on for 3 years after I was in an RTC late 2021, over that time OCL have been amazing at fighting my corner and getting me what I deserve.

I embarked on a no fault claim in which the other party admitted fault. As a result it was dealt with by Onecall Claims. I did not anticipate all the legal issues but it dragged on for months where I was told I may have to appear in court. Having experience of the civil court process this was a worrying prospect even though my previous experience was successful. I don’t think this is unique to OCL but more indicative of the U.K. Legal system which seems designed to enrich legal practitioners at the expense of those compelled to engage with it. This in turn results in the motor insurance industry to increase premiums.
