Is ochama.com Legit?

My product reached me quickly and without any problems. I would like to thank everyone who contributed. I was a little hesitant when ordering. The company is reliable, you can order with peace of mind.

I made an order and got it delivered to the building where I live since it happened to be a delivery point, went there between 11 am and 12 as requested to receive my stuff but the security guy told me he didn't receive anything from a brand called Ochama!So I had to contact customer service for a refund. I mean.. I didn't make a first order to get it refunded. I wanted the airfryer I ordered with a 10 euros discount. But well.. that was the first and last time I would order from this brand.

Ochama messaged me that the one of the products from the order could not be delivered and the amount of the product will be refunded. More than 2 months have passed and they still did not refund this amount. Order 630005812670

And VERY reasonably priced. Especially considering the free delivery to a convenient location for pickup...they were carrying a product that I use a lot. Albert Heijn WAS carrying it for a minute, but then replaced it with a different brand for a higher price and lesser quantity...they've been doing a lot of this SORT of stuff lately...so I've been looking for alternatives and this one worked out VERY well...

I am writing to request the contact details of your accounting department. I wish to inquire about the VAT refund process, as I possess evidence of my non-EU residency status. EU regulations stipulate that non-EU residents qualify for a VAT refund on goods they export. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

absolutely the freaking worst. ALL 8 avocados I bought are BLACK with Fungus..... another order wasnt even delivered, and customer service asking me if i have shared my pickup code with family or friends that someone else picked up. I went back to pickup point to confirm myself that they missed the shipping, while the customer service took 2 days to verify that they did not send it to pickup location?!! For anyone looking for buy on Ochama, do yourself a favor and DONT DO IT. As a Chinese person myself, I am ashamed that a Chinese corporate gives customers such bad experience....

The logistic in Germany is quite a problem because I need to wait downstaris and waiting for drivers comeby in case I may miss my parcels. But for the platform itself, not bad. Great service, nice products.. I will give 5 and hope they can change the delivery method. Otherwise, they will lose me.

No warranty just like Aliexpress. Bought a kettle Xiaomi smart kettle pro on ochama, it leaks a lot from the edge of the cover when pouring hot water. Talked to the customer service, and send them a video they denied it was a defect, and suggested that not pouring water too hard. It is never too hard at all, and I had the same model before, there was no this prblem. Before I thought ochama could be a better alternative to aliexpress, but they turn out be the same.

I bough my first order on this website as its really hard to buy global food here. And I love Sanyang noodles!! They offer a wide variety of flavors as well as spice levels. Tasty!! I've searched and saw a lot complaints on delivery experience, luckily mine got on time. Will try more products!!

UPS is always not delivered to the doorstep, waiting for the courier is very hard, but since ochama pickup point is available nearby, usually order today then can pick up the next day, and even sometimes order earlier, you can choose to pick up the goods in the afternoon. In short, for people who often cook, has become a regular visitor to buy ingredients, there are some times the vegetables are not so fresh, customer service always immediately solve the problem. Recommend.

Please be aware that this company will leak your phone data to a third party without your consent!!!!! I signed up on Ochama and just after a couple of days, I started receiving unknown calls from different numbers almost EVERY day. I have been blocking one number after another, but the calls won't stop!! :(

Missing item(s) two times in a row. I have been using Ochama since the beginning of 2023 and never had too much of a problem before. Unfortunately, this has changed. My packages haven't been complete for two weeks in a row. Although the attitude of Ochama customer service is quite friendly and helpful, missing things twice in a row is something I should reconsider if I should continue using Ochama.

It is hard for me living here to enjoy my hometown food. But ochama really helps me out. I havent got the chance to see how the delivery goes as I always purchase pick-up orders. only 1-2 times that my orders got lost, and their online service have my back everytime. GOOD!!

Really great deals on Ochama, very often they have great deals 1+1 or already is cheaper than other stores like Amazin Oriental, Albert Heijn or Jumbo. I can also easily pickup next to my home for free delivery save another few euros - love it.

What a scam. As long as it concerns possible sales, they answer questions really fast. But when you contact them with a service request, they don't answer at all.Even after my reminder I haven't heard of them at all (it has been 10 days now). While I wrote to the same email address that answered my earlier sales questions really fast.

They over-sell their products so they can’t deliver it. I chose a pick up time and date, nothing was delivered. No one reponded in the live chat. After emailing them for 2 days, they asked if I am willing to accept a refund, told them no immediately, they ignored my reply and moved forward directly to cancel my order. No apology, did nothing to make up for thier own mistake. Customer support is not knowledge and very hard to reach; they even deleted my response so the next support representative had no idea what is the issue I am facing. Very arbitrary and problematic company.

I find Ochama to be a good option for Asian food and treats.Pros:- Good promotions from time to time- Can pick up for free even if the order is €1- They have a huge selection of items, including some that can't be found elsewhereCons:- Absolutely terrible website. Can't even right click on the item's image to open in a new tab, and have to carefully click on the item itself. The app is slightly better- Sometimes their promotions are false. They double the price of the item (compared to ALL other stores) and then offer a 1+1 promotion. It's a sad joke. For example, right now their "barbell protein bars" are €5.2 (with a 1+1 promotion) while they cost €2.84 in supermarkets.- It's hard to contact their customer support.Overall, I will keep buying from them as long as their prices remain competitive.

Just received my 2nd order. My 1st order was mainly because of mochi. They have various choices, good promotions 1+1 free, fast delivery and very well packed.

I ordered from Ochama a few times and each time had a positive experience. About my last order I did not receive any information. I contacted Ochama per email (for which got a response in 3 working days), tried calling them (unfortunately not available), and instagram (recommended for quick response). It turned out it was a mistake from DPD, which took over my package and never updated me. An Ochama employee was able to retrieve my parcel number and I could follow my package again. Ochama can't help if the courier service makes a mistake, and they handled everything correctly. I received my package today (June 7th) and will surely order again!

Bought some instant noodles, all crushed by the bottles of soda drinks in the same package, and they did not put any protection or isolation. I emailed their CS and attached some pictures, but pics were small-sized, but enough to see the package was squeezed so badly. they replied that they could not see if they were all damaged, and they proposed a half refund. Aha, no need for the refund.
