I've placed my order on the 24th of October. My order still hasn't been delivered and I have not been refunded my money as I asked for. The customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. They asked me to wait till 5th of November so I did. Parcel obviously not delivered again.I then said I'm not prepared to wait any longer as I needed the item I've ordered and asked for refund. They then told me to wait till 17th of November. I am running out of ideas how to explain to these people that I want my refund as have been waiting long enough for my parcel. Used to buy stuff from oasis but have learned my lesson and never again!
I’ve been a customer with Oasis for a few years and like other customer reviews, now have to accept it’s not the same company. Ordered a dress for a Christening, asked for an update after 5 days to be told it was in progress, within a few hours received advice order was cancelled (out of stock- after 5 days!) Had to go to the expense and inconvenience of finding an alternative. It’s a shame - was my go to shop for good quality clothes and good customer service.
Jade Amber was very helpful and quick to respond when I had problems with creating a return on the portal. The ordering experience was also great; quick delivery and easy to use.
I went through so many providers to try to find who is responsible for making my return so complex. Ordered via Oasis, Debehams sent an item from their brand 'Where's That From.' The item was a pair of brown boots and they were appalling quality. I paid £35 for them and they were on sale - I would have gladly paid less, not more. The glue was showing, the material was thin, and the quality of the sole wouldn't have taken you more than a mile. Absolutely disgusting. I don't usually buy fast fashion but I wanted to invest in a good quality piece that I would keep for years. I wouldn't have been able to even if I wanted to.I returned the item using a "free" return service (which was later deducted from my refund amount. This was hidden deep in the terms and conditions, as opposed to making the key message absolutely clear in an easy to access way for customers.) When my item was received by the warehouse, I had no notification from Where's That From to say that they'd received my order or that my refund was being processed. I had to then chase Oasis Customer Services for my refund. They gave several dates it would be processed by - all of which involved me waiting more time for a refund that was never going to be processed unless they chased. When they did chase Where's That From, I suddenly received three notifications - one of which said they'd received my order. Of course, I have to wait a further 10 days for it to be processed, and minus the "free" return fee of £1.99. This was included in the Debenhams terms and conditions. At this stage, I don't know who I ordered the boots from.With so many chains and providers to go through, it's hard to know who's responsible. Don't order through any of the retailers - from start to finish, appalling product with a customer services team that can't give one correct answer or identify that there's an issue in the first instance and sort it out immediately. Unless you want to wait a long time for a refund, go to another provider. When refunds are given the same day or within three days by bigger retailers, this is just embarassing.
I have shopped at oasis for years but unfortunately since it became part of a bigger company the clothes are poor quality and lack on trend style. The finish and material is low quality and makes clothes look cheap. Final time I’ll shop as they also have other brands but don’t make it clear if you return these products you pay an additional return fee. They
Unfortunately a dress I ordered had obviously been tried on before as it was stained with fake tan or dark foundation. I was disappointed that this hadn’t been picked up on at packing as it was pretty obvious. I do have to say, though, that the refunds team were really helpful & efficient (thank you Caitlin and Ronald) and I have received a full refund.

Purchased Oasis frames from a high street opticians - frames themselves are lovely, I have to pay a significant amount for super-thin lenses because my eyesight not brilliant. So all in all paid around £350. Oasis provide a flimsy cardboard box for their frames now instead of maybe providing a proper glasses case for such a significant purchase so that they don't get damaged. Sustainability gone mad! (My old glasses get donated to Charity so it's not like I am not considering the environment already; my backup pair need their own case so I can't reuse that one).Edit: Oasis reply below - it's not the High Street Retailer that makes the glasses cases, it is the ones Oasis supply with them that they provide. I bought a Jacket and was a bit too tight in my arms. I returned it immediately after a day. The parcel was delivered at the warehouse within three days. I waited for a week to receive a confirmation email for my refund from them but nothing was going on. I decided to contact the customer service team and Jennifer responded to me immediately, she told me to wait for few days and if I still don’t hear from them I should contact her back. Exactly the same day she requested me to contact her back, she immediately refunded my money and a confirmation email. I credit this to Jennifer for her help, she has good customer service. Thank you
I ordered a dress before shipping cutoff for premium next day delivery as I needed it for a wedding 4 days later. Over 24 hours later, and constant messaging on Facebook messenger. I finally was told I had a track number and it could take 48 hours to arrive. This was after 13 hours of trying to message, speaking to Zyrene, Anthony B, Eleanor, Rey B, Jasper D, and Jarelle. DPD still has not received my dress. This is the only way to 'contact' 'customer service'. It's taken hours between messages and I've been told a constant stream of contradictory information.I highly doubt this will arrive before the event and I will have to go out last minute and purchase a new dress. Very disappointing from a company I used to rate highly.

Purchased back in February for a future holiday this month. I got the dress out to get sorted for packing when I noticed there was a small rip in the bottom of the dress. I contacted oasis using the text message service. Had an immediate reply and was all sorted in less than 15 minutes. Always been a fan of Oasis and really like their clothes- true to size and good range of designs. I have given them a 3 due to a dress sent which had a dodgy zip which I had to send back (shame as I really liked it) and how slow their refund process is. I have had their competitors refund me twice as fast as Oasis so will think twice before ordering anything else.
I ordered one dress on May 27. A few days later received an email saying the order was on its way. Still waiting! The sender has advised they have despatched my item to Royal Mail, but they haven't received it yet. I contacted the Customer Services to find out where my order is. After a day they replied. Unfortunately my order was lost in transit and the dress is now out of stock... They gave me a full refund.

My parcel was late and I used the apple message feature to enquire, thinking it would be slow to be resolved.
