Is nzsale.co.nz Legit?

Best price I could find. Despite the product coming from Australia, delivery was prompt. I’d shop with NZ Sale again without hesitation.

It kept updating me about the shipping details which I was very happy about. My product reached earlier then expected and I am very happy with my purchase. But for future, it would be great if more details and discription is given about the products as some times there are barely any information is there apart from name and pictures.

For our original purchase we got the size wrong but NZSale made the return very easy and although initially offering a credit, were happy to make it a full refund as I had already purchased the correct size from NZSale while the other pair was returning.Certainly recommend the quality, extensive products and service from NZSaleregardsJamie and Margot

I ordered, paid for and was delivered a pair of Ugg slippers. Easy process. Delivery on time. Product excellent.This is what you would expect.

Unfortunately my candle was shattered in the box. The courier box was far too big for the order which had makeup and 3 candles and 6 other items. Very disappointing. Yes I got a refund for the candle but I really wanted the item.

Super quick delivery and quality of items. I did find for some items the size was smaller than what other nz brands

They arrived well packaged and in good time. They fitted well and i was pleased the tracking information was timely. However the shoes were a different colour than expected. I thought they were black but they are a smokey grey, so a little deflated. I recommend this seller, I've used them a few times and they haven't disappointed yet.

Easy to navigate, please give us more branded products which are out of season so we can get more discount, they are very limited atm. And your pre loved items are too pricey. More vouchers please!! Maybe special voucher for birthday customers. Thank you.

Super fast delivery, just a week from placing order until it arrived in Wellington from Australia. Unfortunately one garment didn't fit and as it was only $30, not worth returning it.

Fast shipping and no real problems with the order. I was a little disappointed with the sweatshirt size not really a 3XL but that is not NZ problems they only sell what it says on the goods.Overall service from NZ sale was excellent.

This Review is based on my dealings with the Bonds seller not NZ Sale who themselves have tried to be helpful!DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A JOKE!Having received my order 4 out of 5 pairs where damaged with holes in them! the items also came without tags I contacted the seller as per protocols and sent photo's of the issues and then jokes began we went back and forth a photo of this and that and the fault then the whole item then all the items showing all of the faults this took several weeks as I obviously have life to attend to.Following communication I was told the item would be sent with tags etc and basically I was lying to them as this was not how they operated! Sorry but clearly there was an error at there end which I have suffered for!I eventually said you are being unreasonable and dragging things out when I have supplied everything you've offered!Then I was offered a 10% refund which I declined and with more back and forth communication got up to 25%. Considering the items they sent where faulty you'd think they'd be willing to compensate in way of a full refund for the inconvenience but no you get called a liar and offered 25% for what you thought you where buying was a good product from a reputable sellerOrder Number 45469180 Had Correspondence with Tariq

Good price/ slow delivery.Shoes that were delivered were the wrong size. In spite of the correct size being still advertised/ available the process required was to return item (ultimately to Australia) & repurchase it (vs them replacing them).Initially advised would be given a credit note for less than the purchase price (let alone shipping). Still waiting a month after initial purchase to receive a refund (of who knows how much).
