Is nyralondon.com Legit?

My experience with Nyra London was excellent from start to finish. I am so happy I chose this company, my chandeliers are exactly what I wanted and the quality is incredible. The service was also perfect. Will definitely be using them again!

I placed several light orders from Nyra London earlier this year and have been extremely satisfied with both the product quality and their high level of customer service. I recently decided that I would prefer warm white bulbs instead of cool white bulbs for my 160 bulb dining fixture. I emailed Josh at Nyra London who quickly processed the order and I received the replacement bulbs within a few days. They have now been installed and the fixture looks terrific over my dining room table.

terrible - lights got lost and arrived several weeks late and also damaged. Asked for VAT invoice as paid in the UK and they sent an invoice with USD denominated currency. NOT GOOD

We absolutely love our Nyra Tree branch chandelier. We looked at so many and are so glad we went for this one. It looks perfect in our dining room. The customer service has been exceptional. Any issues or questions we have had been answered straight away. We highly recommend Nyra London and would definitely purchase from them again.

Outstanding customer service! I had a great video call with Holly on Whatsapp regarding my new home renovation in the Netherlands- we went through the best lighting options for my dining room and main bedroom. In the end we chose the Crown chandelier and Houdini lamps alongside matching wall lamps!

I chose the Ren bamboo lamp and from order to delivery Nyra were fantastic to work with. They were informative, let me know stage by stage when to expect my delivery. It was packaged beautifully and arrived on time. I am incredibly pleased and would not hesitate to order again! The quality is fantastic!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. My wife mistakenly ordered the Westminster pendants, but did not read the description entirely so the hardware came in brass. That definitely clashed with the black fixtures in our bathroom so I sent the company an email and they responded super quickly and asked me for pictures of the bathroom. Once they saw the bathroom, they said the lamps would definitely need to have Matte Black hardware. So they customized the order entirely and sent me the right colored hardware. The communication was so quick and easy. That’s not something you get with every company. The pendants look amazing in our bathroom now and I really enjoyed working with this company.

My first pendant lights arrived slightly damaged and the company arranged for a replacement immediately. It took a little while for them to arrive but it was worth the wait as the new lights are much better than the original. I opted for the Danielle pendant lights which look absolutely stunning above my kitchen island.

Absolutely stunning wall lights that have made a real feature out of our curved garden wall.The lighting looks different during the night and creates a wonderful glow as it gets darker.They are really unusual and we have had lots of compliments.Excellent communication and images sent before dispatch too. Super service and would highly recommend.

My husband and I bought the gorgeous Hand Blown Double Glass Mizan Pendant lights for our kitchen island but were unable to find a flush mount ceiling light that matched for our hallway... I reached out to Nyra on a whim and not only were they immediately responsive but they were able to customize our order to make the pendant lights we loved into a flush mount for our hallway- now everything matches! Words can not express my gratitude. Best customer service ever! Delivery was also quick and we live in California! Thank you so much Nyra...you've been a delight to work with.

I ordered the Crown crystal chandelier in the largest size and it is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! There were some issues initially with damaged crystals and bulbs however the issues were resolved promptly with the utmost professionalism by Holly. Great communication and impeccable customer service. Can’t thank Holly enough! It’s so refreshing to work with a representative that truly cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Love my chandelier!

I purchased the NYRA lava pendant lights for my staircase landing and they are stunning!! The team were transparent with the delivery times and they kept me up to date along the way with the process. I’m so pleased with my gold lava lamp…. It arrived in perfect condition and with the choice of either a cool or warm white bulb which is a nice additional extra. I ordered the NYRA outdoor Led lights for my home and I have to say they are beautiful! Holly was super helpful keeping me updated on the delivery on WhatsApp. I will definitely be ordering my future lights from here :)

A beautiful light looks absolutely stunning It was the princess Kate one and it looks even better than the pictures they have lots of lights to choose from but this was my favourite Communication was great very helpful and fast delivery A five star service I would definitely recommend if you are looking for new lights
