Is nutritienda.com Legit?

The prices are good plus the discounts sistem, the website is intuitive with many produts, some produts have few information but on other hand they provide the expiring date of the produts

I recently purchased a perfume from Nutritienda store. Upon receiving it, I realized that it is not an authentic product. The original perfume typically lasts around 8 hours, but this one barely lasts an hour.I attempted to return the product, but my request was refused. They mentioned that maybe it is a different version! I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.

I went for a food tolerance test with Dr Gregorio Torchia, I was sceptical at first as had suffered frequent hospital visits with pain and extreme bloating. However, a miracle has happened it is now 3 years since I was last hospitalised as the food intolerance test identified an intolerance to egg and grape so I have avoided them and feel normal again and can go on holiday with a peaceful mind and body! Fast delivery: ordered on 22/12/22 and received package on 27/12/22. Bought my product (perfume) with a 40% reduction compared to retail price.

Goods arrived very quickly and in full. Unfortunately packaging was not solid enough and most of the Alpro Milk Containers were squished and dont look like "new". Still works though.

Not scammers. Just really dumb customer support agents.All good as long as the package arrives and the articles are on stock.They regularly run out of stock though, never show when the product will be back again and dont read your emails before responding. I mentioned to the support agent now three times that the alarm-function is not working. In every response, this is being ignored and instead just explained how it -would- work. Also no information on specific articles, just general info that does not apply at all. I ordered from the producer now instead of Nutritienda and probably will continue to do so in the future. It was good as long as it lasted….

I still haven’t received my order that was guaranteed to be delivered by a specific date. Now, it is delayed even more. Who knows if it will ever arrive? This company is completely dishonest and misrepresents itself. UPDATE: Thank you Nutritienda for your response on June 21, 2024. Three months after my order never arrived. I have repeatedly contacted you and you refused to do anything about this situation. Thanks for taking the time 3 months after the fact to try to discredit me. However, in your efforts to discredit my review, you actually proved me right. You have actually demonstrated your unprofessional and quite frankly dishonest business practices for the entire world to see. Well done! Also, I still haven’t gotten my order. Where is it?

They scammed me. I bought 19 liters of vegetable milk, which never arrived. After 3 weeks of waiting I checked the tracking code on BRT and saw that it had been delivered but... certainly not to me. I contacted Nutritienda to notify them and they continue to say that the package has been delivered, despite my repeated reports. I opened a dispute on Paypal to at least get a refund. in the meantime I noticed that they also denied me the possibility of leaving a review on their site. They are shameful, scandalous, impostor thieves.

Dont order there.One product was broken inside the package.When i asked for a refund, they claim that i should have seen that the box was damaged (which it wasnt), and refused the delivery.Their packaging was terrible, and the will litterally steal money from you!BEWARE

I have made several orders and never had problems till last 2 times. I’m ordering dog food through them mainly but last time it didn’t arrive at all and had to chase for a refund. This time they giving me some tracking number that has no details and order isn’t arriving again second time in a row. I won’t be ordering again with them. Obviously I ordered plenty in advance but the same my dog is left without food now…

Everything was fine. I ordered some soya-milk and it arrived 1,5 week later in a good condition. :)

I was very dissatisfied with the order 539-778-879-727. The website says one flavor, but they sent a different flavor, I realized when I opened the package. I believe that this is your fault and you should have taken the product or compensate for the product, as I can not use that flavor, it is not interesting and tasty to me! 67 euros in the trash. I contacted the customer support, no satisfactory answer. I do not recommend ordering here

Bought something via PayPal - Delivery guaranteed within 5-6 days. After almost 2 Weeks - Nothing. Contacted support, took them 3 days to answer that, indeed, my package was returned.Hol' on a second. What?Apparently, somewhere in transit the package was just sent back. No info for me, no notification, nothing. So i gathered some info and with parcel tracking from this garbage heap mondial relay i found out that the package got sent to "hub harnes" where it was stuck for 4 days straight untill it got sent back.Again, nobody thought this would be something of interest to me. And i just got to know after i contacted them, imagine that. Because of that they told me they'd issue a refund - That would take 2 weeks.What? 2 Weeks for a PayPal refund? Excuse me what?Absolute bunch of friggin scammers.Stay clear from nutrigarbage.

The custumer service is sooooo bad. I try to get my money back from a delivery I sent back and I am already 2 months further and still we are discussing this issue. Also Paypal is believing them. I am really angry! Never had such a bad experience with an on line store!!! The package I needed to sent after Paypal was included in the issue, returned from the Nutritienda and said ' it was not accepted for delivery'. So it was IMPOSSIBLE to get my pay pal claim, as their condition was to sent it back. So they put me in a loop I was never able to get out again! I warn again for this firm: do not buy anything from them!
