Is nustone.co.uk Legit?

Great company used many times for my landscaping projects. They are the Main supplier I use and recommend to my clients. Great quality paving and usually have what I need when required. What a brilliant company! I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of, firstly the arrival of the tile sample, quickly followed by the delivery of the full crate of tiles. The whole process, from ordering the sample to receiving the goods took a mere 6 days - 14th to 20th November. I must also compliment Nustone for using Devereux (Billingham) as the local courier to transport the tiles to my address, they were also excellent. I highly recommend Nustone after my recent experience.

The product arrived on the date we had asked for. The 600 x 600 slabs arrived in the best condition we could have hoped for, the delivery driver was brilliant and was able to place the pallet exactly where we needed it, and the product looks so good, our builder wants them for his own patio.

My paving took longer than the 5-to-10 working days quoted when I placed the order. It took 16 working days.Also, the bottom 2 paving slabs (both 600x900mm) on the pallet are broken so I may not have enough to complete my project. Disappointing.Happy to update this - received replacement slabs today (21st Nov). Thanks for your help, Salma!

I made a mistake after I've place the order, couldn't decide between two different porcelain tiles, lovely lady that phoned me regarding delivery went above and beyond (sent pictures of the two tiles so I could see them in day light) after comparing the two went with the second one, order was changed at that point to new style without a fuss. Ordered by phone, helpful staff matched batch codes for me. Deliveries well organised. Had to claim for three broken pavers which we discovered on unpacking the delivery. These were replaced without a quibble and I was able to collect the replacements along with some extras from Nustone's site with the helpful on-site staff.

Order 50pcs of 900x600 porcelain tiles 44pcs was perfect rest of them all smashed and customer service has told me they will credit me with £10 ...and each tile costed me like over £20 🤣🤣🤣🤣

States the slabs would arrive 5-10 working days after purchase but took well over 2 weeks, causing unnecessary expenses and wages to be paid for the job I was on. Wouldn’t recommend.

This was my first time using Nustone for a paving project and I was very pleased with the service and delivery, I had 3 900x600 silver granite slabs broken when I opened my second crate and they couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting this issue out . made a phone call to ask about ordering more than just one pallet and the lady was very helpful, made the order on line, was kept up to date with my order. on the day of delivery 4 of the pavers were broken, after contacting NUstone they were quickly replaced, thank you
