Trust me, I looked at over 30 companies before choosing Luca's, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. They are 100% trustworthy, and their prices are very reasonable. My car arrived in perfect condition, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I'm 100% a real person, and they did not pay me to write this review—I just want to share my positive experience. I understand everyone's experience can vary, but based on mine, I highly recommend Luca's moving company and would definitely use them again for any future moves.

This company got ONE star because I actually got my car shipping. Noah Harvey played all kinds of games with me.1. He guaranteed a ship rate of $699, then asked for more than $1200. I finally had to pay $1,050 because I was at the end of my time.2. He promised a pickup date on a Saturday. Turns out he didn't have a driver.3. He then promised a pickup date on a Sunday. NO DRIVER.4. After I agreed to pay more than 50% above what we had originally negotiated, he promised that my car would be picked up between 3 and 4 pm in the afternoon. That was never agreed with the driver. My car finally got picked up at 8:30 pm.5. He told me that my car would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. It took 5 days. I had already wasted money renting a car thinking that my car would be leaving my starting point on a Saturday. Then, I was without a car on the destination end for 3 days!DO NOT TRUST CAR SHIPPING BROKERS, especially this one and this particular broker!! if possible go directly to a transport CARRIER that is also a broker.

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not deal with this company. Zach lied to me and my wife the whole time. There isn’t a honest bone in his body! He even lied in response to our review. Yes the police were called by us. They never said we were in the wrong. What they said was we had to handle it in court. The officers also said that they were aware of the scams going on by companies like NSLS. We never threatened anyone! To make matters worse I had the actual company that shipped my vehicle on a three way call without Zach knowing. He flat out lied to us about my deposit. He claimed that he gave it to the driver of the company that shipped my vehicle. The owner of the company told me that Zach is a flat out liar.He even informed me not to deal with NSLS period! Gave me the direct number to his company for future business. At this point I don’t trust any of them! I can’t believe that I just got a call from him asking me when will I pay the $ to get my vehicle back. News flash!! We are out of $1050. They are full of it! Don’t trust this company what so ever! You’ll regret it! What has the world come too. How can he sleep at night knowing he’s scamming folks. Lastly.. I’ve never heard sooo many excuses in a day. They even wanted us to send $250 for gas and snacks clamming the truck broke down. Unbelievable!!! God is watching what they’re doing to honest folks like us. Just read some of the reviews. The proof is in the pudding! Stay away!! Run!!!

We transport our vehicles from NY to CA, NSLA Carship was very helpful there rates are cheap rather then other companies they provide us very awesome service. We are very satisfied with them.

Everything worked out just like they said.they do this for a living so it's old hat to them. I ship one car every 10 years. You put your trust in them. You have no control. It makes you nervous they did exactly what they said they would do. No complaints. Thank you.
