Excellent company to deal with. Very efficient & helpful from James who was our first contact , to all the lads who installed our panels & connected the battery & did all the electrical work, to Sean who did our BER assessment & all office staff who oversaw the paperwork. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

4 stars because of how quick the assessments and inquiry stage were, installation was also quick, clean, and seamless. Would have been 5 stars if not for the delay in installation: HP technical assessment done in May, installation was in late July-Aug. I was left without any update on when the installation will be not until I called them to say my existing hot water cylinder then was about to fail thus leaving me without hot water, and with the pending installation of my HP system, I really don't see the need on having it repaired. It took them about two weeks to organise installation then.

Friendly and professional staff. Excellent team on site who took the time to keep me informed as it was being installed. Sales person was very clear and kept to the point as to the project outcomes.Likewise personnel from office HQ efficient and courteous. Overall, we are delighted with the outcome

Have been considering solar panels for some time and recently decided to take the plunge ........ had a couple of quotes and having met with Sean Maguire from NRG and discussed the project at length we decided on NRG..... Good decision........... As with any new venture there were many questions to be asked and processes to be considered. Sean was very thorough and always on the end of the phone to provide answers.The installation was scheduled for September 5th at 08.30. The eletricians ( Paddy and Jack, I think) rang our door bell at 08.25 and the show commenced. The installers arrived shortly after. 12 solar panels were fitted on our roof by mid morning and the electrical work completed, including an 8kw storage battery fully installed and operational by lunchtime. No fuss, No mess.Roisin at HQ was very helpful with all the admin and paperwork. The inevitable technical queries,advice and back-up was provided promptly and competently by Kevin online.On the whole it's been a very positive experience and we have no hesitation in recommending NRG based on our dealings with them.Well done to all concerned

Had my Solar PV system installed last week by NRG Panel and could not recommand this company enough. After receiving several quotes i choosed NRG because of the superior quality of TW panels and their Sigen 5 in 1. From the first contact to the installation day everything went smooth and had my PV system on in couple of hours. The guys were very polite and profesionals. Thank you for your business NRG Panel !

From enquiry to installation the staff were so friendly and helpful. The men who installed the panels were very clean workers who explained everything to us Would highly recommend NRG

We recently had Solar panels installed and NRG panel looked after the whole project from start to finish. First they sent out a surveyor to check the roof for fitting the panels and also to check out wiring for them. After the Solar panels were installed they organised everything to do with the SEAI grant, the BER survey and sent details to our provider Electric Ireland. Overall we are very happy that we selected NRG panel and would have no hesitation recommending them.

We found this company honest and efficient in dealing with fitting our solar panels. So far we are happy with the outcome.

Avoid this firm. I contacted them in July 2024 about getting heat pump installed. Appointment made, and they dropped the ball. Another appointment made, I took day off work, and then I was told that it was a phone survey. And then an hour later another call from them to do the exact survey again. Left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. I was then told that the following week that the surveyor (JM) would be out in person. Never happened. I emailed him three times and he never responded. I also phoned the office to speak with a Manager and was put on a LOOOONG hold and gave up in the end as I am sure the receptionist had no intention of putting me through to anybody. Avoid this firm. Awful. Waste of two months.

The lads from NRG Panel arrived on time and quickly put up six solar panels on our roof. The house is old and the tiles on the roof had been cemented down but they overcame this obstacle and had the panels up in a couple of hours. No sooner were they finished than they were in their van and off to the next job.The two electricians then took over and did a neat job of hiding the electrical cables in a conduit they provided.There was a lot of work involved but they worked straight through till 7.00 pm to get the job finished.It was amazing to see the electricity being generated by the solar panels and it was one of the best decisions we ever made to employ NRG Panel and let them work their magic.They're the best thing to come out of Monaghan since the road to Dublin...

I Had my heatpump installed by NRG last year and my next step was to install solar panels, as before the hole process was easy from the first call with the sales team, the office staff.on the day of the install the lads arrived 2 hours early and was gone later that afternoon, the panels are working great and no issues at all. Got my new BER last week now a A1 great job.

From the site survey through installation and necessary paperwork everything was explained clearly and executed A1. The job was quick and tidy, even asked for my hoover and shortly we had free hot water and power to spare. NRG discount the SEAI grant upfront and the admin team take care of the grant application and notifying the ESB. The original quote included everything + a free BER. Very happy and highly recommend!

Arrived exactly on time worked very professional and efficiently. Neat and tidy did not leave any mess . Would highly recommend them.

A great company to deal with. From the first enquiry to the last day of installation they couldn't have been more helpful, the lads answered all my questions and I had plenty. Thanks to James who liaised with us from the start, to the installation crew and also Rosie in accounting.I would highly recommend.

Easy pre-sales. Lots of advice from personal experience. The engineers who did the install offered more advice, listened, and suggested a better design on the day. The electricians gave us a good walk through everything after the installation.Everything was quick and the place no mess was left beind.

NRG are an excellent company to deal with. From initial contact to scheduled Zoom call to visit by engineer - all carried out in a friendly, professional manner. No hard sell involved. Date of installation given and subsequently brought forward by one week by agreement. Panel installers and electricians arrived at agreed time (8.00am) and had job completed by lunchtime. Very efficient, tidy and friendly crew. Everything was explained, all questions answered. NRG organised the SEAI grant application and grant received on 29th May 2024. BER was organised by NRG and was carried out prior to installation. All in all a very good experience with this company. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From first enquiry to fitting was easy and quick.With nice staff they made an Appointment to fit the Solar panels between 8 and 9 am and at 5 min to 8 they arrived after a nearly a 2 hour drive (brilliant service) 3 hours later everything done could not believe how Quick and painless the whole Process was 5 Star

Top quality service from first enquiry to complete grant application.Comprehensive consultation process before any works carried out. On day of installation 4 carpenters arrived at 8:00am and four electricians arrived at 9:00am - all were gone with job complete at 13:30. One of the electricians even had a dust pan and brush to clean up after them.Panels sit pretty on roof now absolutely no intrusion from any piece of the generation kit.App allows you to monitor the generation of kW.Highy recommend.

Back in late 2023 we decided to change our heating from solid fuel to a Heat pump and to install solar pv panels as there was significant SEAI grants for both, NRG Panel could do both installations so we decided to go with them.The Solar PV panels were fitted the end of January 2024 and the Daikin Heat pump 8 days later.The 10 solar were fitted and working in about 4 hoursand the Heat pump plus radiators fitted and working in two days,we were very happy with both teams for their work tidiness and friendliness.It's early days yet but we are very happy with both systems.
