I recently had the pleasure of working with NOW Finance and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Great Service and the process was simple. Completed the application online and submitted all the necessary documents and within 24 hrs someone contacted me. The following day my loan was approved for much more than what I was asking for. It's as easy as 1 2 3. Easy, Simple and excellent customer service. I would definitely RECOMMEND to anyone and everyone!

If I could give a negative, I would. I applied for a tiny loan to consolidate 2 loans to 1 and they were like no, even though the only reason I did it was because ClearScore said I’d have an excellent approval score and great job and still declined? I’m annoyed at the cat fishing these companies do to get data and after talking to now finance apparently these guys have nothing to do with them and don’t get any share of any advertising, I call lies on that. Helping out Aussies with small loans to help get ahead, I guess not. I won’t recommend this company to anyone. I got a loan through someone else. Who knows how to take care of their customers.

From end to end the process is easy, seamless, helpful and accurate. They are very professional, the customer service personnel are great and and they treat me well and provided me with all the assistance I needed through my application. Their process is very straightforward and I will definitely recommend them.

Probably the smoothest loan process i’ve ever experienced.So easy to deal with, online platforms were easy to use and everything just worked.Customer service were really fast to respond to emails. From initial application to settlement took only 3 business days.Very impressed!

Best company I've gone through to get a loan, easy to contact I'm never waiting on the phone long; they seem quite understanding and the rates are great as well. My only reservations are that I paid a significant amount off my loan early while I could, in order to give myself some flexibility in case I had a period that I was unable to pay while going through medical treatment. However, they did change my loan contract and shortened the timeframe which means I will default if I can't afford a repayment despite paying off 8k in advance. Otherwise, it's been a good experience, but I wished they had checked with me prior to making this change to my contract. Will use them in the future.

i did phone call after loan application been declined, i asked why been declined aslo asked if possible to have look one more time before make final decision, because definitely something quite not right, i wouldn't take loan if were in bad position financially,but staff in phone doesn't care, answering just like robot, keeping saying this is already final decision, i asked transfer me to higher team, then she did, another rude lady on the phone, there is no way they truly listen to you, i applied through latitude, got my personal rate, even lower then now finance, loan got approved, please go with bigger company or go with bank !!!!

This is the 2nd time using Now Finance, the guys are so unbelievably quick, as soon as I sent everything off they had an answer for me the next afternoon, and by the day after that I had the money deposited into my account. Couldn't recommend these guys enough, they may not have the cheapest rates around but certainly make up for that in speed.

The whole process was simple and straightforward. I got a phone call the next day after online application to say I was approved and the caller was very friendly and helpful. The finance was in my account the next day. Such a quick and efficient service, I would recommend to anyone requiring a loan.Also, zero fees ever. NOW finance really is the beat.

Your staff were very helpful, it was great I could deal directly with one person who new my application. The online form kept glitching which was very frustrating, and why I spent so much time talking to the person. The on line element nearly made me walk away and try another company.

Someone is with you all the way through the application process which is found really good. Other companies I dealt with in the past literally leave you to speak to someone different every time you call. These guys here were easy to get a hold of when you needed them and had a quick and easy application process. 10/10 from me

Applying for a personal loan. The process of appling for a personal loan was so easy, with staff supporting me all through the process, answering any concerns or questions I had politely ans in a way I could understand. Phone calls were answered quickly and if the person I was wanting to speak to was unavailable a return call was prompt or a supervisor assisted me.
