This is crucial for most of us when it takes 4-8 weeks for a product to be delivered. Regardless, the products are cheap.

Today I recieved a vacuum/blower wireless handheld I ordered 10 days ago, I am in Perth Western Australia.It... the product, neither vacuums effectively or blows at all. Had not received and tracking info was not updating. (It was NOT) Go check with neighbours, surrounding area. Post office. I DID ! I simply was not delivered !! I had requested refund and confirmation of, and was then told it’s not their problem anymore. Once it was in shipping carriers hands my order was not their problem. How ridiculous is that ? ! ? They’ll contact the carrier to find out where it is and to rush the order because it’s weeks delayed ? ? But when it’s missing, and a refund is requested . . . it’s suddenly NOT their responsibility anymore ? ? Biggest bunch of BS ever!
